Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la quincaillerie du bâtiment et a trait à des ferrures d'articulation pour porte, fenêtre ou similaire.
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une ferrure d'articulation pour menuiserie de type porte, fenêtre ou analogue oscillo-battante et/ou à ouverture à la française ou analogue, comprenant au moins un châssis ouvrant monté sur un cadre dormant, ladite ferrure se décomposant en une partie fixe rendue solidaire de ce dernier et une partie mobile fixée sur le châssis ouvrant, ladite partie fixe comportant des moyens de fixation en feuillure dudit cadre dormant sous forme d'une platine support sur laquelle est montée réglable dans une ou plusieurs directions une platine de fixation munie de moyens d'articulations pour la réception de la partie mobile.
Les documents US-A-4 986 028 et DE-U-9 301 655 montrent des ferrures d'articulation de ce type.
En matière de ferrure d'articulation pour menuiserie, du type porte, fenêtre ou analogue, il est de plus en plus fréquent de faire appel à des solutions permettant de rendre ces ferrures invisibles, tout au moins autorisant leur fixation en feuillure du cadre dormant et/ou du châssis ouvrant que comporte une telle porte ou fenêtre.
A noter, en particulier que dans le cas des menuiseries métalliques ou en matière plastique, ce châssis ouvrant et le cadre dormant sont constitués par un assemblage de profilés venant définir, au niveau de ladite feuillure, des rainures ou analogues, parfaitement adaptées pour la réception et la fixation de telles ferrures d'articulation.
A ce propos, celles-ci se décomposent en une partie fixe comportant des moyens de fixation en feuillure du cadre dormant, et une partie mobile destinée à être rapportée sur le châssis ouvrant et venant coopérer avec ladite partie fixe par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'articulation appropriés.
Il est assez fréquent qu'à de telles ferrures d'articulation soit associés, encore, des moyens permettant d'ajuster le positionnement du châssis ouvrant par rapport au cadre dormant.
Ainsi, il est tout particulièrement connu une ferrure d'articulation dont les moyens de fixation en feuillure du cadre dormant de la partie fixe se décomposent en une platine support que l'on vient rapporter, dans un premier temps, au niveau de cette feuillure du cadre dormant, sachant que sur cette platine support est ensuite destinée à être montée, réglable, par exemple, en translation suivant une direction parallèle au plan de la porte ou fenêtre, une platine de fixation qui, elle, reçoit des moyens d'articulation pour la réception de la partie mobile.
La problématique qui se pose dans ce type de configuration consiste en ce que le fabriquant de ces ferrures d'articulation doit disposer en stock un nombre important de modèles différents, qui se distinguent par leur platine support de la partie fixe dont il existe, nécessairement, autant de modèles différents que de types de profilés intervenant dans la conception d'un cadre dormant d'une menuiserie du type fenêtre ou porte.
La présente invention se veut à même de répondre à ce problème en dissociant, en quelque sorte, de la platine support, la fonction de liaison avec le cadre dormant, cette fonction étant attribuée à une platine de réception sur laquelle peut être montée la platine support.
En fin de compte, il s'agit, pour le fabriquant de tenir en stock des ferrures d'articulation toutes identiques et différentes platines de réception, celles-ci se distinguant, les unes des autres, par leur configuration, adaptée à un type déterminé de profilé correspondant à un cadre dormant de porte, fenêtre ou similaire.
Puis, de manière simple et à la demande d'un menuisier, il convient d'associer à ces ferrures d'articulation standards un modèle de platine de réception déterminé. Avantageusement, cette liaison est destinée à conférer une mobilité relative, notamment par rotation de la platine support par rapport à ladite platine de réception.
Il convient d'observer qu'une telle platine de réception peut encore assurer certaines fonctions de maintien mécanique de la partie fixe de la ferrure d'articulation, fonctions qui, en raison de particularités que présente la feuillure de profilés, nouvellement dessinés, d'un cadre dormant, ne peuvent plus être assurées par cette feuillure. Ainsi, la section de ces nouveaux profilés tend à répondre à un problème d'optimisation de matière d'où peuvent découler les difficultés précitées.
