Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsetui mit Öffnungskontrolle, das aus einem vorausgeschnittenen und durch Falten zusammengebauten Zuschnitt (1) erhalten wird, umfassend:
    • eine röhrenförmige Hülle (E) mit angelenkten Wänden (2, 3, 4, 5), die mit zwei Enden (E1, E2) versehen ist, von denen wenigstens ein erstes Ende (E1) offen ist,
    • im Bereich des ersten Endes (E1) der Hülle eine Verschlusswand (13), die an einer Wand (2) der Hülle (E) angelenkt ist,
    • Verriegelungsmittel, wenigstens im Bereich des ersten Endes der Hülle, die im Bereich der Verschlusswand (13) umfassen:
    - eine umklappbare Verschlussklappe (30), die an der Wand (4) der Hülle angelenkt ist, welche der mit der Verschlusswand (13) ausgestatteten Wand (2) der Hülle gegenüberliegt, wobei die umklappbare Verschlussklappe (30) einen Blockierrand (33) besitzt,
    - wenigstens eine Verriegelungsklappe (17), die durch eine Faltlinie (15) von der Verschlusswand (13) getrennt ist, wobei diese Verriegelungsklappe eine Verriegelungslasche (36) aufweist, die sich in der Schließstellung der Verschlusswand (13) zwischen die Verschlussklappe (30) und die Wand (4) der Hülle, an der die Verschlussklappe (30) angelenkt ist, teilweise einschieben kann, um an dem Blockierrand (33) festzusitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ausschnitt (38) in der Verriegelungsklappe (17) ausgebildet ist, um die Verriegelungslasche (36) zu bilden, die an der Verriegelungsklappe (17) um zwei Befestigungsbereiche (37) von geringerer Festigkeit, welche an zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden der Verriegelungslasche (36) gelegen sind, schwenkbar angebracht ist, so dass beim Verschließen der Verschlussklappe (30) die Verriegelungslasche (36) sich durch ihr Verschwenken einschieben kann und beim Öffnen der Verschlusswand (13) die Verriegelungslasche (36) sich durch ihr Blockieren an dem Blockierrand (33) der Verschlussklappe (30) von der Verriegelungsklappe (17) teilweise oder vollständig lösen kann.
  2. Verpackungsetui nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der umklappbaren Verschlussklappe (30) ausgestattete Wand (4) der Hülle mit einem Loch (41) zum Sichtbarmachen der Verriegelungslasche (36) in der Schließstellung der Verschlusswand (13) versehen ist.
  3. Verpackungsetui nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungslasche (36) sich in Bezug auf den Außenrand (39) der Verriegelungsklappe (17) vorspringend erstreckt.
  4. Verpackungsetui nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungslasche (36) einen aus der Verriegelungsklappe ausgeschnittenen Teil konvexer Form besitzt.
  5. Verpackungsetui nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsbereiche (37) der Verriegelungslasche (36) im Bereich des Außenrandes (39) der Verriegelungsklappe (17) gelegen sind.
  6. Verpackungsetui nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blockierrand (33) der Verschlussklappe (30) durch einen Ausschnitt, der ausgehend von dem Außenrand (34) der Verschlussklappe (30) ausgebildet ist, begrenzt ist.
  7. Verpackungsetui nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Ende (E1, E2) der Hülle offen ist und dass es im Bereich eines jeden Endes der Hülle eine Verschlusswand (13, 14) sowie Verriegelungsmittel umfasst.

Verpackungsetui nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens im Bereich des ersten Endes (E1) der Hülle wenigstens eine seitliche Verschlussklappe (21, 22) umfasst, die an einer Wand (3, 5) der Hülle, welche der mit der Verschlusswand (30) ausgestatteten Wand (4) benachbart ist, angelenkt ist, wobei diese seitliche Verschlussklappe (21, 22) einen Rand (47) umfasst, der eine Haltefläche für einen von der Verriegelungsklappe (17) aufgewiesenen Verriegelungsrand (45) bildet.
  9. Verpackungsetui nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens im Bereich des ersten Endes (E1) der Hülle zwei seitliche Verschlussklappen (21, 22) umfasst, die an den Wänden (3, 5) der Hülle, welche der mit der Verschlusswand ausgestatteten Wand benachbart sind, angelenkt sind, wobei die Klappen (21, 22) eine Haltefläche für zwei Verriegelungsränder (46), welche auf beiden Seiten der die Verriegelungsklappe (17) von der Verschlusswand (13, 14) trennenden Faltlinie (15) angeordnet sind, bilden.
  10. Vorausgeschnittener Zuschnitt für die Herstellung eines Verpackungsetuis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wenigstens umfassend:
    • eine Reihen von angelenkten Wänden (2, 3, 4, 5), die nacheinander angeordnet und dabei durch parallele Faltlinien (6, 7, 8) getrennt sind und dazu bestimmt sind, die röhrenförmige Hülle (E) zu bilden,
    • wobei zwei Verschlusswände (13, 14) sich jeweils in der Verlängerung einer angelenkten Wand (2) erstrecken, von der sie jeweils durch eine Faltlinie (11, 12) getrennt sind, und auf beiden Seiten der Flucht der angelenkten Wände (2, 3, 4, 5) gelegen sind,
    • Verriegelungsmittel wenigstens im Bereich des ersten Endes, die im Bereich der Verschlusswand (13) umfassen:
    - eine umklappbare Verschlussklappe (30), die an der Wand (4) der Hülle angelenkt ist, welche der mit der Verschlusswand ausgestatteten Wand (2) der Hülle gegenüberliegt, wobei die umklappbare Verschlussklappe (30) einen Blockierrand (33) besitzt,
    - wenigstens eine Verriegelungsklappe (17), die durch eine Faltlinie (15) von der Verschlusswand (13) getrennt ist, wobei diese Verriegelungsklappe eine Verriegelungslasche (36) aufweist, die sich in der Schließstellung der Verschlusswand (13) zwischen die Verschlussklappe (30) und die Verschlusswand (4) der Hülle, an der die Verschlussklappe (30) angelenkt ist, teilweise einschieben kann, um an dem Blockierrand (33) festzusitzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ausschnitt (38) in der Verriegelungsklappe (17) ausgebildet ist, um die Verriegelungslasche (36) zu bilden, die an der Verriegelungsklappe (17) um zwei Befestigungsbereiche (37) von geringerer Festigkeit, welche an zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden der Verriegelungslasche (36) gelegen sind, schwenkbar angebracht ist, so dass beim Verschließen der Verschlussklappe (30) die Verriegelungslasche (36) sich durch ihr Verschwenken einschieben kann und beim Öffnen der Verschlusswand (13) die Verriegelungslasche (36) sich durch ihr Blockieren an dem Blockierrand (33) der Verschlussklappe (30) von der Verriegelungsklappe (17) teilweise oder vollständig lösen kann.
