Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandanschlussleiste für Arbeitsplatten im Innenausbau wie Einbauküchen, Badmöbel und dergleichen, mit einem an der Arbeitsplatte oder an der Wand zu befestigenden Unterteil sowie einem Oberteil, das mit einem angeformten, in einer Aufnahme des Unterteils rastbaren Haltesteg versehen ist, wobei das Oberteil aus einem Trägerelement und einem Abdeckelement besteht und wobei an den freien Enden des Trägerelementes wenigstens eine elastische Dichtlippe angeformt ist. Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik dahingehend zu verbessern, dass eine Wandanschlussleiste geschaffen wird, die kostengünstig herstellbar und einfach in ihrer Montage ist, die im eingebauten Zustand eine optimale Dichtwirkung realisiert und pflegeleicht ist und welche bei wunschgemäßen Veränderungen des Designs flexibel auswechselbar ist. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass in dem Abdeckelement eine von der Oberkante ausgehende Abschrägung von 30 bis 60° ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandanschlußleiste für Arbeitsplatten im Innenausbau wie Einbauküchen, Badmöbel und dergleichen, mit einem an der Arbeitsplatte oder an der Wand zu befestigenden Unterteil sowie einem Oberteil, das mit einem angeformten in eine Aufnahme des Unterteils rastbaren Haltesteg versehen ist, wobei das Oberteil aus einem Trägerelement und einem Abdeckelement besteht und wobei an den freien Enden des Trägerelementes wenigstens eine elastische Dichtlippe angeformt ist.
Aus der DE 37 12 718 ist eine gattungsgemäße Wandanschlußleiste bekannt. Diese besteht aus einer an der Arbeitsplatte oder an der Wand befestigten Trägerleiste in Form eines Winkelprofils mit einer oberen gegen die Wand und einer unteren gegen die Arbeitsplatte dichtenden elastischen Dichtlippe an jeweils einem Winkelschenkel der Trägerleiste. Eine starre Abdeckleiste ist mit einem angeformten und einem Aufnahmeschlitz der Trägerleiste steckbaren Haltesteg versehen.
Diese Wandanschlußleiste soll sehr einfach in Herstellung und Montage sein und im eingebauten Zustand eine optimale Dichtwirkung zwischen Wand und Arbeitsplatte aufweisen, wobei diese optisch nicht störend in Erscheinung treten soll.
Dies soll dadurch erreicht werden, daß die Trägerleiste mit den Dichtlippen ein symmetrisches Winkelprofil besitzt, daß die Dichtlippen an der Trägerleiste mit einem zur Abdeckleiste hin gewölbten und zur Wand bzw. Arbeitsplatte hin hohl ausgebildeten Dichtlippenprofil versehen sind. Die Abdeckleiste stützt sich gegen die Dichtlippen ab und übergreift diese im montierten Zustand formschlüssig.
Bei der Montage dieser Wandanschlußleiste sind jedoch recht hohe Kräfte erforderlich, um die Abdeckleiste im Haltesteg der Trägerleiste so zu fixieren, daß die Rückstellkraft der Dichtlippen diese nicht wieder herausdrücken.
Ein weiterer Nachteil wird im Übergangsbereich zwischen der Abdeckleiste und der Wand bzw. Arbeitsplatte gesehen, da hier durch fertigungsbedingte Toleranzen Spaltmaße entstehen können, die zum einen der Optik des gesamten Systems abträglich sind und zum anderen Krümel, Essensreste und dergleichen in den Zwischenraum zwischen der Abdeckleiste und den an der Trägerleiste angeformten Dichtlippen hineingelangen können und an dieser Stelle zur Schimmelbildung oder zu unangenehmer Geruchsbelästigung führen können. Ein weiterer Nachteil dieser Wandanschlußleiste besteht darin, daß bei einer Demontage, beispielsweise zu Reinigungszwecken, entweder der Aufnahmeschlitz der Trägerleiste oder der steckbare Haltesteg der Abdeckleiste irreversibel beschädigbar sind und somit ein komplettes neues Wandanschlußleistensystem montiert werden muß. Das gleiche Problem kann auftreten, wenn aus Gründen der Design-Ansichten des Nutzers hier ein neues Dekor auf der Abdeckleiste gewünscht wird.
Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, die es sich zur Aufgabe gestellt hat, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik dahingehend zu verbessern, daß eine Wandanschlußleiste geschaffen wird, die kostengünstig herstellbar und einfach in ihrer Montage ist, die im eingebauten Zustand eine optimale Dichtwirkung realisiert und pflegeleicht ist, und welche bei wunschgemäßen Veränderungen des Designs flexibel auswechselbar ist.
Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß an dem Abdeckelement eine von der Oberkante ausgehende Abschrägung von 30 bis 60° ausgebildet ist. Vorteilhaft bei dieser Ausführung ist, daß durch diese Dimensionierung zwischen der Wandanschlußleiste und der Wand bzw. Arbeitsplatte ein Zwischenraum entsteht, der den Vorstellungen der Designer entsprechend ausgeführt werden kann und den praktischen Ansprüchen an Pflege und Reinigung durch den Nutzer keine Schwierigkeiten stellt.
Weiterhin ist es durch die erfindungsgemäße Wandanschlußleiste möglich, verschiedene Materialien für das Abdeckelement einzusetzen, ohne daß die Dichtfunktion der Wandanschlußleiste beeinträchtigt ist.
Somit ist es auch möglich, mit der erfindungsgemäßen Wandanschlußleiste Materialien für das Abdeckelement zu verwenden, welche identisch zum Material der Arbeitsplatte sind, ohne daß diese separat mit der Arbeitsplatte beispielsweise verklebt werden müssen.
Durch die unterschiedliche Winkelstellung wird das Design des Abdeckelementes noch stärker in den Vordergrund gestellt, da hierdurch ein gewisser räumlicher Effekt entsteht, der mit herkömmlichen Wandanschlußleisten nicht realisierbar ist.
Dies kann auch dadurch betont werden, daß die Abschrägung über die gesamte Höhe des Abdeckelementes ausgebildet ist, wobei es auch im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt, die Abschrägung nur über einen Teil der Höhe des Abdeckelementes auszubilden.
Hier liegt es in den Händen der jeweiligen Designer, eine durch die individuellen Wünsche des Kunden bestimmte Ausführungsform der Wandanschlußleiste zu gestalten, da diese im Bereich der Abschrägung nicht nur eine lineare Ausbildung erfahren können, sondern hier liegt es auch im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Wandanschlußleiste, die Abschrägung konvex oder konkav auszubilden. Weiterhin ist es denkbar, Kombinationen der verschiedenen Geometrien zu verwenden.
Es soll nun an zwei die Erfindung nicht beschränkenden Figuren diese näher beschrieben werden. Es zeigt:

