Claims (11)
- Regelvorrichtung für zumindest zwei mit einem Druckmedium (6), insbesondere Hydrauliköl betriebene Arbeitsgeräte (2, 3), z.B. Bergeschere (4), Bergespreizer (5), etc., mit einem Versorgungskreis (10, 11) für das Druckmedium (6) für jedes Arbeitsgerät (2, 3) und mit zumindest einer Druckerzeugungsvorrichtung (9) und mit in den Versorgungskreisen (10, 11) für die Arbeitsgeräte (2, 3) eine durch Steuerventile (23, 24) gebildete Steuervorrichtung (15), wobei die Steuerventile (23, 24) über zumindest einen Verbindungskanal (25) oder eine Verbindungsleitung bedarfsweise in Strömungsverbindung stehen, und wobei zwei Steuerventile (23, 24) in einem gemeinsamen, den Verbindungskanal (25) aufweisenden Ventilgehäuse (18) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je Versorgungskreis (10, 11) für die Arbeitsgeräte (2, 3) ein Steuerventil (23, 24) angeordnet ist und jedes Steuerventil (23, 24) drei Schaltstellungen aufweist, wobei in einer ersten Schaltstellung der Steuerventile (23, 24) jedes der Arbeitsgeräte (2,3) von einem der unabhängigen Versorgungskreise (10, 11) versorgt wird, und wobei mit einem Steuerventil (23, 24) in der zweiten Schaltstellung und dem anderen Steuerventil (23, 24) in der ersten Schaltstellung der aus der Druckerzeugungsvorrichtung (9) geförderte Mediumstrom über den Verbindungskanal (25) von dem Steuerventil in der zweiten Schaltstellung dem Steuerventil (23, 24) in der ersten Schaltstellung zugeführt wird, und somit die Förderleistung der Druckerzeugungsvorrichtung (9) auf einem Arbeitsgerät (2, 3) konzentriert wird, und wobei in einer dritten Schaltstellung der Steuerventile (23, 24) die Förderung unterbunden ist.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil (23, 24) als Drehschieberventil ausgebildet ist, das einen im wesentlichen zylindefförmigen Ventilkörper (19, 20) aufweist, der in dem mit Abströmungskanälen (13) versehenen Ventilgehäuse (18) dreh- bzw. schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerventil (23, 24) als Kolbenschieberventil ausgebildet ist.
- Regelvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ventilgehäuse (18) der Steuerventile (23, 24) auf einer Stirnfläche (38) eines einen Antriebsmotor (29) und Pumpelemente (30) tragenden Gehäuseteils (27) befestigt ist.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkörper (19, 20) mit zumindest einer Bohrung (58) versehen ist, die eine Strömungsverbindung zwischen den Ein- und Ausströmöffnungen (57) bilden.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einund Ausströmöffnungen (57) der Bohrung (58) in einer Stirnfläche (56) des Ventilkörpers (19, 20) angeordnet sind.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Strömungskanäle (31) im Ventilgehäuse (18) oder Gehäuseteil (27) in zumindest zwei parallelen und zu einer Mittelachse des Ventilkörpers (19, 20) parallel verlaufenden Ebenen angeordnet sind.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Ventilkörper (19, 20) gegebenenfalls in Bohrungen (58) zwischen den Ein- und Ausströmöffnungen (57) federbelastete Rückschlagventile (60) angeordnet sind.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungskanal (25) des Ventilkörpers (19, 20) mit im Ventilgehäuse (18) verlaufenden, zwei Einlässe und zwei Auslässe ausbildenden Bohrungen (58) je Schaltstellung bedarfsweise eine Strömungsverbindung ausbilden.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je eine Ausströmöffnung der Ventilkörper (19, 20) über den Verbindungskanal (25) im Ventilgehäuse (18) mit je einem Auslaß je Versorgungskreis (10, 11) strömungsverbunden ist.
- Regelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilgehäuse (18) der Steuervorrichtung (15) auf dem Gehäuseteil (27) der Druckerzeugungsvorrichtung (9) mit den Strömungskanälen (13) strömungsverbunden mit im Gehäuseteil (27) der Druckerzeugungsvorrichtung (9) verlaufenden Strömungskanälen (31) befestigt ist.
