Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning Mop covers for cleaning mop covers on the mop holder clamped state by suction.
- mops are used. These mops comprise a textile area, the textile fibers are mostly in the form of fringes or loops. Should the floor can be cleaned wet or damp, also a Vessel with cleaning liquid needed for a dry cleaning of the flooring is not necessary. Should be great Floor surfaces are cleaned, mostly mops used, which consists of a separate mop holder and a insist on it and interchangeable mop cover.
- the mop cover is used when wet, damp or dry Cleaning floor coverings to the dirt adhering to the floor loosen and absorb in the fibers of the mop cover.
- the textile fibers work, mostly in fringes or Loop-like, like bristles of a brush that lay across the floor is pulled.
- the dirt adheres to the Fiber surface or in the space between the fibers of the Mop cover.
- cleaning systems are professional Cleaning of large smooth floor surfaces well known.
- the Systems which e.g. when cleaning office or Industrial buildings, schools and hospitals, for Use include a cleaning trolley unit. On this cleaning trolley unit are different, for Cleaning with such a mop needed Components, such as tubs, for holding the Cleaning liquid, dirty water or Disinfectant, presses for pressing out the mop or the mop cover or the like.
- Components such as tubs, for holding the Cleaning liquid, dirty water or Disinfectant, presses for pressing out the mop or the mop cover or the like.
- Cleaning the mop or the mop cover itself is done by the mop cover either in the open or not clamped in a cleaning liquid is dipped, and then manually or under Use the press of the excess liquid is squeezed out.
- the invention has for its object a device to propose for cleaning mop covers, for cleaning for wet, damp and / or dry wiping of Mop covers used for flooring can be used and is also ergonomic and hygienic to use.
- the invention is based on the idea that the distance of dirt from the mop cover can be done by suction. To do this, the dirty mop cover is inserted into a housing and sucked off in this.
- This technique has the advantage that in principle every type of mop cover is cleaned can, regardless of whether they are wet, damp or dry floor cleaning is used. Furthermore, it does not apply a removal of the mop cover from the mop holder, one after the Cleaning re-clamping, as well as manual pressing of the cleaned mop cover or pressing out by means of a Press. Since the mop cover in the open state with the help the housing can be cleaned, the Also, do not bend the cleaner to the mop cover take off or squeeze, creating an ergonomic and time-saving way of working is guaranteed.
- the housing can be designed essentially closed. Alternatively it is however, it is also possible to form the housing open, so that it mainly the storage of additional attached Suction devices and / or possibly the management of the Pug serves.
- the Suction area limitation device is preferably as Seal formed, e.g. B. as a lamellar seal, Brush seal, labyrinth seal, roller seal or one Combination of them. So-called nozzle jaws can also be used come.
- the provision of the suction area limitation device serves to limit the area of the mop to be vacuumed and the drinking performance on this area of the mop to apply. So the area can be on one strip at a time be limited on both sides of the mop, or one of the two sides can be covered completely, so that the resulting from the negative pressure Suction not developed.
- the Mop cover on both main surfaces of the mop holder aspirated at the same time so that an effective cleaning of the Mop cover is guaranteed.
- nozzle jaws When using nozzle jaws, they lie close to the Surface of the mop cover so that the suction power of the Vacuum cleaner only on the narrow strips that are released are effective. Limitation of suction to one narrow area offers optimal dirt loosening and suction capacity even if the suction capacity of the Vacuum cleaner in relation to the size and format of the Mop cover is changed.
- Nozzle jaws or other suction area limitation devices By the use of Nozzle jaws or other suction area limitation devices an essentially closed housing can be omitted since the suction area limitation devices ensure that there is sufficient vacuum for the suction.
- the suction area limiting device is advantageous spring loaded.
- a resilient bearing of the Suction limitation device ensures that it is at Introducing the mop with the mop cover open back away, then close to the mop cover and the narrow strips to be extracted separate the other area of the mop cover. So can the suction power of the vacuum cleaner completely on the narrow stripes on the surface of the mop cover and the dirt there is completely removed. Besides, that is Arrangement flexible with regard to the width of the mop.
- Plastic housing has the advantage that it is next to a great flexibility in terms of shape Use characterized by robustness and low weight. Furthermore, plastic components are generally inexpensive to manufacture. Plastic housings are also good clean, and are therefore also suitable for use in old people's homes or hospitals where there are increased demands on the Hygiene. In contrast, metal housings offer the advantage that they are to an even greater extent than Plastic housings are insensitive to impact and shatterproof.
- the device for cleaning Mop covers in a clamped state on a mop holder Connection device for a suction device Is a Ari-closing device for a suction device available, so a usually already existing suction device to the facility for cleaning mop covers. Existing Cleaning systems can thus be cost-effective on the Device for cleaning mop covers by suction be converted because only the new purchase of the facility for cleaning mop covers, but not a suction device is necessary.
- connection device to the suction device is preferably designed as a tube with graduated diameters.
- Conventional suction devices usually have tubular ones Connectors so that a tubular design of the Connector advantages in terms of compatibility commercially available suction devices.
- graded Diameter of the connection device ensures that the facility for cleaning mop covers largely regardless of the diameter of the suction pipe of the suction device is. This makes the device for cleaning mop covers not limited to a specific make of vacuum cleaner, but can be used flexibly.
- a coupling device Preferably is on the device for cleaning Mop covers provided a coupling device.
- This Coupling device can be designed accordingly external suction device directly with the device for cleaning of mop covers can be connected without additional components, such as pipes, hoses, etc. are required. Such additional components may be in the Cleaning operation is a hindrance.