In Figur 1 ist eine Schnittdarstellung einer montierten Wandanschlußleiste 1 dargestellt. Mit dieser Ausführungsform ist das Unterteil 2 über ein Befestigungsmittel 7 mit der Arbeitsplatte 5 fest verbunden. Das Unterteil 2 verfügt über eine Aufnahme 21, in die der Haltesteg 321 des Oberteils 3 eingerastet ist. Das Oberteil 3 besteht aus einem Trägerelement 32 und dem Abdeckelement 31. Die Abschrägung 40 des Abdeckelementes 31 beträgt in dieser Ausführungsform 30°. Die Abschrägung 40 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel an beiden freien Enden des Abdeckelementes 31 angebracht. An den beiden freien Enden des T-förmig ausgestalteten Trägerelementes 32 sind einstückig zwei Dichtlippen 322, 323 angeformt, welche die Dichtfunktionen zur Arbeitsplatte 5 bzw. zur Wand 6 realisieren.
In Figur 2 ist eine Wandanschlußleiste 1 im montierten Zustand dargestellt, welche an der Wand 6 durch das Befestigungsmittel 7 fixiert ist.
Das Unterteil 2 kann im Rahmen der Erfindung sowohl an der Arbeitsplatte 5 als auch an der Wand 6 befestigt werden, so daß hier keine Verwechslungen bei der Montage auftreten können. In der Aufnahme 21 des Unterteils 2 ist der Haltesteg 321 des Oberteils 3 fixiert. An den freien Enden des T-förmigen Trägerelementes 32 sind einstückig die Dichtlippen 322, 323 angeformt.
Das auf dem Trägerelement 32 fixierte Abdeckelement 31 weist zwei von der Oberkante ausgehende Abschrägungen 40 auf, welche in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel 60° betragen.

Claims (4)

  1. Wandanschlußleiste für Arbeitsplatten im Innenausbau, beispielsweise Einbauküchen, Bademöbel und dergleichen, mit einem an der Arbeitsplatte (5) oder an der Wand (6) zu befestigenden Unterteil (2) sowie einem Oberteil (3), das mit einem angeformten in einer Aufnahme (21) des Unterteils (2) rastbaren Haltesteg (321) versehen ist, wobei das Oberteil (3) aus einem Trägerelement (32) und einem Abdeckelement (31) besteht und wobei an den freien Enden des Trägerelementes (32) wenigstens eine elastische Dichtlippe (322) angeformt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß an dem Abdeckelement (31) wenigstens eine von der Oberkante ausgehende Abschrägung (40) von 30° bis 60° ausgebildet ist.
  2. Wandanschlußleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschrägung (40) über die gesamte Höhe des Abdeckelementes (31) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Wandanschlußleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschrägung (40) nur über einen Teil der Höhe des Abdeckelementes (31) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Wandanschlußleiste nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschrägung (40) linear, konvex oder konkav ausgebildet ist.
