Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsanordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1. Eine solche Befestigungsanordnung dient meist zur Befestigung eines rückseitigen Wandelementes eines Schubkastens an einem Schubboden und einem Verbindungselement, wobei der Schubkasten bzw. Schubboden in einen feststehenden Möbelkorpus montiert wird.
Aus der DE 197 26 466 A1 ist eine Befestigungsanordnung bekannt, bei der die Rückwand eines Schubkastens über einen Eckverbinder mit einer Seitenwand des Schubkastens verbindbar ist. Die Seitenwand des Schubkastens ist wiederum über eine Profilschiene mit einer Laufschiene einer Ausziehführung verbunden. Die Profilschiene ist biegbar bzw. scharnierartig ausgebildet, so daß die Schubladenseitenwand in eine Stellung parallel zu dem Schubladenboden geklappt werden kann. Zwar läßt sich mit dieser Ausbildung eine Einheit aus Schubboden und Seitenwänden relativ gut lagern und transportieren, die Montage der Rückwand ist jedoch mit viel Aufwand verbunden. Zunächst muß ein Eckverbinder an einen Vorsprung an der Profilschiene angeschraubt werden und zusätzlich in die Seitenwand eingesteckt werden. Danach wird die Rückwand an dem Eckverbinder mittels weiterer Befestigungsmittel angebracht. Neben dem hohen Montageaufwand erfordert diese Ausbildung eine große Anzahl an Bauteilen, was die Herstellungskosten erhöht. Außerdem ist der Eckverbinder speziell auf die jeweiligen Seitenwände und Rückwände abgestimmt und kann daher nicht ohne weiteres für Schubladen anderer Baugrößen eingesetzt werden.
Aus der DE 93 18 382 ist eine Schublade bekannt, bei der die Schubladenrückwand mit den seitlichen Schubladenwänden über Rastmittel verbindbar ist. Die Schubladenzargen und die Schubladenrückwand sind dabei aus einem Stahlblech gefertigt und es ist im Verbindungsbereich kein zusätzliches Verbindungselement vorgesehen, das die Stabilität erhöht.
Die US 5 348 386 zeigt eine Befestigungsanordnung für eine Rückwand eines Schubkastens an einem Schubboden, wobei ein in der Ecke angeordnetes Verbindungselement vorgesehen ist, das mit Vorsprüngen jeweils in die Seitenwand und in die Rückwand eingreift und somit für eine Fixierung sorgt. Die Montage erfolgt somit durch ein nachträgliches Einschieben des von zwei Verbindungsteilen in die einzelnen Wände.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Befestigungsanordnung für ein Wandelement zu schaffen, die möglichst einfach zu montieren ist und nur wenige Einzelbauteile aufweist. Ferner soll die Befestigungsanordnung flexibel für Schubladen und Schubböden unterschiedlicher Bauart einsetzbar sein.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Befestigungsanordnung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Gemäß der Erfindung ist eine Befestigungsanordnung zur Befestigung eines Wandelementes an einem Schubboden und einem Verbindungselement vorgesehen, mit einem Wandelement, das an einem Schubboden fixiert ist, und einem an dem Schubboden anbringbaren Verbindungselement, das mit einer Ausziehführung verbindbar ist, wobei das Wandelement verschwenkbar an dem Schubboden gelagert ist und eine Rasteinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die das Wandelement in einer Montageposition hält. Diese Ausbildung der Befestigungsanordnung ermöglicht eine einfache und schnelle Montage des Wandelementes, das nur in die aufrechte Montageposition verschwenkt