Description
Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Vorauflösung und Abkürzung von halm- oder stengelartigem, Fasern enthaltendem Pflanzenmaterial zum Zwecke der Entholzung
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einem Messer (4) eines Schneidrotors (3) zur Durchführung des Schnitts zur Vorabkürzung des Pflanzenmaterials (1) mindestens ein Schlag- bzw. Abknickwerkzeug (5) vorgeschaltet ist, welches geeignet ist, vor dem Abkürzschnitt durch eine schlagende, abknickende und/oder quetschende Einwirkung den gewachsenen Pflanzenverband, insbesondere den inneren Zellverbund des naturgewachsenen Pflanzenverbandes in der Weise zu lockern und mit Biege- und Platzrissen zu versehen, daß nicht faserartige Bestandteile ausfallen können und/oder vorhandene Feuchtigkeit leicht verdampfen kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlag-, Knick-, Quetsch- und/oder Stoßwerkzeug einen kleineren Flugkreisradius hat als das Schneidmesser.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schlagende, abknickende und/oder quetschende Schlag- bzw. Abknickwerkzeug (5) in Einzelteile segmentiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das (die) schlagende(n), abknickende(n) und /oder quetschende(n) Werkzeug(e) (5) nachgiebig/schwingend im Rotor (3) aufgehängt ist (sind).
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Gegenlager (6) beinhaltet, gegen welches bzw. an welchem vorbei die Schlag-, Quetsch-, Stoß-, und/oder Knickeinwirkung bzw. an dem der nachfolgende Schnitt ausgeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Gegenlagers (6) gemäß Anspruch 5 eine rauhe Reibfläche (8) angeordnet ist, über welche das voraufgelöste und abgekürzte Material vom Schneidmesser (4) geschoben und ein weiterer Teil des gelockerten nicht faserartigen Materials durch Reibung und Stauchung von den Fasern gelöst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie stationär installiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie fahrbar ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem Mähwerk kombiniert ist.
- Verfahren zur Vorauflösung und Abkürzung von halm- oder stengelartigem, Fasern enthaltendem Pflanzenmaterial zum Zwecke der Entholzun dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Schnitt zur Vorabkürzung/Abkürzung des Pflanzenmaterials durch ein Schneidmesser (4) eine mechanische Behandlung durch Abknickung, Schlag, Stoß, Quetschung durch mindestens ein Schlag- oder Abknickwerkzeug (5) vorausgeht, um den gewachsenen Pflanzenverband durch Querbrüche und Längsrisse in der Weise aufzulockern/voraufzulösen, daß die darin enthaltene Feuchtigkeit schneller verdampfen und/oder ein Großteil der holz- bzw. schäbenartigen Nebenprodukte aus dem Verbund mit den Fasern gelöst werden, um ausgeschieden werden zu können
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das voraufgelöste pflanzliche Material nach dem Abkürzschnitt einer stationären Anlage über eine rauhe Reibzone geschoben wird mit dem Ziel, einer weitergehenden Vorauflösung und Abscheidung bereits weitgehend abgelöster holzartiger/schäbenartiger Bestandteile von dem überwiegend faserar tigen oder noch nicht nennenswert voraufgelösten Material zu bewirken.
