Definitions

  • EP 0 086 854 A1 describes a device for providing Material known at workplaces, which is designed as a storage hopper Has storage for the material on one side there is an exit opening with a feeder. Right away a shaft is detachably attached to the outlet opening through which the material is conveyed to the actual point of use.
  • the known device requires a large amount of space. Also offers an arrangement of several devices on top of each other does not. In addition, this device must be different for materials Type and size of each one geometrically matched to it Outlet opening with associated shaft can be used.
  • the invention is based on a device for providing Material at workplaces according to the genus of the main claim.
  • a such device is already known from DE-GM 73 37 769.
  • This device has a memory designed as a material shaft for the material to which a tapping point with a Gripping tongue and a material metering device connects.
  • the material shaft and the tapping point are formed as one part.
  • With the selection of the device is therefore also available Storage volume of material set. To adapt to To achieve as many different storage volumes as possible a very large number of different sized devices required. However, this has the disadvantage that the number of parts increases.
  • the inventive device for providing Material at workplaces with the characteristic features has the advantage that a very high variety is possible and yet only little different parts are needed. This is because that the material chute and the tapping point as releasable interconnectable parts are formed and that the Tapping point at an opening in the material chute can be arranged. Another advantage is that the Storage volume precisely adapted to the respective task can be. In addition, the room can be on Make optimal use of your workplace. Because a coordinated Parts inventory is possible will be fewer Refill operations necessary, resulting in a reduction of Non-productive times in production are possible.
  • containers can be prefilled separately and easily closed by slide and thus be transported.
  • Material chutes can both can be arranged side by side as well as one above the other. at the vertical arrangement allows multiple containers to be one Parts silo can be upgraded.
