Claims (9)
- Schleifwalze für die Steinbearbeitung mit einem Walzenkörper (32) und einem auf dessen Mantelfläche befestigten streifenförmigen, mit Schleifmittel besetzten, offene Enden aufweisenden Schleifband (52), das lösbar mit dem Walzenkörper (32) verbunden ist und mindestens eines der offenen Enden in einem radialen Schlitz (50) des Walzenkörpers (32) eingesetzt ist, der mit einer Spannvorrichtung in Verbindung steht, die die Weite des Schlitzes (50) einstellt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (32) auf einer Welle (30) sitzt und mindestens einseitig eine konische Ringnut (42,46) aufweist, in die ein Spannring (34,36) mit einer konischen ringförmigen Feder (40,44) eingreift. - Schleifwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (32) an beiden Enden konische Ringnuten (42,46) aufweist, in die Spannringe (34,36) mit konischen Federn (40,44) eingreifen, wobei eine Mutter (38) den Walzenkörper (32) mit den beiden Spannringen (34,36) verspannt. - Schleifwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (32) mindestens teilweise an seiner Umfangsfläche von einem Fließ (64) umgeben ist, in das Widerhaken einer zum Kleitteil (66) am Rücken des Schleifbands (52) gehörenden Teilfläche eingreifen. - Schleifwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Walzenkörper (32) und der Welle (30) ein Hohlraum (48) gebildet ist, der über Bohrungen (62) mit der Schleifmitteloberfläche in Verbindung steht. - Schleifwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (30) über einen Teilbereich ihrer axialen Länge eine Distanzbüchse (70) aufnimmt und der andere Teilbereich eine Schleifwalze (24) trägt. - Schleifwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (32) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Schlitze (50) zur Aufnahme der Enden des Schleifbandes aufweist. - Schleifwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkörper (32) mindestens an einem seiner Enden mehrere Spannstücke (76,78,82,84,86,88,90,92) aufweist. - Schleifwalze nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannstücke (76,78,82) jeweils zwei Laschen (96,98) aufweisen, wodurch sie mit Spannschrauben (80) miteinander verbunden sind. - Schleifwalze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (50) des Walzenkörpers (32) Fließe aufweisen, in die Widerhaken eines an der Rückseite des Schleifbandes befindlichen Kletteils (66) eingreifen.