werden muß und an der Rasteinrichtung verrastet werden muß. Das Rastgeräusch kann dabei als Kontrolle dienen, daß die gewünschte Montageposition erreicht ist. Ferner entfällt die Notwendigkeit einen gesonderten Eckverbinder für das Wandelement vorzusehen, was auch die Herstellungskosten verringert. Gemäß der Erfindung ist das Verbindungselement verschwenkbar gelagert und weist einen Teil der Rasteinrichtung auf, der in der Montageposition mit dem anderen Teil der Rasteinrichtung zusammenwirkt. Die Ausbildung der Rasteinrichtung bestimmt bei der Montage, ob zunächst das Verbindungselement oder das Wandelement in die Montageposition verschwenkt wird. Da eine Rasteinrichtung meist in eine Richtung lösbar ist, kann die Reihenfolge des Hochklappens danach bestimmt werden, in welche Richtung eine größere Belastung zu erwarten ist. Sollten in mehrere Richtungen Belastungen auftreten, so ist auch eine Arretierung der Rasteinrichtung oder des Wandelementes möglich. Eine besonders vielfältige Verwendung des Verbindungselementes wird ermöglicht, wenn ein Halteaufbau ausgebildet ist, der in der Montageposition als Anschlag für das Wandelement dient. An einem Halteaufbau aus Kunststoff könnten zusätzlich Halteelemente zum Befestigen von Seitenwand- und Frontwandelementen oder Aufsätzen für eine Erweiterung der Bauhöhe vorgesehen sein. Die Anordnung eines Halteaufbaus ermöglicht einen vielfältigen Einsatz des Verbindungselementes.
Wenn das Wandelement biegbar an dem Schubboden gehalten ist, kann es auf einfache Weise an dem Schubboden vormontiert werden, um dann in die Montageposition gebogen zu werden. Ferner sind keine zusätzlichen Schamierelemente notwendig.
Vorzugsweise ist an dem Halteaufbau auch ein Aufsatz vorgesehen, der eine Ausnehmung und den Anschlag für das Wandelement aufweist. Eine besonders stabile und günstig herstellbare Befestigungsanordnung erhält man, wenn der Aufsatz aus Kunststoff gebildet ist und an einen mit der Ausziehführung verbundenen Abschnitt aus Metall angegossen ist.
Wenn das Wandelement eine Biegestelle aufweist, die an einer Seitenkante des Schubbodens angeordnet ist, kann die Seitenkante als Anlage dienen, um das Wanelement in eine im wesentlichen vertikale Montageposition zu bringen. Die Materialbelastung im Bereich der Biegestelle wird dadurch relativ gering gehalten. Vorzugsweise sind an der Biegestelle längliche Durchbrüche vorgesehen, die beim Montagevorgang verhindert, daß das Wandelelement unbeabsichtigt an weiteren Stellen verbogen wird.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist das Wandelement entlang seiner Oberkante eine Wölbung auf, an der eine Aussparung gebildet ist, und benachbart zu der Aussparung eine Rastzunge vorgesehen ist. Diese Gestaltung ermöglicht eine kostengünstige Herstellung des Wandelementes aus einem Metallblech, an dem nur die nötigen Ausstanzungen und Biegungen vorgesehen werden müssen. Ferner kann die Rastzunge in der Montageposition in eine an dem Aufsatz gebildete Ausnehmung eingreifen.
Eine besonders hohe Seiten- und Rückwand kann mit der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsanordnung hergestellt werden, wenn der Aufsatz mehrteilig ausgebildet ist und einen oberen Teil aufweist, an dem ein Teil der Rasteinrichtung vorgesehen ist. Der Aufsatz kann somit durch die Anbringung eines weiteren Aufsatzteiles auf einfache Weise an unterschiedliche Schubkastentypen angepaßt werden.
