Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken von nicht-porösen Oberflächen eines Substrats mit einer ein Lösungsmittel enthaltenden InkJet-Tinte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit einem weißen Acryllack beschichtete farbige oder schwarze nicht-poröse Oberfläche mit einer InkJet-Tinte, die einen Glycolether als eine den Acryllack anlösende Komponente enthält, bedruckt wird, wobei das mit dem weißen Acryllack beschichtete Substrat im sichtbaren Bereich eine Lichtdurchlässigkeit von weniger als 10% aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Acryllack als Lösung in einem organischen Lösungsmittel, als wässrige Dispersion oder als Pulverlack aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht-poröse Oberfläche mit dem Acryllack besprüht oder bestrichen wird, bis die zu bedruckende nicht-poröse Oberfläche vollständig bedeckt ist und danach getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat aus Glas, Metall, Keramik oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff in Form von Polystyrol, Polyvinylchlorid, Polypropylen oder Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymerisat vorliegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lackschicht auf der nicht-porösen Oberfläche auf eine Stärke von 1 bis 500 µm eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit dem Acryllack beschichtete, nicht-poröse Oberfläche nach dem herkömmlichen Dreifarbendruck bedruckt wird.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der weiße Acryllack Titandioxid als Weißpigment enthält.
