Claims (8)
- Système de lubrification à carter sec pour un moteur à combustion interne pour entraíner un véhicule automobile, de préférence un véhicule léger compact, lequel système de lubrification à carter sec comprend un carter à huile (3) raccordé à un circuit d'huile du moteur à combustion interne par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite d'amenée (4) et d'une conduite de retour (5), caractérisé en ce que le carter à huile (3) relié à la conduite d'amenée (4) et la conduite de retour (5) présente une section transversale rectangulaire plane et est disposé à la verticale au niveau d'une face frontale (6) du moteur (1), le carter à huile (3) se trouvant relativement près du moteur (1) et s'étendant par des côtés courts (7, 8) dans la direction longitudinale A-A et par des côtés longs (9, 10) dans la direction transversale B-B du moteur (1) et s'étendant en outre sur une partie essentielle de la hauteur totale (Gh) du moteur (1).
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le carter à huile (3), au-dessus d'un carter du moteur (1), est muni d'un gradin (13) dépassant le carter pour agrandir le volume.
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour monter le carter à huile (3) au niveau du moteur (1), plusieurs éléments de logement élastiques (14, 15, 16) sont prévus.
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la conduite de retour (5) est réalisée en métal et présente un soumet élastique (18).
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de retour (5) est formée par le soufflet (18) et une tubulure (19) réalisés de manière séparée l'un de l'autre.
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de la conduite de retour (5) est monté un clapet anti-retour (20), qui est relié au moteur (1).
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le clapet anti-retour (20) est entouré par un boítier tubulaire (23).
- Système de lubrification à carter sec selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le clapet anti-retour (20) comprend un corps de soupape (24), qui coopère avec une bague de siège de soupape (25) du soufflet (18).
