Claims (4)
- Lanze zum Behandeln von in metallurgischen Gefäßen befindlichen flüssigen Metallschmelzen, insbesondere von einem Vakuum ausgesetztem Stahl in RH-Gefäßen, sowie zum Heizen von RH-Gefäßen vor oder zwischen den Behandlungsphasen, die ein inneres Leitrohr (11) zum Führen von Gasen, insbesondere Sauerstoff, mit einer kopfendigen Lanzenmündung zum Aufblasen des Gases besitzt und über ihre Gesamtlänge einen ersten Kühlmantel (14) aufweist und fußendig an eine Gas- und Kühlmedienversorgung angeschlossen ist, wobei die Lanze zur Ausführung einer Brennerfunktion auf dem äußeren Umfang des ersten Kühlmantels (14) angeordnete Kanäle (18) zur Durchleitung eines Brenngases zu im Bereich der kopfendigen Lanzenmündung ausgebildeten, schräg zur Lanzenachse ausgerichteten Brennerdüsen (19) aufweist und das Leitrohr (11) gegenüber den Brennerdüsen (19) verschiebbar ist und weiterhin die Brenngaskanäle (18) von einem zweiten äußeren Kühlmantel (20) umschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Leitrohr (11) mit erstem Kühlmantel (14) als ein erster Lanzenkörper (10) und die Brenngaskanäle (18) mit zweitem Kühlmantel (20) als ein zweiter Lanzenkörper (17) mit an dessen unterem Ende schräg zur Längsachse der Lanze angeordneten Brennerdüsen (19) ausgebildet sind und der erste Lanzenkörper (10)in dem zweiten Lanzenkörper (17) zwischen einer angehobenen Brennerfunktionsstellung, in welcher die am Ende der Lanze befindlichen Brennerdüsen (19) einen axialen Abstand zu der Lanzenmündung für den Sauerstoffaustritt aus dem angehobenen Lanzenkörper (10) aufweisen, und einer abgesenkten Blasstellung, in welcher die Brennerdüsen (19) durch den das Ende des zweiten Lanzenkörpers (17) nach unten überragenden ersten Lanzenkörper (10) abgedeckt sind, verschiebbar ist, wobei die Verschiebung des ersten Lanzenkörpers (10) in dem zweiten Lanzenkörper (17) zur Einstellung eines variablen Abstandes der Brennerdüsen (19) von der Lanzenmündung für den Sauerstoffaustritt stufenlos einstellbar ist.
- Lanze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Lanzenkörper (17) den ersten Lanzenkörper (10) ringförmig umschließt.
- Lanze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Lanzenkörper (10) von einer an dem zweiten Lanzenkörper (17) angeschlagenen Hubvorrichtung (26) bewegbar ist.
- Lanze nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Lanzenkörper (17) sich über die gesamte Länge des ersten Lanzenkörpers (10) erstreckt und getrennt angeordnete Hubvorrichtungen für den ersten Lanzenkörper (10) und den zweiten Lanzenkörper (17) vorgesehen sind.
