Definitions
- the present invention relates to a glove with an always closed, in its wide adjustable opening to pass through the hand of the User when putting on the glove.
- Gloves of this type are generally known from the prior art. you will be either as normal clothing or as a sports glove when skiing or snowboarding and similar sports. In a known manner, the Put his hand through the opening in the glove to put it on. To improve the fit of the glove by an adjustment mechanism or the like, the passage opening can be narrowed. The glove is lying then closer to the user's hand.
- Injuries are common during skiing and snowboarding hand.
- the wrists are particularly at risk.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a known glove of the type mentioned Art to develop in such a way that better protection of the wrist or the Hand is guaranteed.
- the object is achieved in that at least when tightened Glove in the wrist area above the user's hand is an upper support element and a lower support element is provided below the hand, the lower and upper support element via an actuator with restriction the passage opening can be moved towards one another like a jaw.
- This solution is simple and has the advantage that the hand or the wrist through the two support elements can be guided stably. Because the support elements are movably connected to each other, putting on the glove is not hindered. Because of the jaw-like movement of the support elements a tight fit of the support element on the wrist is ensured and so a Protection of the wrist ensured.
- the support elements can essentially be in the form of a rail or plate and move in when the glove is on Extend the longitudinal direction of the hand beyond the wrist area. Let it through support elements with a large guide length can be realized in a simple manner.
- the support elements consist of one material, that is significantly stiffer than the rest of the glove material. This allows one Make a stable guide rail or plate.
- the support elements can be used be removable from the glove. It is then also possible to use different gloves to have, to which the support elements are then attached.
- the gloves can then be used to attach the Support elements have insertion pockets in the insertion sections of the respective Support element can be inserted. In this way, the support elements can be replaced accomplish quickly and easily.
- the upper support element has a support section in the area of the wrist and a back section with which supports the support element on the back of the hand.
- this allows a larger one Achieve guide length of the support elements, on the other hand, it can also kink Avoid effectively with the hand upwards.
- the support section and the back section can be flexibly connected to one another.
- a support function can be realized on the one hand and still the hand has enough room to move.
- the actuating device can be stepless be adjustable. This allows the support elements to be stepless against each other be moved to ensure optimal adaptation to the hand of the user.
- a particularly simple actuating device can be implemented if the Actuator has a flexible band that at least when tightened Glove is connected to the support elements. With such a tape you can realize a flexible connection of the two support elements, which at the same time very is space-saving.
- the upper and / or lower support element Has deflections for guiding the tape. With such diversions the tape can also be guided safely over longer support lengths and essentially allows one parallel movement of the two support elements.
- the tape can be reversed be carried out like a lacing of a shoe.
- a lacing allows easy adjustment of the support elements to the hand of the user, whereby at the same time a sufficiently large preload is exerted on the two support elements can be used to press these against each other like jaws. If the desired tension is reached, the band can be laced like a shoe, to hold the position.
- a locking device on the upper or Lower support element can be provided with which the free ends of the band opposite the upper or lower support element can be fixed.
- a locking device it is not necessary to tie the ends of the ribbon together. Instead of of which you can e.g. B. be clamped.
- the locking device can also have a device with an operating element, when operated, the band for putting on or taking off the glove releasable and fixed when the band is not operated with the glove on is. This makes it even easier to use.
- clamps are e.g. B. also used for jackets. It can e.g. Legs simple spring clip can be used, as is also used in jackets and the like to adjust the length of tension cords there.
- the deflections are through-openings have through which the tape is guided. With such through openings prevent the tape from being accidentally unhooked or the like. The functional reliability is thus increased.
- Figure 1 shows the glove 1 according to the invention in a plan view. It is about in the glove around a glove for a user's right hand.
- the Glove has finger sections 2 and a thumb section 3, as well as a back portion 4 and a palm portion 5.
- the back portion 4 and the palm section 5 are connected to one another and form on the a side facing away from the finger sections 2 and the thumb section 3 Wrist section 6.
- a penetration opening is created on wrist section 6 7, through which the operator puts his right hand into the glove, while in the tightened Condition the fingers of the hand in finger sections 2 and the thumb in Thumb section 3 is included, with the palm section 5 in the area of Palm is arranged and the back of the hand section 4 in the area of the back of the hand the hand of the operator is arranged.
- the passage opening 7 can be in the glove band 8 mouth.
- the upper support element 9 is designed as a guide rail which extends in the longitudinal direction of the glove or extends the hand of the operator and begins approximately at the back of the hand section 4 and ends in the region of the glove band 8 and thereby the wrist section 6 bridged.
