Definitions
- the invention relates to a footbed with an anatomically shaped blank, which in one Heel area and at least partially formed in a midfoot area and the one Longitudinal arch support, and a top layer, which on a foot-side surface of the Rohlings is arranged and which is formed over an entire foot area.
- the blank forms a flexurally elastic part for support of the heel and midfoot area, which is why the blank only in these foot areas is trained.
- the upper layer applied to a foot-side surface of the blank is formed in known from the prior art footbeds made of leather.
- the wearing properties can be between the upper layer of leather and the blank an intermediate layer of activated carbon filter, latex or cork may be arranged.
- a well-known Footbed comparable type is described for example in the document US 5,068,983.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a footbed of the type described above to create improved wearing properties.
- the advantage which is achieved with the invention over the prior art consists in that a footbed is provided which allows an anatomical footbed as well to use for colder seasons.
- the warming upper class generated by a user the footbed feels comfortable and prevents the foot from cooling down at low Outdoor temperatures, especially in winter.
- the warming upper layer can absorb natural foot moisture and release them later when airing.
- a development of the invention provides that on an underside of the upper layer a Insulating layer is arranged, whereby the insulation of the foot against cold further improved is.
- the insulating layer is formed of a closed-cell foam.
- closed Pores do not absorb the moisture from the foot. That's why the foam stays on moist shoe climate its insulating property and acts like a cold barrier layer.
- the known from the prior art open-cell foam takes the Moisture from the feet like a sponge and directs the cold of the soil to the foot.
- the closed-pore material improves the stiffness of the footbed.
- the insulating layer has a thickness of at most 3 mm, whereby the total thickness the footbed can be made sufficiently thin, so that an application in the Use of the footbed in the shoe is prevented.
- the aluminum layer is advantageously formed from an aluminum foil, which in turn ensures is that the total thickness of the footbed is sufficiently low, so that an application at the use in the shoe is prevented.
- the insulating layer and / or the aluminum layer are useful over the entire foot area designed so that over the entire foot surface optimal protection against cold and wet is trained.
- a development of the invention provides that the upper layer and the insulating layer or the Upper layer and the aluminum layer or the upper layer and the insulating layer and the aluminum layer are glued together in a layer arrangement. This ensures that that the individual layers when using the footbed in a shoe not against each other can be moved.
- seams are formed through the upper layer, whereby the rigidity of the Upper layer is improved.
- this can cause abrasion of parts of the material Upper layer can be reduced when using the footbed.
- the seams are the seams through the top layer and the insulation layer or the top layer and the aluminum layer or through the top layer and the insulating layer and the aluminum layer trained, so in these cases, on the one hand, the stiffness of the footbed is improved. On the other hand, the seams provide additional protection against the movement of the individual Layers against each other.
- the blank is between the blank and the upper layer or the insulating layer or the aluminum layer formed an adhesive bond, whereby the respective layer is connected to the blank in a simple manner.
- the Use of a solvent-free adhesive also ensures an environmentally friendly Production of the footbed.
- a drop-shaped pad is formed in the metatarsal region, whereby a support of the transverse arch of the foot is made possible.
- An advantageous development of the invention provides that the blank in the heel area a Opening, wherein a material thickness of the blank in the direction of a peripheral edge the opening decreases so that an edge region of the opening on the foot-side surface of the blank is funnel-shaped, and wherein in the region of the opening on the foot side Top of the blank, a heel pad is arranged so that the opening by means of the heel pad is covered.
- a heel pad is arranged so that the opening by means of the heel pad is covered.
- a footbed 1 has a blank 2.
- the blank 2 is in a heel area 3 and at least partially formed in a midfoot region 4.
- the blank 2 is preferably formed of a flexurally elastic plastic material, for example polyethylene or cork.
- a longitudinal arch support 5 is a support of the foot in the longitudinal arch area allows.
- the blank 2 has a pad for supporting a transverse arch of the foot 6 on.
- the pad 6 is adhered to a foot-side surface of the blank 2 and preferably made of a soft plastic material.
- the pad 6 may be formed drop-shaped be.
- the blank 2 is cup-shaped in the heel region 3 and has an opening 7.
- a heel pad 8 is arranged in the region of the opening 7.
- a thickness of the blank 2 decreases in the direction of a peripheral edge 9 of the opening 8.
- an edge region 10 of the opening 7 is funnel-shaped.
- the heel pad 8 is arranged in the heel region 3 so that the opening 7 is covered.
- the heel pad 8 is formed through the opening 7 and stands on the side facing away from the foot Side 11 of the blank 2 over, so that a spring portion 12 is provided. It can also be provided that the heel pad 8 does not protrude on the opposite side 11. To secure against slipping the heel pad 8 may be glued to the blank 2.
- an upper layer 13 is arranged, which extends over the heel region 3, the Metatarsal region 4 and a forefoot region 14 extends.
- the upper layer 13 is made of a warming Material formed, preferably made of a wool-like material.
- the upper layer 13 is advantageous from pure wool, such as 100% lamb wool, or felt formed. These Materials absorb the natural moisture of the feet and release them when aired after use of the footbed 1 again. In addition, these materials have the ability to store part of the natural heat of the feet.
- a pad of a mixed fleece be (not shown).
- topsheet 15 To improve the rigidity of the topsheet 13, seams can be made through the topsheet 15 be formed (see Figure 1).
- FIG. 3 shows a detail of the forefoot region 14 of a footbed 1 after another Embodiment in cross section.
- a Aluminum layer 16 is provided on the foot-side surface of the blank 2 .
- the aluminum layer 16 provides safe protection against moisture, which penetrates from below into the shoe, and is preferably formed from an aluminum foil.
- the insulating layer 17 has insulating effect with respect to moisture and cold. This is achieved in particular in that the insulating layer 17 is formed from a closed-cell plastic foam, wherein the insulating layer 17 preferably has a thickness of 3 mm. With such a thickness, the insulating property of the insulating layer 17 corresponds to the insulating property of 15 mm linoleum or 12 mm leather or 18 mm wood parquet. The insulating layer 17 thus has a 6-fold efficiency compared to the leather known from the prior art.
- the closed pores of the insulating layer 17 do not absorb the moisture in the shoe, so that the insulating property of the insulating layer 17 is maintained even with a moist shoe climate, whereby a cold barrier layer is formed.
- a layer of an open-cell foam (not shown) may be provided, which serves primarily the padding.
- the upper layer 13 is only combined with the insulating layer 17 or only with the aluminum layer 16 (not ) Shown. Regardless of whether two or three layers are combined together Compounds are respectively formed between the layers by gluing or flame lamination. to connect the layers together so that shifting the layers against each other is prevented.
- the insulating layer 17 When the insulating layer 17 is disposed between the topsheet 13 and the aluminum layer 16 is, the insulating layer 17 may be slightly thicker than it to fulfill the Dämmfunktion necessary is. During subsequent flame lamination, the insulating layer 17 melts together, that the Dämmfunktion can be met. At the same time, a connection between the Layers formed.
- the seams 15 through the respective layer arrangement are formed through, so that on the one hand the stiffness of the footbed 1 is improved, and on the other hand an additional protection against the shifting of the layers formed against each other is.
