Definitions
- the invention relates to a strip arrangement for covering or bridging of joints, especially for floors according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Strip arrangements for covering or bridging joints are general known. Such strip arrangements for covering or bridging of joints are e.g. used where there is a transition between one high and low flooring must be made, such as this between parquet floors with different heights or at the transition to other types of flooring, e.g. Carpet, PVC, linoleum, the case is. Depending on the installation situation, the strip arrangement can therefore function as Fulfill transition, compensation or final profile.
- the cover strip can either while plugging in and / or when plugged in parallel or also obliquely, e.g. in difficult to bridge Flooring of different heights, aligned with the base bar his.
- DE 93 01 719 U1 is a strip arrangement for covering or Bridging joints known for floors that have a cover strip and a comprises a base strip which can be firmly connected to a base and which can be pressed over Snap connection are releasably connectable.
- the rest connection is here by a cover strip locking element and an associated Base strip locking element formed, each of two from each other spaced, approximately parallel in the longitudinal direction of the ledge and in there are longitudinal webs projecting approximately perpendicularly from the strips.
- To the facing outer surfaces of the cover strips longitudinal webs is in each case a sawtooth-shaped locking profile and on the mutually facing inner surfaces the base strip longitudinal webs are each assigned to the locking profile sawtooth-shaped counter-locking profile.
- Cover strip with the base strip therefore overlap the base strip longitudinal webs the cover strip longitudinal webs in each case laterally, the base strip longitudinal webs to form a snap-on latch connection at the bottom Are resiliently hinged at the end.
- a disadvantage of such a structure of the strip arrangement is that a possibly required oblique alignment of the cover strip with respect to the Base bar, where e.g. one of the locking profile / counter locking profile pairings at the beginning of a mounting process is brought together, this Locking profile / counter-locking profile pairing in the course of the further attachment movement partially or completely disengaged again.
- the attachment process can therefore with such a structure of the strip arrangement overall time consuming be, which in turn involves a higher cost when installing such Ledge arrangements results.
- the locking connection is by a cover strip locking element on the Base bar facing the bottom of the cover strip is arranged and a includes tooth-shaped locking profile, and by a cover strip locking element correspondingly assigned base strip locking element, which on the Cover bar facing the top of the base bar is arranged and a tooth-shaped corresponding to the tooth-shaped locking profile
- Counter locking profile includes, formed.
- the cover strip locking element is in turn separated by two spaced, approximately parallel in the longitudinal direction of the cover strip and cover strip longitudinal webs projecting approximately perpendicularly from the underside of the cover strip and the base bar locking element by two from each other spaced, approximately parallel in the longitudinal direction of the base bar and base bar longitudinal webs projecting approximately perpendicularly from the top bar top side educated.
- the central web has a sawtooth shape on its two side surfaces Snap profile on that on the mutually facing insides the base bar longitudinal webs have a corresponding sawtooth-shaped counter-locking profile assigned.
- the locking profile In the locked state of the cover strip with the The base bar is the locking profile in engagement with the counter-locking profile, the overlap the base side longitudinal webs on the side of the two longitudinal cover webs and, rest on the base bar longitudinal webs.
- the tooth-shaped locking profile is in each case facing one another Inner surfaces of the cover strip longitudinal webs and the tooth-shaped Counter-locking profile in each case on the outer surfaces facing away from one another Basebar longitudinal webs arranged. Furthermore, the middle bar comes at one oblique orientation of the cover strip relative to the base strip on one upper end of one of the base bar longitudinal webs to the system and holds it Counter-locking profile in engagement with the locking profile of the associated cover strip longitudinal web. With an approximately parallel alignment of the cover strip and the In the locked state, the central bar is at a distance from the Base strips longitudinal webs on.
- the middle bar can also serve as a placement aid in a double function serve, since it is in an oblique orientation of the cover strip against the Base bar at the beginning of a push-on process in which one of the locking profile / counter-locking profile pairings is engaged at the top End of the base bar longitudinal web and thus ensures that the Locking profile and the counter-locking profile for the required even engagement always in the same direction along the entire longitudinal direction Interlocking tooth profile area. This will make the attachment process obstructing jamming of the tooth-shaped locking profiles in the longitudinal direction of the ledge seen different tooth profile heights avoided.
- the center bar also takes on a stabilizing function for the cover strip as a whole, but in particular in the area of the latching element, by additionally reinforcing them. This is advantageous because the cover strip e.g. as a tread bar is always exposed to increased loads. So that can counteracted damage to the strip arrangement in a simple manner become.
