Claims (25)
- Ausstellvorrichtung für einen an einem Rahmen schwenkbar angeordneten Kipp- oder Dreh-Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere für ein Fenster oder eine Fenstertür mit einer Kippeinrichtung zur Bewegung des Flügels zwischen einer an dem Rahmen anliegenden Stellung und einer gegenüber dem Rahmen gekippten Stellung, mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung zur Verriegelung des Flügels in dem Rahmen und zum Lösen der Verriegelung und mit einer Antriebseinrichtung zum Antrieb der Kippeinrichtung und zum Antrieb der Verriegelungseinrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch eine Koppeleinrichtung (45, 63) zur wahlweisen Verbindung eines einzigen Antriebs (29, 65) der Antriebseinrichtung (14, 61) mit der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13, 59) und/oder mit der Kippeinrichtung (8, 60).
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (14, 61) eine angetriebene Gewindespindel (30, 66) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Gewindespindel (30) jeweils mit der Kippeinrichtung (8) und der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) verbundene Muttern (31, 32) angeordnet sind und daß die Koppeleinrichtung (45) zur Trennung zumindest einer der Muttern (32) von der Gewindespindel (30) gestaltet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) eine Steuerkurve (37, 67) hat und daß die Mutter (31, 64) der Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) mit einem durch die Steuerkurve (37, 67) geführten Kulissenstein (39, 69) verbunden ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kulissenstein (39, 69) auf einer längsverschieblich geführten, mit der Mutter (31, 64) der Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) verbundenen Steuerplatte (38, 74) angeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerkurve (37, 67) in einem in dem Flügel (4) und dem Rahmen (1) gelagerten Ausstellarm (17, 68) angeordnet ist. - Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (30) einen ersten Gewindeabschnitt (47) zum Antrieb der Mutter (31) der Kippeinrichtung (8) und einen zweiten, von dem ersten Gewindeabschnitt (47) getrennten, zum Antrieb der Mutter (32) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) ausgebildeten Gewindeabschnitt (48) hat.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppeleinrichtung (45) zwischen den beiden Gewindeabschnitten (47, 48) einen Freistich (46) mit der Breite der Mutter (32) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) und Mittel zur Bewegung der Mutter (32) in den Freistich (46) oder in den zweiten Gewindeabschnitt (48) hat.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mutter (31) der Kippeinrichtung (8) zur Bewegung der Mutter (32) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) in den zweiten Gewindeabschnitt (48) gestaltet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mutter (32) mittels eines Rastelementes (54) in ihrer vorgesehenen axialen Position in dem Freistich (46) gehalten ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Muttern (31, 32) ein auf die andere Mutter (31, 32) gerichtetes Federelement (56) hat.
- Aussteilvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mutter (31) der Kippeinrichtung (8) ein Fangelement (55) zur Bewegung der Mutter (32) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) von dem zweiten Gewindeabschnitt (48) der Gewindespindel (30) in den Freistich (46) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem feststehenden Bauteil und der Mutter (32) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) ein die Mutter (32) in den Freistich (46) vorspannendes Federelement angeordnet ist.
- Aussteilvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Antrieb (29) und der Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) eine Rutschkupplung angeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Gewindeabschnitt (47) auf einer Hülse und die Rutschkupplung zwischen der Hülse und der Gewindespindel (30) angeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppeleinrichtung (45, 63) einen geraden Abschnitt (43) in der Steuerkurve (37, 67), bei dem die Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) ungetrieben ist, aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppeleinrichtung (63) zumindest einen Mitnehmer (73) zur wahlweisen Erzeugung eines Formschlusses mit der Kippeinrichtung (60) und/oder der Verriegelungseinrichtung (59) hat und daß die Antriebseinrichtung (61) zur Bewegung des Mitnehmers (73) gestaltet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (73) auf einer Blattfeder (70) angeordnet und gegen eine von einer Steuernocke (77) und/oder einer Ausnehmung (75) in einer Treibstange (72) begrenzte Gleitbahn (71) vorgespannt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (61) ein zwischen dem Elektromotor (78) und der Gewindespindel (66) angeordnetes Planetengetriebe (79) hat.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindespindel (30, 66) zum Ziehen der Muttern (32, 64) in die Offenstellung der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13, 59) gestaltet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (14, 61) mittels Endpositionen der Muttern (31, 32, 64) erfüllbarer Endschaltern (49, 50) schaltbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerplatte (38, 74) in Langlöchern (40, 40') einer eine Beschlagnut des Flügels (1) abdeckenden Stulpschiene (23) geführt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine längsverschiebliche Treibstange (24, 72) der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13, 59) ein Langloch zur Durchführung eines die Mutter (31, 64) der Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) mit der Steuerplatte (38, 74) verbindenden Mitnehmers (52, 73) hat.
- Dreh-Kipp-Flügel mit einer Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (14, 61) auf der zur Ausrichtung nach innen vorgesehenen Seite des Flügels (4) befestigt ist und in den Flügel (4) im Bereich von Langlöchern (33) eindringende, mit der Kippeinrichtung (8) und der Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) verbundene Steckelemente (34, 35) hat.
- Dreh-Kipp-Flügel nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (14, 61) und die Kippeinrichtung (8, 60) jeweils Mitnehmer (52, 53, 73) aufweisen und daß die Steckelemente (34, 35) der Antriebseinrichtung (14, 61) die Mitnehmer (52, 53, 73) seitlich umgreifen.
