Description
Durch die Weiterbildung nach Anspruch 2 ist es möglich, einen Auffangbehälter für die ausgeworfenen Postgüter in der Verlängerung des Zuführbandes anzuordnen, so daß die Postgüter in der Transportrichtung ausgeworfen werden können. Dadurch verringert sich die Baubreite der Auswerfstation. Für das Auswerfen selbst wird die Bewegungskomponente des Zuführbandes genutzt, so daß dieser Vorgang mit einfacheren mechanischen Mitteln realisiert werden, kann. Die Auswurfkurve vermeidet eine Querbewegung und folgt einer einfachen Wurfparabel mit entsprechend verbesserter Zielgenauigkeit.
Claims (5)
- Sortieranlage für flache Postgüter (5) mit einem zu einer Sortiereinrichtung (2) führenden, umlaufenden, mittels Anschlägen (6) in gleiche Abschnitte unterteilten Zuführband (1), dem in horizontal orientierten Abschnitten (3,12) mehrere aufeinanderfolgende Bearbeitungsstationen (z.B. 4,7,8,9,13) für die flach aufliegenden Postgüter (5) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster der horizontal orientierten Abschnitte (3) mit den vorangehenden Bearbeitungsstationen (4,7,8,9) unterhalb eines zweiten der horizontal orientierten Abschnitte (12) mit den nachfolgenden Bearbeitungsstationen (13) und der Rückführung des Zuführbandes (1) von der Sortiereinrichtung (2) angeordnet ist, daß das Zuführband (1) nach dem ersten horizontal orientierten Abschnitt (3) über mindestens zwei Umlenkeinrichtungen (11) um den ersten Abschnitt (3) zum zweiten horizontal orientierten Abschnitt (12) herumgelenkt ist, wobei im Umlenkbereich auf der Seite der Anschläge (6) diese berührend und ebenfalls von den Umlenkeinrichtungen (11) geführt ein partiell umlaufendes Abdeckband (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die letzte Arbeitsstation des ersten horizontal orientierten Abschnittes (3) ein Auswerfer (9) für fehlerhaft aufliegende Postgüter (5) ist, dessen Auswerfrichtung in Transportrichtung des ersten Abschnittes (3) liegt.
- Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Auswerfer (9) eine Sichtstation (8) zur Adressenerkennung angeordnet ist, und daß eine weitere Bearbeitungsstation als Druckstation (13) ausgebildet ist, die sich in dem zweiten Abschnitt (12) befindet.
- Sortieranlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführband (1) in einer ersten Umlenkeinrichtung (11) um 180° und in einer zweiten und dritten Umlenkeinrichtung (11) um jeweils annähernd 90° umgelenkt ist.
- Sortieranlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkeinrichtungen (11) als zirkulär gleichseitige Polygone ausgebildet sind, deren Seitenlänge dem Teilungsabstand der Postgüter (5) entspricht, und daß die Transportlage der Postgüter (5) derart auf die Winkelstellung der Umlenkeinrichtungen (11) abgestimmt ist, daß die vorzugsweise abgerundeten Eckbereiche der Umlenkeinrichtungen (11) zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Postgütern (5) liegen, wobei die Anschläge (6) über die Eckbereiche der Umlenkeinrichtungen (11) geführt sind.
