Claims (17)
- Fensterheber mit einer an einem Basisteil (20) in Form eines Türinnenbleches, eines Aggregateträgers oder dergleichen befestigten Führungsschiene (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Basisteil (20) eine Aufnahme (30) ausgebildet ist, der ein korrespondierend geformtes, an der Führungsschiene (10) angeordnetes Gegenstück (300) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Aufnahme (30) und das Gegenstück (300) dergestalt formschlüssig ausgebildet sind, daß die Führungsschiene (10) und das Basisteil (20) zueinander verkippbar gelagert sind. - Fensterheber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (30) und das Gegenstück (300) eine Verschiebung des Basisteiles (20) und der Führungsschiene (10) zueinander in zumindest einer Richtung verhindern.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (10) über eine Kugel-Pfanne-Paarung mit dem Basisteil (20) verbunden ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Basisteil (20) zumindest eine kugel- und/oder pfannenförmige Aufnahme (30) und an der Führungsschiene (10) zumindest ein pfannen- und/oder kugelförmiges Gegenstück (300) angeordnet ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (30) einstückig an dem Basisteil (20) ausgebildet ist.
- Fensterheber nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (30) als eine pfannenförmige Vertiefung in einer konischen oder kugelförmigen Erhebung (33) ausgebildet ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (30) und das Gegenstück (300 ) als tonnen- oder zylinderförmige Ausformung ausgebildet sind, wobei die Aufnahme (30) die Negativform des Gegenstückes (300) bildet.
- Fensterheber nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (30) eine Durchgangsöffnung (40) zur Montage eines Befestigungsmittels (50; 55) aufweist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung an der Führungsschiene (10) oder an dem Basisteil (20) als Langloch (40) ausgebildet ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (55) als ein lösbares Verbindungselement ausgebildet ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (55) einen an dem Basisteil (20) anliegenden Kontaktbereich (57) und einen an der Führungsschiene (10) anliegenden Kontaktbereich (58) aufweist, wobei die Kontaktbereiche (57, 58) korrespondierend zu den Aufnahmen (30) des Basisteils (20) und der Führungsschiene (10) ausgebildet sind.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel als Befestigungsschraube (55) ausgebildet ist, die über zumindest eine Befestigungsmutter (56) mit dem Basisteil (20) und der Führungsschiene (10) verbunden ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmutter (56) einen korrespondierend zu der Aufnahme (30) oder dem Gegenstück (300) geformten Kopf aufweist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (50) unlösbar mit der Führungsschiene (10) oder dem Basisteil (20) verbunden ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel (50) als ein Gewindeabschnitt (51) mit einem gewölbten Kontaktbereich (52) ausgebildet ist.
- Fensterheber nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gewölbte Kontaktbereich (52) mit einer pfannenförmigen oder tonnenförmigen Aufnahme (30) des Basisteiles (20) oder des Gegenstückes (300) der Führungsschiene (10) korrespondiert.
- Fensterheber nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenstück (300) und das Befestigungsmittel (50, 55) eine Baueinheit bilden.
