Claims (12)

  1. Schachtel (1), umfassend einen Körper (2), der eine vordere Platte (3) und eine hintere Platte (4) umfasst, die durch zwei seitliche Platten (5, 6) verbunden sind, wobei die seitlichen Platten und die vordere und die hintere Platte durch Falten eines Folien- bzw. Tafelmaterials hergestellt sind, wobei der Körper der Schachtel mindestens eine erste Öffnung (15) und eine zugeordnete Verschlussvorrichtung (20) umfasst, wobei diese Verschlussvorrichtung (20) zwei seitliche Flügel (21, 22) umfasst, die jeweils durch Falten in der Verlängerung einer seitlichen Platte (5, 6) gebildet sind, wobei jeder seitliche Flügel (21, 22) über ein proximales Ende (25) mit der zugeordneten seitlichen Platte verbunden ist und einen distalen Rand (26) auf der dem proximalen Ende (25) entgegengesetzten Seite besitzt, wobei jeder seitliche Flügel einen vorderen Rand (27) besitzt, der auf der Seite der vorderen Platte (3) gelegen ist, wobei die Verschlussvorrichtung (20) ferner eine Klappe (23) umfasst, die in der Verlängerung der hinteren Platte (4) gebildet ist, wobei diese Klappe (23) einen einen Deckel bildenden Teil (37), der auf die seitlichen Flügel (21, 22) herunterzuklappen ist, und eine Zunge (40; 40') umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen die vordere Platte (3) und den vorderen Rand (27) der seitlichen Flügel (21, 22) eingeführt zu werden, wenn die Verschlussvorrichtung in ihrer Verschlusskonfiguration ist, wobei die Zunge einen bezüglich des Deckels (37) distalen Rand besitzt, wobei die Zunge (40; 40') eine Innenseite (45) besitzt, die der hinteren Platte (4) zugewandt ist, wenn die Verschlussvorrichtung in ihrer Verschlusskonfiguration ist, wobei die Zunge (40; 40') auf der Seite ihrer Innenseite mindestens eine einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (50; 60) umfasst, die geeignet ist, unter den seitlichen Flügeln (21, 22) vorzustehen, wenn die Verschlussvorrichtung in ihrer Verschlusskonfiguration ist, wobei diese Schachtel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jeder seitliche Flügel (21, 22) auf seinem vorderen Rand (27) einen Ausschnitt (29) umfasst, der das Einführen der Zunge (40) zwischen die vordere Platte (3) und die seitlichen Flügel (21, 22) erleichtert, wobei jeder Ausschnitt (29) in dem Bereich jedes seitlichen Flügels, der seinem distalen Rand (26) und seinem vorderen Rand (27) benachbart ist, einen ersten Lappen (35) abgrenzt, unter dem die einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (50; 60) in Anlage kommen kann, und dadurch, dass die Zunge (40, 40') in der Mitte ihres distalen Rands (55) einen Ausschnitt (56) umfasst, der zu beiden Seiten von diesem Vorsprünge (57) bildet, die in die Zwischenräume eintreten können, die von den Ausschnitten (29) der seitlichen Flügel mit der vorderen Platte (3) gebildet werden.
  2. Schachtel nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Ausschnitt (29) in dem Bereich jedes seitlichen Flügels, der seinem proximalen Ende (25) und seinem vorderen Rand (27) benachbart ist, einen zweiten Lappen (36) bildet, unter dem die einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (50; 60) in Anlage kommen kann.
  3. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Flügel von der Klappe unabhängig sind.
  4. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Flügel (21, 22) ausgebildet sind, um sich in die Öffnung (15) des Körpers der Schachtel zu klappen, ohne sich zu überlagern.
  5. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4, wobei jeder seitliche Flügel (21, 22) über ein proximales Ende (25) mit der zugeordneten seitlichen Platte verbunden ist und einen distalen Rand (26) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die distalen Ränder (26) der seitlichen Flügel (21, 22) im Wesentlichen aneinander stoßen, wenn die Verschlussvorrichtung in ihrer Verschlusskonfiguration ist.
  6. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (50; 60) sich über die ganze Breite der Zunge (40; 40') erstreckt.
  7. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der einen Deckel bildende Teil (37) über ein proximales Ende (38) mit der hinteren Platte (4) und über ein distales Ende (39) mit der Zunge (40; 40') verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (50; 60) in Nähe des distalen Endes (39) des einen Deckel bildenden Teils (37) gelegen ist.
  8. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (50) aus einer Verdickung der Klappe (23) besteht.
  9. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (23) auf Höhe der Zunge (40) eine Dicke besitzt, die das Doppelte derjenigen auf Höhe des einen Deckel bildenden Teils (37) ist.
  10. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einen Anschlag bildende Fläche (60) aus einem auf sich selbst umgeklappten Teil (61) der Zunge (40') besteht.
  11. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) der Schachtel eine zweite Öffnung und eine zugeordnete, zur ersten identische Verschlussvorrichtung (30) umfasst.
  12. Schachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch Schneiden, Falten und Kleben einer gegebenenfalls kunststoffbeschichteten Kartontafel mit einer Dicke von mindestens 2 mm hergestellt ist.