Ferner wird erfindungsgemäß ein Schubkasten mit einem Schubboden, der beidseitig an jeweils einer Ausziehführung gehalten ist, einer Frontblende, Seitenwänden und einer Rückwand bereitgestellt, wobei die Rückwand mittels zweier Befestigungsanordnungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gehalten ist.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die in den Fig. 1 bis 9 gezeigte Befestigungsanordnung dient zur Befestigung eines Schubbodens 1 eines Schubkastens an einem nicht näher dargestellten Möbelkorpus. Hierfür sind an beiden Seiten des Schubbodens 1 teilweise aus Metallblech bestehende Verbindungselemente 3 jeweils an einer Schiene einer Ausziehführung 2 befestigt. Eine weitere Schiene der Ausziehführung ist mit einer Seitenwand eines Möbelkorpus verbindbar. An einer Rückseite des Schubbodens 1 ist ein rückseitiges Wandelement 4 aus einem Metallblech angeordnet, das einen Bodenabschnitt 5 und eine Biegestelle 6 aufweist. Der Bodenabschnitt 5 ist an der Unterseite des Schubbodens 1 über Schraubverbindungen oder andere Befestigungselemente fixierbar.
Der Schubboden 1 liegt jeweils auf einem sich horizontal erstreckenden Bodenabschnitt eines Verbindungselementes 3 auf, an dem ein Zapfen 8 drehbar gelagert ist. Der Zapfen 8 greift in eine in dem Schubboden 1 gebildete Ausnehmung ein, so daß das Verbindungselement 3 in einem flachen Zustand zusammen mit dem Schubboden 1 gelagert werden kann. Der Zapfen 8 ist ferner mit einem Rasteinrichtung versehen, die in eine Aussparung 9 in einem aus einem Metallblech gebildeten Mittelabschnitt 7 des Verbindungselementes 3 greift.
Oberhalb des Mittelabschnittes 7 aus Metall ist ein aus Kunststoff bestehender Aufsatz 10 angeformt, der zur Befestigung von Seitenwandelementen, einer Frontplatte oder einer Rückwand dienen kann. Der Aufsatz 10 weist einen Vorsprung 12 auf, an dessen Oberkante eine Ausnehmung 11 als Teil einer Rasteinrichtung ausgebildet ist. Ferner ist integral mit dem Aufsatz 10 eine Halteeinrichtung 13 mit mehreren Armen ausgebildet, die zur Befestigung eines weiteren Aufsatzteiles oder von Seitenwandelementen dient.
In den Fig. 4 und 5 ist der Montagevorgang der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsanordnung gezeigt. In einem vormontierten Zustand ist an der Ausziehführung 2 ein hinteres Verbindungselement 3 mittels Nietverbindung befestigt. Ferner sind an den entlang dieser Ausziehführung 2 vorgesehenen Verbindungselementen 3 ein erstes Seitenwandelement 14 und ein zweites Seitenwandelement 15 befestigt.
Das Wandelement 4 ist zunächst nur an der unteren Seite des Schubbodens 1 fixiert. Hierfür sind in dem Wandelement 4 schlüssellochähnliche Öffnungen 19 ausgebildet, in die mehrere Schrauben eingedreht sind. An dem gegenüberliegenden oberen Ende des Wandelementes 4 ist eine Wölbung 17 durch Biegung des Metallbleches vorgesehen. An der Wölbung 17 ist kurz vor der Seitenkante eine Aussparung vorgesehen, so daß am seitlichen Ende eine Rastöffnung 18 ausgebildet ist. Das Wandelement 4 befindet sich im vormontierten Zustand in einer Position, wie sie in Fig. 8 gezeigt ist.
Für die Montage wird zunächst das rückseitige Wandelement 4 an der Biegestelle 6 nach oben gebogen. Durch längliche Durchbrüche 16 wird verhindert, daß das Wandelement 4 an einer anderen Stelle gebogen wird. Ferner liegt die Biegestelle 6 an der Seitenwand des Schubbodens 1 an, so daß beim Biegevorgang eine vertikale Ausrichtung des Wandelementes 4 im Bereich der Biegestelle 6 unterstützt wird.
Nach dem Hochbiegen des Wandelementes 4 in die Montageposition wird die Seiteneinheit mit dem Verbindungselement 3 nach oben in die Montageposition verschwenkt, bis die Rastöffnung 18 an der Ausnehmung 11 an dem Verbindungselement 3 anliegt. Alternativ ist es möglich, zuerst die seitliche Einheit mit dem Verbindungselement 3 nach oben zu schwenken und dann das rückseitige Wandelement 4 nach oben zu biegen.
