Definitions
- the invention relates to a footbed with an anatomically shaped blank, which is in a heel area and is at least partially formed in a midfoot area and the one longitudinal arch support has, and an upper layer, which is on a foot-side surface of the blank is arranged and which is formed over an entire foot area.
- the blank forms a flexible part for supporting the Heel and midfoot area, which is why the blank is only formed in these foot areas is.
- the top layer applied to a foot-side surface of the blank is from the State-of-the-art footbeds made of leather.
- Activated carbon filter, latex or cork can be arranged.
- the object of the present invention is to improve a footbed of the type described at the outset To create wearing properties.
- top layer is formed from a warming material, in particular a wool-like material is.
- the advantage achieved with the invention over the prior art is in that a footbed is created, which also allows an anatomical footbed colder seasons to use.
- the warming top layer creates a user of the Footbed is comfortable to wear and prevents the foot from cooling down at low outside temperatures, especially in winter.
- the warming upper layer can absorb natural foot moisture and this release later when airing.
- a further development of the invention provides that an insulation layer on an underside of the upper layer is arranged, whereby the insulation of the foot against cold is further improved.
- the insulating layer is advantageously formed from a closed-cell foam. Closed Pores do not absorb moisture from the foot. That is why the foam keeps even when wet Shoe climate its insulating property and acts like a cold barrier layer. In contrast
- the open-pore foam known from the prior art removes moisture from the feet like a sponge and conducts the cold of the floor to the foot. It also improves closed-pore material the stiffness of the footbed.
- the insulation layer expediently has a thickness of at most 3 mm, as a result of which the total thickness of the footbed can be made sufficiently thin so that application when in use of the footbed in the shoe is prevented.
- the aluminum layer is advantageously formed from an aluminum foil, which in turn ensures is that the total thickness of the footbed is sufficiently small so that application at use in the shoe is prevented.
- the insulation layer and / or the aluminum layer are expedient over the entire foot area trained so that an optimal protection against cold and wet over the entire foot surface is trained.
- a further development of the invention provides that the top layer and the insulation layer or Top layer and the aluminum layer or the top layer and the insulation layer and the aluminum layer are glued together in a layer arrangement. This ensures that the individual layers are not against each other when using the footbed in a shoe can be moved.
- Seams are expediently formed through the top layer, as a result of which the rigidity of the Upper class is improved. In addition, this can cause the abrasion of parts of the material Upper class can be reduced when using the footbed.
- the seams provide additional protection against individual displacement Layers against each other.
- an adhesive connection is formed for the insulation layer or the aluminum layer, whereby the respective layer is connected to the blank in a simple manner.
- an adhesive material In order to prevent the footbed from slipping in the shoe, one is facing the blank Underside of the aluminum layer, in an area that is not covered by the blank is expediently applied an adhesive material.
- a drop-shaped pad is formed in the midfoot area, which supports the transverse arch of the foot.
- An advantageous development of the invention provides that the blank in the heel area Has opening, wherein a material thickness of the blank in the direction of a peripheral edge of the opening decreases so that an edge region of the opening on the foot surface of the blank is funnel-shaped, and being in the region of the opening on the foot side A heel pad is arranged on the top of the blank so that the opening is made by means of the heel pad is covered.
- the heel pad With the help of the heel pad, the foot is in one when wearing the footbed Cushioned shoe.
- the funnel-shaped design of the edge region of the opening ensures a good fit of the heel pad in the area of the opening, causing the heel pad to slip can additionally be prevented by the heel pad on the foot surface of the blank is glued on.
- a footbed 1 has a blank 2.
- the blank 2 is in a heel area 3 and at least partially formed in a midfoot area 4.
- the blank 2 is preferred made of a flexible plastic material, for example polyethylene or cork.
- a longitudinal arch support 5 enables the foot to be supported in the longitudinal arch region.
- the blank 2 has a pad to support a transverse arch of the foot 6 on.
- the pad 6 is glued to a base-side surface of the blank 2 and is preferably made of a soft plastic material.
- the pad 6 can be drop-shaped his.
- the blank 2 is cup-shaped in the heel area 3 and has an opening 7.
- On a heel pad 8 is arranged on the foot-side surface of the blank 2 in the region of the opening 7.
- the thickness of the blank 2 decreases in the direction of an edge 9 of the opening 8.
- an edge region 10 of the opening 7 is funnel-shaped.
- the heel pad 8 is arranged in the heel area 3 so that the opening 7 is covered.
- the heel pad 8 is formed through the opening 7 and stands on the side facing away from the foot Page 11 of the blank 2 over, so that a spring region 12 is created. It can also be provided that the heel pad 8 does not protrude on the opposite side 11. To the Sieher the heel pad 8 can be glued to the blank 2 to prevent it from slipping.
- an upper layer 13 is arranged, which extends over the heel area 3 Metatarsal area 4 and a forefoot area 14 extends.
- the upper layer 13 is made of a warming Material formed, preferably from a wool-like material.
- the top layer 13 is advantageously made of pure wool, for example 100% lambswool, or felt. These materials absorb the natural moisture of the feet and give it away after wearing after ventilation the footbed 1 again. In addition, these materials have the ability to store them part of the natural warmth of your feet.
- the abrasion resistance and durability of the footbed 1, a layer made of a mixed nonwoven can be provided on the upper layer 13 be (not shown).
- seams can be passed through the top layer 15 be formed (see FIG. 1).
- FIG. 3 shows a section from the forefoot area 14 of a footbed 1 after another Cross-sectional embodiment.
- a on the foot surface of the blank 2 Aluminum layer 16 is provided.
- the aluminum layer 16 offers reliable protection against moisture, which penetrates into the shoe from below, and is preferably formed from an aluminum foil.
- An insulation layer 17 is provided above the aluminum layer 16 and below the top layer 13.
- the insulation layer 17 has an insulating effect with respect to moisture and cold. This is achieved in particular in that the insulation layer 17 is formed from a closed-cell plastic foam, the insulation layer 17 preferably having a thickness of 3 mm. With such a thickness, the insulation property of the insulation layer 17 corresponds to the insulation property of 15 mm linoleum or 12 mm leather or 18 mm wood parquet. The insulation layer 17 thus has a 6-fold efficiency compared to the leather known from the prior art.
- the closed pores of the insulating layer 17 do not absorb the moisture in the shoe, so that the insulating property of the insulating layer 17 is retained even in a damp shoe climate, as a result of which a cold barrier layer is formed.
- the insulation layer 17, which is preferably formed from a closed-pore foam a layer made of an open-pore foam (not shown) can be provided, which is used primarily for padding.
- the upper layer 13 is only combined with the insulation layer 17 or only with the aluminum layer 16 (not shown). Regardless of whether two or three layers are combined Connections are formed between the layers by means of gluing or flame lamination, in order to connect the layers with one another in such a way that the layers move against one another is prevented.
- the insulation layer 17 When the insulation layer 17 is arranged between the top layer 13 and the aluminum layer 16 is, the insulation layer 17 can be made somewhat thicker than it is to fulfill the insulation function necessary is. During the subsequent flame lamination, the insulation layer 17 melts together, that the insulation function can be fulfilled. At the same time, a connection between the Layers formed.
- the seams 15 through the respective layer arrangement are formed so that on the one hand the rigidity of the footbed 1 is improved, and on the other hand an additional protection against shifting the layers against each other is formed is.
- the aluminum layer has 16 on a lower side facing the blank 2 18 an adhesive material, so that the surface on the lower side 18 is dull.
