Claims (12)
- System (100) zum Anheben eines Müllsammelbehälters (C) aus einer in der Erde eingebetteten Aufnahme (S) und zum Abgaben des Mülls (R) aus dem Müllsammelbehälter (C) in einen Körper, der auf einem Müllsammelfahrzeug angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:eine erste Arbeitseinheit (1), die in einer in der Bodenwand der eingebetteten Aufnahme (S) gebildeten Ausnehmung (10) untergebracht ist und dazu dient, eine den Müllsammelbehälter fest abstützende Plattform (P) in einer vertikalen Richtung abwechselnd zwischen zwei getrennten Arbeitsstellungen translationsförmig zu bewegen, und zwar einer unteren Stellung (H1), in der der Müllsammelbehälter (C) vollständig innerhalb der eingebetteten Aufnahme (S) verschwindet, um Müll zu speichern, und einer angehobenen Stellung (H2), in der der Müllsammelbehälter (C) vollständig angehoben und in der Nähe des Körpers des Müllsammelfahrzeuges angeordnet ist, wobei der Müllsammelbehälter (C) einen geneigten Boden (11) hat, der von einem ersten Kopf (12) zu einem gegenüberliegenden zweiten Kopf (13) verläuft, wobei der zweite Kopf (13) eine erste aktive Platte (80) und eine zweite passive Platte (81) umfasst, von denen die erste aktive Platte längs des unteren Randes des zweiten Kopfes (13) angelenkt ist und die zweite passive Platte längs des oberen Randes des zweiten Kopfes (13) angelenkt und über der ersten Platte (80) angeordnet ist,eine zweite Arbeitseinheit (2), die mit dem Müllsammelbehälter (C) im Bereich des ersten Kopfes (12) angeordnet ist und eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (20) umfasst, die mit Antriebsmitteln (30) verbunden ist, welche im Bereich des geneigten Boden (11) angeordnet ist, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (20) dazu dient, zusammen mit Abstütz- und Führungsmitteln (39) eine Schubfläche (40) von dem ersten Kopf (12) zu dem zweiten Kopf (13) und umgekehrt zu bewegen, um dadurch den Müll in Richtung auf den zweiten Kopf (13) zu verdichten und zu schieben, undeine dritte Arbeitseinheit (13), die in der Nähe des zweiten Kopfes (13) angeordnet ist und eine schiebende Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) umfasst, die mit der ersten aktiven Platte (80) verbunden ist und dazu dient, die erste aktive Platte (80) in abgestufter Beziehung zu der Translationsbewegung der Schubfläche (40) von dem ersten Kopf (12) nach außen zu dem zweiten Kopf (13) zu drehen, um dadurch eine freie Drehbewegung der zweiten passiven Platte (81) zu ermöglichen, wobei die Drehung der ersten aktiven Platte (80) den Öffnungsvorgang bewirkt, der erforderlich ist, um den Müll (R) abzugeben und den Müllsammelbehälter (C) zu entleeren, wobei die schiebende Betätigungsvorrichtung (8) ferner dazu dient, die erste aktive Platte (80) zu schließen und dadurch die zweite passive Platte (81) zu schließen, wenn der Behälter (C) vollständig entleert wurde.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Arbeitseinheit (1) Hubmittel (4) umfasst, die mit einem Mechanismus (5) zusammenwirken, der in der Lage ist, die Plattform (P) bezüglich der Aufnahme (S) anzuheben bzw. abzusenken, wobei die Plattform (P) durch erste Gleitmittel (6) längs entsprechender erster beweglicher vertikaler Führungen (60) translationsförmig abwechselnd bewegbar ist, wobei die letzteren durch zweite Gleitmittel (7) längs entsprechender zweiter ortsfester vertikaler Führungen (70) abwechselnd translationsförmig bewegbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubmittel (4) mindestens ein Paar vertikal beweglicher Kolben umfasst und dass die besagten Mechanismen (5) mindestens ein Paar Kettenräder (46) umfassen, die von den Enden der Kolben (45) drehbar gelagert werden und mit einem Paar Ketten (47) in Eingriff