Statt der gezeigten Rasteinrichtung mit der Rastöffnung 18 und der Ausnehmung 11 können auch andere Rasteinrichtungen eingesetzt werden, die beispielsweise einen Schnapper oder andere Rastelemente vorsehen. Ferner kann die Rasteinrichtung mit mechanischen Mitteln arretiert werden, so daß ein Auseinanderrutschen der Rasteinrichtung verhindert wird.
In den Fig. 10 und 11 ist ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsanordnung gezeigt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist an dem Aufsatz 10 des Verbindungselementes 3 ein weiters Aufsatzteil 20 angebracht, das in die Halteeinrichtung 13 und an weiteren Befestigungsvorsprüngen eingreift. Das Aufsatzteil 20 sieht im oberen Bereich genauso aus wie der Aufsatz 10, insbesondere ist eine Ausnehmung vorgesehen die mit einer Rastöffnung an dem rückseitigen Wandelement 4' zusammenwirkt. Durch das Aufsatzteil 20 kann die Befestigungsanordnung für einen Schubkasten mit höheren Wänden eingesetzt werden. Um möglichst Standardbauteile verwenden zu können, sind die seitlichen Wandelemente 14 und 15 an dem Aufsatz 10 und dem Aufsatzteil 20 befestigbar. Zusätzlich sind zwei baugleich ausgeführte Wandelemente 21 an dem Aufsatz 10 bzw. dem Aufsatzteil 20 angebracht.

Claims (10)

  1. Befestigungsanordnung zur Befestigung eines rückseitigen Wandelementes (4) eines Schubkastens an einem Schubboden (1) und einem Verbindungselement (3), mit einem Wandelement (4), das an einem Schubboden (1) fixiert ist, und einem an dem Schubboden (1) anbringbaren Verbindungselement (3), das mit einer Ausziehführung (2) verbindbar ist, wobei das Wandelement (4) verschwenkbar an dem Schubboden (1) gelagert ist und eine Rasteinrichtung (11, 18) vorgesehen ist, die das Wandelement (4) in einer Montageposition hält, und das Verbindungselement einen Teil der Rasteinrichtung (18) aufweist, der in der Montageposition mit dem anderen Teil der Rasteinrichtung (11) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (3) verschwenkbar gelagert ist und an dem Verbindungselement (3) ein Halteaufbau (13) ausgebildet ist, der in der Montageposition als Anschlag für das Wandelement (4) dient.
  2. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wandelement (4) biegbar an dem Schubboden (1) gehalten ist.
  3. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Verbindungselement (3) ein Aufsatz (10) vorgesehen ist, der eine Ausnehmung (11) und den Anschlag für das Wandelement (4) aufweist.
  4. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (10) aus Kunststoff gebildet ist und an einen mit der Ausziehführung (2) verbundenen Abschnitt (7) aus Metall angegossen ist.
  5. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wandelement (4) eine Biegestelle (6) aufweist, die an einer Seitenkante des Schubbodens (1) angeordnet ist.
  6. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Biegestelle (6) längliche Durchbrüche (16) vorgesehen sind.
  7. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wandelement (4) entlang seiner Oberkante eine Wölbung (17) aufweist, an der eine Aussparung gebildet ist, und benachbart zu der Aussparung eine Rastzunge (18) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Befestigungsanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastzunge (18) in der Montageposition in eine an dem Aufsatz (10) gebildete Ausnehmung (11) eingreift.
  9. Befestigungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (10) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist und einen oberen Teil aufweist, an dem ein Teil der Rasteinrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Schubkasten, mit einem Schubboden, der beidseitig an jeweils einer Ausziehführung gehalten ist, einer Frontblende, Seitenwänden und einer Rückwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand mittels zweier Befestigungsanordnungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gehalten ist.
