Description
Nachteilig bei dieser Einrichtung sind der zur Realisierung erforderliche hohe Fertigungsaufwand, der hohe Verschleiß sowie Ungenauigkeiten in der Positionierung der Reinigungsvorrichtung an den Zylindern.
Diese Reinigungseinrichtung kann lediglich zum Reinigen von zwei Zylindern in Druckwerken nach der Dreizylinderbauweise Verwendung finden.
Nachteilig ist außerdem, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung durch ihre Anordnung auf einer zentralen Schwenkwelle die Zugänglichkeit zu den Zylindern behindert.
Aus der DE 44 28 224 A1 ist es bekannt, zum wahlweisen Anstellen einer Reinigungsvorrichtung an zwei Zylinder die Reinigungsvorrichtung am oberen Ende von vertikal verschiebbar und schwenkbar angeordneten Gabelhebeln vorzusehen und an den Gabelhebeln im oberen Bereich angreifende, in einer Totlage betreibbare Viergelenkgetriebe anzuordnen.

In der Arbeitsposition am Gummituchzylinder 8 berührt das Reinigungstuch 33, wenn in bekannter Weise das Andrückelement 29 mit Druckluft beaufschlagt wird, diesen auf einer Rakellinie R1, die parallel zur Drehachse des Gummituchzylinders 8 und parallel zur Drehachse 34 der Reinigungsvorrichtung 27 verläuft, wobei die Drehachse 34 und die Drehachse des Zahnrades 16 übereinstimmen. Eine Gerade G1, die die Rakellinie R1 und die Drehachse des Gummituchzylinders 8 senkrecht schneidet, schneidet ebenso die Drehachse 34 der Reinigungsvorrichtung 27.
Hat das Andrückelement 29 die Arbeitsposition am Gummituchzylinder 8 erreicht, wird das Verschieben des Wagens 11 unterbrochen und über das Andrückelement 29 das Reinigungstuch 33.1 in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche des Gummituchzylinders 8 gebracht und diese auf bekannte Weise gereinigt.

Claims (15)
- Einrichtung zum wahlweisen Reinigen mehrerer Zylinder (7,8,9) des Druckwerks einer Bogendruckmaschine, die in Dreizylinderbauweise ausgeführt ist, bestehend aus einer durch Verschieben entlang einer Führungsbahn (5) wahlweise an jeweils einen Zylinder (7,8,9) anstellbaren Reinigungsvorrichtung (27), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) entlang einer als Geradführung (6) ausgebildeten Führungsbahn (5) verschiebbar und als funktionelle Einheit um eine Drehachse (34) schwenkbar ausgeführt ist, wobei das Schwenken und Anstellen der Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) zwangsweise an die drei Zylinder (7,8,9) während des Verschiebens erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Führungsbahn (5) ein Eingriffsglied (10) gelagert ist, welches durch eine Verschiebeeinrichtung (18) innerhalb der Führungsbahn (5) verbringbar ausgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingriffsglied (10) durch eine am Eingriffsglied (10) angreifende Spindel (20), die mit einem Antriebselement (22) verbunden ist, verschiebbar ausgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingriffsglied (10) mit einem die Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) aufnehmenden Kupplungsglied (24) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwenkung des Kupplungsgliedes (24) zwangsweise während des Verschiebens des Eingriffsgliedes (10) erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwenkung des Kupplungsgliedes (24) mittels Formschluss erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kupplungsglied (24) mit einem Zahnsegment (16) verbunden ist, welches mit einer gestellfest angeordneten Zahnstange (17) kämmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindel (20) mit einem an dem Eingriffsglied (10) angeordneten Getriebe (41) gekoppelt ist, welches die Schwenkung des Kupplungsgliedes (24) realisiert.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,2 und 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übersetzungsverhältnis Zahnstange (17)/Zahnsegment (16) oder des Getriebes (41) so gewählt sind, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) nach einem zurückgelegten Verschiebeweg des Eingriffsgliedes (10) einem Plattenzylinder (7), einem Gummituchzylinder (8) oder einem Druckzylinder (9) zuordenbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übersetzungsverhältnis Zahnstange (17)/Zahnsegment (16) oder des Getriebes (41) so gewählt sind, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) nach einem zurückgelegten Verschiebeweg des Eingriffsgliedes zusätzlich mindestens eine Serviceposition durchläuft, in der die Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) eine vom Plattenzylinder (7), Gummituchzylinder (8) und Druckzylinder (9) abgewandte Lage einnimmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) einer als verlängerte Zykloide (36) ausgebildeten Bahnkurve folgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verlauf der verlängerten Zykloide (36) durch die Arbeitsposition der Reinigungsvorrichtung (27) am Plattenzylinder (7), Gummituchzylinder (8) und Druckzylinder (9) bestimmt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Servicebereich (37) eine erste Serviceposition (39) und/oden in einem zweiten Servicebereich (38) eine zweite Serviceposition (40) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingriffsglied (10) als Wagen (11) ausgebildet ist, der aus einer Grundplatte (13) mit vier daran angeordneten Führungsrollen (12) besteht, die in die Führungsbahn (5) eingreifen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Grundplatte (13) ein das Zahnsegment (16) aufnehmender Lagerzapfen (14) angeordnet und mit dem Zahnsegment (16) das Kupplungsglied (24) verbunden ist.
