Definitions
- the invention relates to a transfer station for entering and Outsourcing of motor vehicles in a rack warehouse, with a in a building trained transfer room, in which a turntable accommodating the motor vehicle is arranged is an entrance opening through which the motor vehicle in the transfer space is retractable, an exit opening, through which the motor vehicle can be extended from the transfer space and a shelf storage access opening through which the Motor vehicle from the transfer room can be stored in the rack warehouse or can be removed from it in the transfer space, with the entrance opening, the exit opening and the rack storage access opening by means of locking elements for a Motor vehicle are lockable, which are arranged on the turntable and can be rotated with it in such a way that when released one of the openings blocked the other openings are.
- the parking areas for motor vehicles and especially for Cars are in the inner-city area of larger cities very limited. In many cities, therefore, are multi-story Multi-storey car parks have been erected, although a variety of vehicles, but still one have a large space requirement, since in addition to the actual Parking areas also relatively large traffic areas for the Anund Departure of the vehicles as well as those running around in the parking garage People must be provided. Furthermore it is necessary to take extensive security measures for to provide for people and vehicle traffic in the parking garage.
- Such a parking garage is for example from DE 297 15 323 U1 and DE 298 03 991 U1 known.
- the turntable with the car is then turned into a desired orientation, where at the same time there is a roller door of a shelf storage access opening opens, through which a sled into the transfer room is brought in, who takes over the car and in the rack warehouse settles.
- the user has his vehicle back want it will be from the sled in the transfer room provided on the turntable, whereupon the Pulls the sled back out of the transfer room and the shelf storage access opening is closed by means of the roller door.
- a rolling gate of an exit opening opens through which the user enter into the transfer space and to his Vehicle can reach the transfer area leaves through the exit opening.
- roller shutters are very advantageous in terms of their space requirements however, the disadvantage of being relatively sensitive and are prone to malfunction, making the personnel and cost Maintenance effort is great. Furthermore have roller shutters due to the use of many motors a complex and therefore expensive construction and there are additional safeguards necessary to a manual Lifting the roller doors and thus an unauthorized entry to be excluded from persons in the transfer room.
- JP 2-115 463 A is a transfer station in one automatic parking garage known from the in the preamble of Claim 1 is assumed. This is also within a turntable arranged on the building can drive a motor vehicle.
- a combined Entry / exit opening can be a motor vehicle in the Retract or extend transfer area.
- the motor vehicle is a shelf storage access opening can be stored in the shelf warehouse from the transfer room or can be outsourced from this.
- On the turntable are parallel running, secant-like locking elements provided between them a recording room for the Motor vehicle defined.
- the turntable is aligned is a motor vehicle through the entrance / exit opening can pass through, are the locking elements arranged in front of the rack storage access opening and prevent that the motor vehicle mistakenly entered directly into the Shelf storage is retracted. If the turntable on the other hand is oriented so that the rack storage access opening is released, then the locking elements are in front of the Entry / exit opening arranged and prevent a motor vehicle can hit the turntable if just another motor vehicle in or out
- parking garages which have a plurality of arranged radially with respect to a central turntable Have parking spaces, with the turntable directly on adjoins the parking space (DE 38 10 116 A1).
- a barrier the hub opposite the parking spaces as well as opposite an entry or exit to or from the turntable of or outside is not provided.
- the invention has for its object a transfer station for storing and retrieving vehicles in one To create shelf storage, where the access openings to the Transfer space both simple and reliable cordoned off for motor vehicles as well as for people can be.
- the entrance opening and the exit opening and preferably the rack storage access opening is also gang-like trained and open directly on the periphery of the turntable, i.e. the vehicles and the people must be on the Circumference of the turntable lying cross section of the mouth pass through the respective opening to reach the turntable or to come down from it.
- the locking elements are arranged on the turntable so that they are direct before the muzzle cross-section of the respective Opening can be positioned and block it so far, that no people squeeze into the transfer room can.
- the locking elements can in different orientations relative to the openings to be brought. If the turntable set like this is that through one of the openings, i.e. the entrance opening or the exit opening or the standard warehouse access opening, access to the turntable is possible Locking elements positioned so that the other two openings for the passage of motor vehicles and people are locked. By turning the turntable and thus the Locking elements can be a previously free in this way Block the opening and release a different opening. Access to the transfer space can thus be reliable lock without the entrance opening and / or the exit opening through gates and especially roller shutters must also be blocked off. Because the locking elements do not need their own drive and are fixed on the turntable are mounted, is a robust, resistant Construction given an economical operation allowed.
- the locking elements can be from piles or barriers be formed, but preferably as locking elements Barrier walls formed, particularly when complete Opening one opening the other two openings close completely, i.e. not just the passage of Vehicles, but also prevent people from entering.
- the turntable is a circular disk and the barrier walls with its surface facing the center of the circle run essentially parallel to each other.
- the barrier walls, the diametrically opposite on the turntable are arranged, form a receiving space between them for the motor vehicle that accesses on opposite sides through which the vehicle enters the recording room can retract or extend.
- the entrance opening, the exit opening and the access opening are essentially radial in a known manner aligned with the turntable.
- the three openings should be arranged adjacent, in particular a mutual Angular offset of approximately 60 ° can be provided.
- the entrance opening and the exit opening as one Combined entry / exit opening can provided in an alternative embodiment of the invention be that the combined entry / exit opening is relative to the rack storage access opening by a circumferential angle the turntable is offset by approx. 90 °.
- the barrier walls so that at Rotation of the turntable the opening to be closed, i.e. either the combined entry / exit opening or the Shelf access opening, is already closed when the other opening to be opened was just closed is. It is therefore reliable in every position of the turntable avoided a person having direct access from the outside of the building to the shelf warehouse.
- the combined entry / exit opening relative to the rack storage access opening also by a circumferential angle the turntable of about 135 ° or even 180 ° be offset.
- the entrance opening and the exit opening based on the turntable by a circumferential angle of approx. 120 ° in relation to the rack storage access opening and are arranged offset relative to each other, wherein a so-called Y configuration is preferred, in which the entrance opening and the exit opening under symmetrical Arrangement to the rack storage access opening.
- the barrier walls can be placed on the turntable Secant of the circular shape run, but is preferred provided that at least one barrier wall has the cross-sectional shape a circular section of the turntable and the peripheral surface of the turntable over an angular range from 90 ° to 180 °, preferably from 140 ° over the entire Covers the height of the openings.
- the rack storage access opening with an additional security door can be locked to prevent unauthorized entry to prevent or at least complicate to the rack storage.
