  • containers are produced or become container parts and / or pre-bent container segments using one of the conventional joining methods Containers assembled.
  • conventional deep-drawing techniques it is not possible already in the source material Breakthroughs, passages, beads, etc. to provide what a Inexpensive manufacture of containers is a great advantage would.
  • a fixed connection of several elements with the help one of the conventional joining techniques to a container the use of expensive special tools or flashbulbs.
  • flashbulbs are often also appropriate complex and therefore expensive systems for implementation of the various conventional joining techniques.
  • Page 494 top right is the manufacture of a container described, in which a centrally arranged, flat flat, rectangular floor area, on its four sides there are flat extensions. These extensions must each be bent by 90 ° can be connected to one another, for example, by welding.
  • This known container thus has between the bottom surface and rectangular sharp corner areas on the side walls in which dirt inevitably collects or accumulates can. Furthermore, there is no one in this container Well-shaped, fully or partially circumferential profile, for example to accommodate seals.
  • US 1,582,541 A (corresponds to the preamble of claim 1 or 2) is a container made of deformable material described in the form of a flat board in itself, which a with a number of cuts provided processing of the Containers.
  • This container consists of a number formed from a rectangular unit area Lateral surfaces, from a closed bottom surface, the essentially from partially overlapping lateral surface processes is formed, as well as from one inside the container projecting and provided for reinforcement, bead-shaped Circumferential profile.
  • This bead-shaped circulation profile is in the known container obtained by punching or cutting the execution by means of appropriate folding devices first the bead-shaped profile is formed. Subsequently are in the extension of the intended bending edges between Mitres corresponding to the individual lateral surfaces in the profile introduced that are dimensioned so that after performing the cutting edges of the miters apply and be joined together by joining can. In this way, a protruding into the interior of the container receive a reinforcing circumferential profile.
  • GB 1 103 316 A there is also a container made of deformable Material described in the form of a flat board in itself.
  • the longitudinal edges of the development of the container to be manufactured are in the extension of the later bending edges between the V-shaped incisions provided lateral surfaces, which so are designed to be in the corner areas of the container forming a flange projecting into the container Edges of the V-shaped incisions abut each other and can be connected by joining.
  • the object of the invention is therefore one in shape and size variably executable container with inside produce the above admission / connection profile, the also in areas with high demands regarding Hygiene can be used and used without having to its manufacture expensive special tools or devices as well as complex systems for carrying out the usual Joining techniques must be used.
  • Such a container or container part has a preferred Embodiment of the invention as a circumferential profile a u-shaped or v-shaped or trough-shaped in cross-section Recording / connection profile. Furthermore, the cutouts are like this dimensioned and designed so that the corner areas between the Lateral surfaces and the profile-forming lateral surface extensions formed as spherical surface segment-shaped surface areas are.