- a suction device is in the housing of the device for cleaning mop covers integrated. If the suction device is on a cleaning trolley can be used, offers the integration of the suction device in the facility for cleaning mop covers advantages because the entire arrangement usually takes up less space than the combination of nozzle and separate suction device and very is compact. For example, there is no need for the suction device Device for cleaning mop covers reaching hose.
- the suction device is advantageously a wet vacuum cleaner.
- Wet vacuum is preferable to a dry vacuum as the whole Arrangement when using a wet vacuum cleaner none Restrictions on the use of the mop subject to. So both can be used for wet wiping used mop as well as a mop that for dry cleaning of flooring is used, or both, through a suction device that has a wet vacuum includes cleaned.
- Wet vacuum cleaners are also more robust, so that the risk of cleaning industrial areas failure due to improper operation is reduced.
- the recesses in the housing for Introducing and executing and / or to carry out the mop cover the mop holder designed groove.
- This embodiment is cheap because the conventional mops are essentially one cuboid in shape, with dimensions in depth compared to which are small in width and length. thats why a groove-shaped design of the recesses in the housing to the Adapted shape of the mop. So only small ones arise Areas that need to be sealed to provide suction inside the mop cover cleaning facility ensure.
- a groove-like shape of the recesses in the Housing is also convenient to a sealing device to attach.
- a canting or Risk of jamming of the mop holder when inserting and carrying it through through the facility for cleaning mop covers can be minimized because the mop holder is on a predetermined path is performed.
- These leadership areas point advantageously each have a length that is approximately corresponds to that of the mop holder.
- the Mop holder can be placed on a guide area and through Then move through the cleaning nozzle become. The insertion can be from the side or from above happen.
- Additional insertion aids are advantageously provided, to insert the mop holder with the clamped To facilitate mop cover.
- These insertion aids are for example in the form of rotating rollers designed.
- the cutouts are advantageously on three sides of the Housing arranged and formed coherently. Thereby it is possible to use the mop cover with the mop cover not just from one side and on the same side again execute, but it can also through the housing through in a continuous movement. On the one hand this offers an ergonomic and time-saving cleaning of the Mop cover. In addition, there are advantages in that a continuous implementation of the mop cover through the Equipment for cleaning mop covers all areas of the Mop cover can be cleaned evenly and side Edge areas during cleaning should not be neglected.
- the housing preferably comprises a sealing device.
- the sealing device also helps the necessary Negative pressure near the area to be extracted to manufacture.
- the sealing device is preferably in the recesses of the housing provided. These recesses in the housing are preferably with, for example, slats, Rollers, brushes, a labyrinth seal or one Combination of these sealed.
- a seal of the housing is helpful to the vacuum in the To be able to manufacture housings. This is done by slats or the like, the negative pressure can be in any position of the Mops ensured when passing through the housing as there are only the slats or the like withdraw or be bent, in which this by the Position of the mop is required. For example therefore a good seal around the handle of the mop be ensured.
- the slats are advantageously rubber-elastic Sealing lamellas. Rubber-elastic sealing blades adapt to the Geometry of the mop in its respective position, are also inexpensive and robust as a standard component. Furthermore, no special storage of the slats is necessary.
- the device comprises for cleaning mop covers at least one Fastener.
- fastener can the facility for cleaning mop covers on a in the usual cleaning trolleys are attached.
- the fastener or are the Fasteners usually with holes and / or Hook executed.
- the means for cleaning Mop covers at least one support element.
- the establishment for cleaning mop covers not in connection with a Cleaning trolley used or should alternately several cleaning trolleys of this type are used, it is advantageous to use a suitable support element to be able to transport.
- one or several devices for covering the area to be extracted attached to the mop cover, which is connected to the suction pipe are.
- the negative pressure by the Cover device targeted to the area to be extracted Mop cover is performed.
- the housing is advantageously designed in such a way that it closes open and close again. This is especially true in In the case of a substantially closed housing makes sense. Should there be greater contamination of the interior of the housing can occur by the provision of such Device can be easily removed. This offers especially when the device for Cleaning mop covers in the field of hospital or Retirement home cleaning should be used because in this case the hygienic requirements for the cleaning devices increased are.

- the negative pressure inside the object caused by the suction effect of the vacuum cleaner on Connection pipe 18, causes that in the area between the Nozzle jaws 32 of the mop cover cleaned by suction becomes, in a similar way to the usual suction of a Carpeting.
- the nozzle jaws 32 ensure that only a small area of the mop cover 25 from the Suction of the sucker is detected, which means that the existing suction effect only on a very limited Each area works and thus achieves good cleaning becomes.
- the mop with a stretched mop cover becomes 25 continuously through the facility for cleaning Mop covers led, each with additional adjacent strips in the area between the Extracted nozzle jaws 32, so that gradually the entire Surface of the mop cover is suctioned off. He kicks it finally interacting with the second nozzle jaws, which together with the first nozzle jaw the maximum width of the area to be extracted.
- the definition of the behave required second nozzle jaws to be extracted look similar to the first and put over their feathery Storage 36 a concern on the mop cover 25 safely.
- the nozzle jaws can be designed in this way that the extracted area is not strip-shaped, but has a different geometry that the mop for example, is suctioned off only on one side or the like. It is also possible to use the nozzle jaws interchangeable, so that depending on the choice of Nozzle jaws such as the mop cover on one or both sides is suctioned off without another device for Having to use cleaning mop covers or that strips of different widths can be realized.