- the upper support element is made of flexible plastic and has a glove side via a padding made of a foam material.
- the shape of the top Support element 9 is adapted to the back of the hand in the region of the back of the hand section 4 and substantially plate-shaped, about four-fifths over the Width of the glove extends. This area forms a back section 11 of the upper support element 9.
- the arms 13 have at their ends Deflections 14, which are each formed by eyelets. The arms 13 are around bent the outside of the glove towards the palm section 5, the Deflections 14 come to lie near the lower support element.
- the upper support element 9 has a reinforcing rib 15 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the upper support element and in the area between the back section 11 and the wrist section 12 has a joint 16.
- the material of the upper support element In the area of the reinforcement rib 15 is the material of the upper support element much thicker than the material of the rest of the upper support element.
- the hinge point 16 is achieved by vertical incisions in the reinforcing rib 15 transverse to it Longitudinal extension. A limited flexibility of the Back section 11 ensured against the wrist section 12.
- insertion sections 17 and 18 are provided, each in insertion pockets 19 and 20 are inserted.
- the outer contour of the upper support element 9 in the pockets is shown in dashed lines.
- These pockets can be made of a flexible material, e.g. B. leather attachments, which are sewn onto the material of the glove.
- the lower support element 10 is also made of flexible plastic as a guide rail formed, this guide rail has a greater rigidity than the upper support element 9 has. This is similar to the design of the upper support element lower support element widest in the area of the palm on the palm section 21 and extends about three quarters of the width of the glove in it Area.
- the lower support element 10 tapers in the direction of the glove band 8, in order to widen slightly again in the area of the passage opening 7. By this design adapts the lower support element ergonomically to the shape of the hand of the user.
- the lower support element 10 has at each end, as does the upper support element via insertion sections 22 and 23, each in insertion pockets 24 and 25 are included.
- the pockets can in turn be made of leather or the like his.
- the outer contour of the lower support element 10 is in the area of the insertion pockets again shown in dashed lines.
- a through hole 26 is provided, through which a band 27 with free ends 28 and 28 passes extends.
- the band 27 is through the deflections 14 in the manner of a shoe lacing guided.
- the free ends 28 and 29 are guided by a clamp 30 which is fastened in a receptacle 31 of the lower support element 10, the clamp in the receptacle 31 is inserted.
- the clamp 30 has a cylindrical bolt with a through opening through which the two free ends 28 and 29 are guided are.
- a spring-loaded sleeve is biased to a position in which it passes through closes, and gives the by lifting against the spring preload Opening free. The sleeve thereby presses on those guided through the through opening free ends 28 and 29.
- Such clamps are common in the clothing sector known.
- the operator To put on the glove, the operator first loosens the band 27 in the manner as is usual with shoe lacing, around the two support elements 9 and 10 spaced from each other. The passage opening 7 is thereby released. The The operator can now slip into the glove by hand, with the fingers in the finger sections 2 and the thumb is received in the thumb section 3. The operator's wrist comes approximately at the wrist section 6 of the wrist Glove to lie. Now the operator pulls on the two with the other hand free ends 28 and 29 which are connected to each other, e.g. B. by knotting. there the two free ends are pulled through the clamp 30, the cord 27 get under tension and the opposing deflections 14 with the poor 13 moved towards each other. As a result, the upper support element 9 and the lower support member 10 moves against each other and in the manner of jaws braced against each other. The lower support element is located between the belt and glove.
- the support elements 9 and 10 each form guide rails for the wrist. It is no longer possible to stretch your hand. Due to the elastic connection of the back section 11 to the wrist section 12, however, there is still the possibility of raising the hand slightly to move. As a result, the hand is not rigidly clamped in the glove 1. Because of the jaw-like moving towards each other of the support elements 9 and 10 also narrowed the penetration opening 7 at the same time. The hand can then no longer out be pulled off the glove.
- the new type of glove makes injuries to the wrist effective avoid.
- the glove according to the invention it is also possible to close the support elements remove.
- the tape is loosened again and the respective insertion sections removed from the pockets.
- the the upper and lower support elements can then simply be removed from the glove become.
- the upper and lower support elements on the glove again be attached by placing the glove through the two spaced apart Support elements is passed and the respective end sections in the assigned pockets are inserted, this makes it possible to put the glove on even without using the support elements.
- the glove is then universal applicable.
- an additional sleeve can be provided which covers the glove and encloses the two support elements and only the tape is led out.
- the Glove then has an appearance that is essentially that of a glove corresponds to the state of the art.
