Definitions

  • the invention relates to a case made by folding a sheet of flexible material such as paper, cardboard, plastic (PET, PVC, PP) and the like for which any attempt to open causes a deterioration of the case.
  • the invention relates in particular to a case comprising a closure lug provided with a re-entrant lug in double deformable thickness.
  • the invention also relates to a blank intended for producing such a case.
  • the opening / closing panel has at its end, opposite to the first fold line, a re-entrant tab foldable at right angles to the opening / closing panel along a second fold line substantially parallel to the first fold line .
  • the closure tab is foldable on an opening having two opposite edges each carrying a side tab.
  • the re-entrant tab is formed of two panels hinged to each other along a fold line and fixed rigidly so that the re-entrant tab comprises an over-thickness.
  • This over-thickness forms a recess intended to engage with protuberances of the lateral legs.
  • This hooking system allows a maintenance of the closing tab in the closed position at rest.
  • the case can be opened and closed at will.
  • an additional room can be used.
  • the tamper device does not require the addition of additional elements.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a case for packaging products for which any opening of the closure tab causes irreversible damage to the case.
  • the over-thickness panel comprises a central zone fixed rigidly to the contact panel and two lateral zones located on either side of the central zone, each lateral zone being articulated to the central zone along a fourth fold line forming a hinge. so that in the closed position of the closing tab, each side tab is located between the closure tab and a side zone.
  • the fourth lines located around a central bonding point allow a deformation of the order of a few millimeters, fan, side areas.
  • the second fold line can be precut.
  • Each fold line between a side tab and a side panel may be pre-cut over all or part of their length on the side adjacent to the front panel.
  • the second fold line may be slightly curvilinear, the line being curved towards the first fold line.
  • the second fold line may be substantially rectilinear, the line having two rectilinear recesses oriented opposite the first fold line.
