Claims (13)
- Ausziehführung für Schubladen, Arbeitsplatten und andere ausziehbare Möbelteile (16) mit mindestens zwei Führungsschienen (14, 18, 26, 84, 88), die in Längsrichtung durch Lagereinheiten verschiebbar zueinander gehalten sind, wobei eine Führungsschiene an einem feststehenden Teil (12, 82), wie einem Möbelkorpus, befestigbar ist und eine weitere Führungsschiene an dem ausziehbaren Möbelteil (20, 86) befestigbar ist, eine Lagereinheit mehrere zwischen zwei Führungsschienen gehaltene zylindrische Wälzkörper (52, 53, 54; 55, 56, 57; 90, 91, 92) aufweist, deren Wälzkörperachsen senkrecht zur Verschieberichtung angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens ein Wälzkörper (52, 57, 90) einer Lagereinheit im eingebauten Zustand im wesentlichen horizontal zwischen zwei Führungsschienen angeordnet ist und zwei Wälzkörper (53, 54; 55, 56; 91, 92) mit der Wälzkörperachse zur Horizontalen geneigt zwischen den zwei Führungsschienen angeordnet sind, derart, daß die Wälzkörperachsen der Wälzkörper einer Lagereinheit in Verschieberichtung gesehen ein Dreieck bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jeweils eine Führungsschiene über einen Tragsteg (27, 85) zwischen dem im wesentlichen horizontal angeordneten Wälzkörper (52, 57, 90) und einem geneigt angeordneten Wälzkörper (53, 54, 55, 56, 91, 92) in das durch die Wälzkörperachsen gebildete Dreieck eingreift. - Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene mit dem Tragsteg (27, 85) dreieckförmig angeordnete Laufflächen (28, 30, 32; 33, 34, 35) aufweist, an denen jeweils ein Wälzkörper anliegt.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Führungsschiene (14, 18, 88) die Wälzkörper und die Führungsschiene (26, 84) mit dem Tragsteg (27, 85) umgreift und einen Schlitz zur Durchführung des Tragsteges aufweist.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umgreifende Führungsschiene (14, 18, 88) im Querschnitt fünfkantig ausgebildet ist, wobei drei Kanten als Laufflächen (42, 44, 46) dienen und zwei Kanten (41, 43) jeweils zwei Laufflächen miteinander verbinden.
- Ausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lagereinheit mehrere in Verschieberichtung hintereinander angeordnete Wälzkörper aufweist.
- Ausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Lagereinheiten zwischen zwei Führungsschienen vorgesehen sind.
- Ausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Führungschienen (84, 88) vorgesehen sind, wobei die eine Führungsschiene (88) die andere Führungsschiene (84) und die Wälzkörper (90, 91, 92) umgreift.
- Ausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Führungsschienen (14, 18, 26) vorgesehen sind, wobei eine erste Führungsschiene (14) mit dem feststehenden Teil (12) verbunden ist, eine dritte Führungsschiene (18) mit dem herausziehbaren Möbelteil (20) verbunden ist und eine zweite Führungsschiene (26) sowohl zur ersten Führungsschiene (14) als auch zur dritten Führungschiene (18) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Führungsschiene (26) C-förmig ausgebildet ist und an ihren beiden freien Schenkeln jeweils mit einer Abwinklung (38) versehen ist, an denen die Laufflächen (30, 32; 34, 35) für die geneigten Wälzkörper (53, 54; 55, 56) ausgebildet sind.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden freien Schenkel (24) der zweiten Führungsschiene (26) jeweils eine Lauffläche (28) für einen horizontal angeordneten Wälzkörper (52, 57) ausbilden und über einen Verbindungssteg (25) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Verbindungssteg (25) eine Rolle (56) gelagert ist, die an ihrem Umfang in Kontakt mit der ersten Führungsschiene (14) und der dritten Führungsschiene (18) ist.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Führungsschiene (226) Z-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Ausziehführung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Führungsschiene (126) S-förmig ausgebildet ist.
