Claims (9)

  1. Zuschnitt (1) für die Herstellung einer etuiförmigen Verpackung (E), die zwei ineinander gleitende Verpackungselemente (B1, B2) umfaßt, wobei ein erstes Verpackungselement (B1) ein aufnehmendes Element bildet und ein zweites Verpackungselement (B2) ein eingestecktes Element bildet, wobei jedes Verpackungselement (B1, B2) einen geschlossenen Boden und Seitenwände, die sich von diesem geschlossenen Boden aus bis zu einem dem geschlossenen Boden gegenüberliegenden offenen Ende erstrecken, umfaßt, und wobei die Verpackungselemente mit ihrem offenen Ende ineinandergesteckt sind, wobei der Zuschnitt umfaßt:
    - zwei Einheiten (2, 3) aus vorgeschnittenen und entlang von Faltlinien zueinander angelenkten Teilen, wobei eine erste Teileeinheit (2) dazu ausgelegt ist, ein erstes aufnehmendes Verpackungselement (B1) auszubilden und eine zweite Teileeinheit (3) dazu ausgelegt ist, ein zweites eingestecktes Verpackungselement (B2) auszubilden,
    - wobei jede Teileeinheit (2, 3) eine gleiche Anzahl von Teilen aufweist, umfassend Hauptteile (21, 22, 23, 24; 31, 32, 33, 34), die entlang von parallelen Längsfaltlinien (2|1, 2|2, 2|3, 2|4; 3|1, 3|2, 3|3, 3|4, 3|5) zueinander angelenkt sind, um die Seitenwände eines Verpackungselements (B1, B2) zu bilden, sowie Bodenteile (25, 26, 27, 28; 35, 36, 37, 38), um den Boden eines Verpackungselements zu bilden, mit den Bodenelementen in der Verlängerung der Hauptteile,
    - wobei die erste und die zweite Teileeinheit durch einen vorgeschnittenen ablösbaren Verbindungsstreifen (4) miteinander verbunden und auf beiden Seiten dieses ablösbaren Verbindungsstreifens (4) derart angeordnet sind, daß die Hauptteile (21, 22, 23, 24; 31, 32, 33, 34) der beiden Teileeinheiten (2, 3) parallel zueinander verlaufen und die Bodenteile (25, 26, 27, 28; 35, 36, 37, 38) der Teileeinheiten sich in zwei entgegengesetzten Richtungen in der Verlängerung der Hauptteile erstrecken,
    - wobei ein Hauptteil (21) der ersten Teileeinheit (2), das von dem ablösbaren Verbindungsstreifen (4) am weitesten entfernt ist, einen Innenausschnitt (7) aufweist, dessen Abmessungen größer als die Abmessungen des ablösbaren Verbindungsstreifens sind, wobei der Ausschnitt (7) dazu bestimmt ist, bei Informbringen des Zuschnitts über dem ablösbaren Verbindungsstreifen (4) zu liegen zu kommen, um einen Zugang und ein erleichtertes Abreißen des Verbindungsstreifens mit der Hand zu ermöglichen,
    - wobei jede Teileeinheit (2, 3) wenigstens einen Klebeumschlag (29, 39) umfaßt, der entlang einer Längsfaltlinie (2|4; 3|4) eines Hauptteils (24, 34) jeder Teileeinheit des Zuschnitts angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ablösbare Verbindungsstreifen (4) zwischen einem Klebeumschlag (29) der ersten Teileeinheit, welche dazu bestimmt ist, ein aufnehmendes Verpackungselement (B1) zu bilden, und einem Klebeumschlag (39) der zweiten Teileeinheit, welche dazu bestimmt ist, ein eingestecktes Verpackungselement (B2) zu bilden, eingefügt ist.
  2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Teileeinheit (2, 3) wenigstens drei Hauptteile, die fest miteinander verbunden und entlang gemeinsamer Längsfaltlinien (2|1, 2|2, 2|3; 3|1, 3|2, 3|3) untereinander angelenkt sind, sowie wenigstens drei Bodenteile, die an einem endseitigen Rand eines jeden Hauptteils angelenkt sind, umfaßt.
  3. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Teileeinheit (3) eine Bedienklappe (6), die durch Trennperforationslinien (10, 11) in einem Hauptteil (32) definiert ist, umfaßt, wobei die Klappe an einem gleichen Rand (3f2) des Hauptteils wie das an diesem Hauptteil angebrachte Bodenteil (36) angelenkt ist.
  4. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Teileeinheit (3) ein Gegenteil (32') zur Verstärkung des die Bedienklappe (6) umfassenden Hauptteils (32) umfaßt, wobei dieses Gegenteil an einem Rand (3p) des Hauptteils (32), der dem Rand (3|2) gegenüberliegt, an dem das Bodenteil (36) und die Bedienklappe (6) angelenkt sind, fest angebracht und angelenkt ist.
  5. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenteil (32') eine durch eine Trennperforationslinie (10') begrenzte Gegenklappe (6') zur Verstärkung der Bedienklappe (6) umfaßt, wobei diese Trennperforationslinie über den Trennperforationslinien (10), welche die Bedienklappe (6) in dem Hauptteil (32) definieren, zu liegen kommt, wenn das Gegenteil bei Informbringen des Zuschnitts (1) umgeklappt und gegen das Hauptteil gedrückt wird.
  6. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwei Umschläge zum Führen (8, 9) der Bedienklappe (6) umfaßt, wobei die Führungsumschläge von einem Längsrand des Gegenteils (32') aus, auf beiden Seiten der Gegenklappe (6') des Gegenteils symmetrisch verlaufen, wobei jeder Führungsumschlag einen kreisförmigen Führungsrand (81, 91) umfaßt, der sich von dem Gegenteil aus, an dem der Umschlag angebracht ist, erstreckt.
  7. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsumschläge (8, 9) an dem Ende ihres kreisförmigen Führungsrandes einen Anschlag (82, 92) umfassen.
  8. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Öffnungen (14, 14') zum Aufreißen der Bedienklappe (6) und der Gegenklappe (6') umfaßt, wobei diese Aufreißöffnungen dazu ausgelegt sind, nach Informbringen der zweiten Teileeinheit des Zuschnitts zum Ausbilden eines eingesteckten Verpackungselements, das Lösen der Bedienklappe und ihrer Gegenklappe entlang ihrer jeweiligen Trennperforationslinien mit Hilfe eines in die Aufreißöffnung eingesteckten Fingers zu ermöglichen.
  9. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Hauptteile (31, 32, 33, 34) der zweiten Teileeinheit (3) größer ist als die Länge der Hauptteile (21, 22, 23, 24) der ersten Teileeinheit (2).