stehen, wobei ein erstes Ende (47a) der Ketten (47) an einer Wand (4a) der Hubmittel (4) befestigt ist und ein zweites Ende (47b) der Ketten (47) an der Plattform (P) befestigt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Gleitmittel (6) mindestens zwei Paare, und zwar ein erstes Paar (61) bzw. ein zweites Paar (62), oberer Rollen (61a) und unterer Rollen (61b) umfassen, die an der Plattform (P) drehbar gelagert sind und innerhalb einer Nut (59) drehbar sind, die in den ersten bewegten vertikalen Führungen (60) gebildet ist, und dass die zweiten Gleitmittel (7) mindestens zwei Paare, ein drittes Paar (71) bzw. ein viertes Paar (72), oberer Rollen (71a) und unterer Rollen (71b) umfassen, die an den ersten beweglichen vertikalen Führungen (60) drehbar gelagert und innerhalb einer Nut (69) drehbar sind, die in den zweiten ortsfesten vertikalen Führungen (70) gebildet ist, wobei die letzteren an gegenüberliegenden Wänden (S1, S2) der Aufnahme (S) befestigt sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (10) für die Aufnahme der ersten Arbeitseinheit (1) benachbart zu einer seitlichen Wand (S3) der eingebetteten Aufnahme (S) angeordnet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (10) zur Aufnahme der ersten Arbeitseinheit (1) in der Gegend eines zentralen Bereiches (S4) der Bodenwand der eingebetteten Aufnahme (S) gebildet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (30) ein Schneckenrad (31) aufweisen, das parallel zu dem geneigten Boden (11) und unterhalb desselben von der Betätigungsvorrichtung (20) zu dem zweiten Kopf (13) verläuft und mit einer Spindelmutter (32) verbunden ist, die durch einen Streifen (33) an dem unteren Teil der Schubfläche (40) starr befestigt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (30) unter Zwischenlage einer Schutzdichtung (34) durch einen Schlitz (35) verläuft, der in dem geneigten Boden (11) gebildet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstütz- und Führungsmittel (39) obere Räder (42) und untere Räder (41) umfassen, die an der Schubfläche (40) drehbar gelagert und mit Nuten (410) versehen sind, um mit entsprechenden oberen Stangen (43) und unteren Stangen (44) verbunden zu werden, welche an den gegenüberliegenden inneren seitlichen Wänden (48, 49) des Behälters (C) befestigt sind und sich von dem ersten Kopf (12) parallel zu dem geneigten Boden (11) zu dem zweiten Kopf(13) erstrecken.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (S) einen damit verbundenen Deckel (300) aufweist, der aus einer horizontalen Schließstellung in eine vertikale Öffnungsstellung bewegbar ist, und zwar durch Drehen des Deckels bezüglich eines horizontalen Gelenkes (301), wobei der obere Teil der Aufnahme (S) von einem rohrförmigen Element (302) umgeben ist, das eine daran befestigte Stange (304) mit einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen vertikalen Abschnitt und nach oben gedrehten Wangen (306, 305) trägt, wobei das rohrförmige Element (302) und die Stange (304) einen daran befestigten Balken (400) trägt, der eine Lagerkonstruktion des Deckels und einer Abdeckplatte (401) bildet, dass die unteren Ränder des Balkens (400) und der Abdeckplatte (401) mit entsprechenden Dichtungen (415, 417) versehen sind, die zusammen mit dem Deckel (300) in der Schließstellung in Anlage an dem rohrförmigen Element (302) bzw. der Stange (304) bewegbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine zweite Dichtung (416) umfasst, die zwischen der inneren Wange (306) der Stange (304) und dem außerhalb des Balkens (400) liegenden Teils (401A) der Deckplatte angeordnet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (303) der Stange (304) eine Öffnung (303A) hat, die mit einem Abgabe- und/oder Abflusskanal (420) verbunden ist.
