Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur mechanischen Entwässerung von Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Feststoffen, insbesondere faserartigen Feststoffen, wie Rüben-Extraktionsschnitzeln (RES), wobei der abzupressende Feststoff (2) von zumindest einem drehbar antreibbaren Schraubenelement (3) einer Schraubenpresse (1) in dessen axialer Richtung (4) an einer stationären äußeren, das Schraubenelement (3) umschließenden, und/oder an einer inneren, mit dem Schraubenelement (3) rotierenden, jeweils eine Entwässerungsfläche bildenden Siebfläche (5a, 5b) unter Einwirkung von Normal- und Scherkräften entlanggefördert und hierbei einer Pressung unterworfen wird, wobei die hierdurch ausgepreßte Flüssigkeit bezogen auf das Schraubenelement (3) etwa radial nach außen und/oder radial nach innen abgeführt wird, wobei zumindest im letzten Abschnitt der axialen Preßstrecke die radial äußere und/oder radial innere, jeweils von einer Siebfläche (5a, 5b) begrenzte Randschicht (6a, 6b) des Preßgutes (7) von dem radial mittleren Preßgut (8) getrennt und von der bzw. den Siebflächen (5a, 5b) weggefördert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der beiden Randschichten (6a, 6b) unter Einwirkung des auf sie ausgeübten Preßdruckes durch zumindest eine in der zugeordneten Siebfläche (5a, 5b) vorgesehene Austragsöffnung (9) angepaßten Querschnittes nach außen abgefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der beiden Randschichten (6a, 6b) durch in ihren Förderweg ragende Schälorgane (10) abgeschält und in die zumindest eine Austragsöffnung (9) eingeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abförderung der zumindest einen Randschicht (6a, 6b) durch angetriebene, dem Bereich der zumindest einen Austragsöffnung (9) zugeordnete Förderorgane (11) unterstützt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Randschicht (6a, 6b) um eine achsparallele Längsachse gedreht und nahezu mischungsfrei mit radial mittlerem Preßgut (8) ausgetauscht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den genannten Austauschvorgang ortsfeste Einbauten verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als ortsfeste Einbauten statische Mischelemente (13) mit sich in axialer Richtung kreuzenden Kanälen verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine getrennte Randschicht (6a, 6b) mit dem radial mittleren Preßgut (8) vermischt wird.
