Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Rekonstitution eines Medikamentes durch Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen einem Medikamentenbehälter mit einer durchstoßbaren Zugangsstelle und einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (9) mit flexibler Wand und einer durchstoßbaren Injektionsstelle (44), der eine durchstoßbare Membran (46) unter Ausbildung eines Zwischenraumes (48) vorgelagert ist, umfassendein Durchstechelement (18) zum Durchstechen der Zugangsstelle einerseits und der Injektionsstelle (44) und der Membran (46) andererseits, wenn die Behälter und die Vorrichtung zur gegenseitigen Verbindung zusammengesteckt werden,eine erste und zweite Führungseinrichtung (4,6), die jeweils um das Durchstechelement (18) angeordnet sind, wobei die erste Führungseinrichtung (4) auf den Medikamentenbehälter und die zweite Führungseinrichtung (6) auf den Flüssigkeitsbehälter (9) aufsteckbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Flüssigkeitsbehälter eine dritte Führungseinrichtung (36) vorgesehen ist, die beim Zusammenstecken mit der zweiten Führungseinrichtung (6) eine Führungsanordnung, die mindestens eine Führungsbahn (28',28'') und mindestens ein in der Führungsbahn führbares Führungselement (52',52'') aufweist, derart bildet, daß in einer ersten axialen Zusammensteckposition das Führungselement (52',52'') in Einsteckrichtung axial arretierbar ist, so daß das Durchstechelement (18) in dem derart arretierten Zustand der Vorrichtung nur die Membran (46) und nicht die Injektionsstelle (44) des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (9) durchstoßen hat, und anschließend in eine zweite axiale Zusammensteckposition überführbar ist, in der eine Strömungsverbindung zwischen dem Medikamentenbehälter und dem Flüssigkeitsbehalter (9) hergestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsanordnung mindestens ein axiales Anschlagelement in der ersten axialen Zusammensteckposition aufweist, das ein weiteres axiales Zusammenstecken verhindert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Führungsbahn (28',28'') in Einsteckrichtung einen axialen ersten Führungsabschnitt (30',30'') aufweist, an den sich ein rotatorischer zweiter Führungsabschnitt (32',32'') anschließt, dem wiederum ein axialer dritter Führungsabschnitt (34',34'') folgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn (28',28'') in der zweiten Führungseinrichtung (6) und das in der Führungsbahn (28',28'') führbare Führungselement (52',52'') in der dritten Führungseinrichtung (36) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (52',52'') als vorspringender Ansatz ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorspringende Ansatz in der Art eines Flügels ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn (28',28'') eine spaltartige Unterbrechung in der zweiten Führungseinrichtung (6) umfaßt, wobei der vorspringende Ansatz beim Zusammenstecken und im zusammengesteckten Zustand aus der Unterbrechung herausragt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Führungselemente (52',52'') und zwei Führungsbahnen (28',28'') vorgesehen sind, die sich jeweils gegenüberliegen.
- Medikamentenrekonstitutionssystem, umfassend eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, einen Medikamentenbehälter mit einer durchstoßbaren Zugangsstelle, einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter (9) mit flexibler Wand und einer durchstoßbaren Injektionsstelle (44), der eine durchstoßbare Membran (46) unter Ausbildung eines Zwischenraumes (48) vorgelagert ist, und eine Führungseinrichtung (36) im Bereich um die Injektionsstelle (44) bzw. die Membran (46).