- the cover strips longitudinal webs and Base strip longitudinal webs and the central web at least in sections over a partial area of the cover strip and / or the base strip. Because the cover strip and the base bar, however, is usually made by the meter, it is advantageous that the cover strip longitudinal webs and the base strip longitudinal webs and the center bar over the entire length of the cover strip and / or extend the base bar.
- the counter-locking profile and the locking profile can basically be different Be trained as long as it is ensured that a sufficient Locking of the cover strip with the base strip is possible.
- According to claim 3 is therefore at least the counter-locking profile and the locking profile formed at the free longitudinal web end.
- the base bar longitudinal webs are according to claim 4 each with the same height from the base bar top, where at least one, but preferably both base bar longitudinal webs are resiliently connected to the top of the base plate.
- the cover strip longitudinal webs are elastic are resiliently connected to the top of the base plate.
- One of those elastically resilient connection can be produced in a simple manner, for. B. by a weakening of material in the connection area.
- the cover strip is according to claim 5 formed as a transition profile in which the cover strip locking element in cross-section approximately in a central area on the underside of the cover strip with both sides of it approximately symmetrical with respect to the cover strip locking element projecting cover strip side areas arranged is.
- the cover strip can according to claim 6 straight or slightly convex his.
- the cover strip according to claim 7 Compensation profile formed, in which the cover strip locking element in Cross section preferably slightly offset to the center on the underside of the cover plate with cover strip side areas protruding from it on both sides is.
- a first cover strip side area is with respect to the cover strip locking element longer than an opposite second cover strip side area formed and the second cover strip side area is included horizontally aligned cover strip with respect to a horizontal plane higher than the longer, first cover strip side area.
- the central web and the cover strip longitudinal web are each at the same height from the underside of the cover strip.
- the central web can have a greater length than the cover strip longitudinal webs, with which an advantageous threading of the cover strip when plugging on and thus a further simplification of the attachment process is possible.
- the cover strips longitudinal webs in the fully locked Condition completely overlap the base strip longitudinal webs and the free end of the central web is accommodated in a groove on the top of the base bar be, in the latter case a particularly stable connection can be established is.
- the cover strip is according to claim 11 formed as an end profile in which the cover strip locking element on the edge of the cover strip underside with a cross section projecting cover strip side area is arranged.
- the final profile is preferably straight or slightly convex.
- the tooth profile of the locking profile and the counter-locking profile is designed as a sawtooth profile.
- other tooth profiles can also be provided that are suitable Ensure latching, e.g. a more rounded tooth profile shape.
- the base bar is preferably made of a plastic manufactured. Such a cover strip made of aluminum is simple and inexpensive manufacture and also forms a stable cover that is relatively insensitive against loads from the top. Thanks to the veneer coating can be made cover strips that are simple Be advantageously adapted to the corresponding installation environment can. In total, a bar arrangement is made available, which have a visually attractive and high-quality overall impression mediated.
- the base strips are preferably with the sub-floor screwed or dowelled. Alternatively, the base bar can also be used with the Sub-floor to be glued.
- Strip arrangement 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a strip arrangement 1 shown for covering or pressing over joints for floors.
- This Strip arrangement 1 comprises a cover strip 2 and a base strip 3. How this can also be seen from FIG. 1, this base bar 3 is fixed to the Screwed underbody 4.
- cover strip 2 and the base strip 3 are by means of a press-fit locking connection 5 releasably connected to each other, wherein Cover strip side areas 14, 15 here only schematically and by way of example illustrated floor coverings that form a joint to be covered, lies on.
- the latching connection 5 is by a cover bar latching element arranged on the base bar 3 6 and by one arranged on the base bar 3
- Base strip locking element 7 is formed.
- the cover strip locking element 6 is thereby by two spaced apart and in the longitudinal direction of the cover strip 2 approximately parallel and approximately perpendicular from the underside of the cover strip protruding cover strip longitudinal webs 8 and the base strip locking element 7 by two corresponding to the cover strip locking element 6 assigned base strip longitudinal webs 9 formed, which are also from each other are spaced, run approximately parallel in the longitudinal direction of the base bar and protrude approximately vertically from the base bar top.
- cover strip longitudinal webs 8 On the mutually facing inner surfaces of the cover strip longitudinal webs 8 is a sawtooth-shaped locking profile 10 and facing away from each other
- the outer surfaces of the base bar longitudinal webs 9 are each sawtooth-shaped Counter rust profile 11 arranged, the cover strip longitudinal webs 8 in the locked Condition of the cover strip 2 with the base strip 3, the base strip longitudinal webs 9 partially overlap laterally.