A cet effet, l'invention concerne une ferrure d'articulation pour menuiserie, de type porte, fenêtre ou analogue oscillo-battante et/ou à ouverture à la française ou analogue, comprenant au moins un châssis ouvrant monté sur un cadre dormant, ladite ferrure se décomposant en une partie fixe rendue solidaire de ce dernier et une partie mobile fixée sur le châssis ouvrant, ladite partie fixe comportant des moyens de fixation en feuillure dudit cadre dormant sous forme d'une platine support sur laquelle est montée réglable, dans une ou plusieurs directions, une platine de fixation munie de moyens d'articulation pour la réception de la partie mobile, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de fixation de la partie fixe en feuillure du cadre dormant sont complétés par une platine de réception présentant au niveau de sa face opposée à celle sur laquelle est rapportée la platine support, une configuration adaptée à ladite feuillure du cadre dormant.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre et dont la compréhension sera facilitée en se référant aux dessins joints en annexe :
  • la figure 1 est une représentation schématisée et en coupe d'une ferrure d'articulation, du type support d'angle, conforme à l'invention, venant relier un châssis ouvrant à un cadre dormant ;
  • la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée et en perspective de cette ferrure d'articulation visible dans la figure 1, le châssis ouvrant étant ouvert à la française par rapport au cadre dormant ;
  • la figure 3 est une représentation similaire et en perspective de la platine de réception.
Tel que représenté dans les figures du dessin ci-joint, la présente invention concerne le domaine des ferrures d'articulation pour menuiserie, du type porte, fenêtre ou analogue, comprenant au moins un châssis ouvrant 2 monté de manière oscillo-battante ou encore simplement pivotant à la française sur un cadre dormant 3.
Selon l'invention une telle ferrure d'articulation 1 se compose en une partie fixe 4 qui, elle, est rendue solidaire dudit cadre dormant 3 et une partie mobile 5 montée sur le châssis ouvrant 2. Au moins ladite partie fixe 4 comporte des moyens de fixation 6 en feuillure 7 dudit cadre dormant 3, de tels moyens de fixation 6 se présentant sous forme d'une platine support 8 sur laquelle est montée réglable, dans une ou plusieurs directions 9, 9A une platine de fixation 10. Celle-ci reçoit des moyens d'articulation 11 pour la réception de moyens d'articulation complémentaires 12 associés à la partie mobile 5.
Quant aux moyens de réglage 13, par exemple en translation, de la platine de fixation 10 sur la platine support 8, ils sont représentés dans les figures du dessin en annexe, sous forme, d'une part, d'un excentrique 14 monté en rotation sur ladite platine support 8 et dont la tête excentrée 15 communique avec une ouverture 16 ménagée dans la platine de fixation 10. A ce propos, cette ouverture 16 est sensiblement ajustée à la tête excentrée 15 dans la direction 9 de réglage, tandis qu'elle est de forme oblongue perpendiculairement à cette direction. De cette manière l'action de l'excentrique 14 ne s'exerce que suivant cette direction de réglage 9. D'autre part, ces moyens de réglage 13 consistent en des moyens de guidage 17 de la platine de fixation 10 sur la platine support 8. De tels moyens de guidage 17 sont définis, à la fois, par l'intermédiaire d'une boutonnière 18 et de rebords de guidage 19,20 s'étendant au-dessus de ladite platine support 8 et entre lesquels vient s'inscrire ladite platine de fixation 10.
De tels moyens de réglage peuvent encore être complétés par des moyens d'ajustement à hauteur 13A, donc suivant une autre direction 9A. De tels moyens d'ajustement en hauteur seront décrits plus en détail dans la description qui va suivre.
Finalement, comme déjà indiqué préalablement, cette platine support 8 surmontée de la platine de fixation 10, est destinée à prendre position en feuillure 7 du cadre dormant 3.
Selon une caractéristique de la présente invention, lesdits moyens de fixation 6 sont complétés par une platine de réception 21 qui présente la particularité en ce qu'elle est adaptée à la configuration du profilé 22 définissant le montant ou la traverse dudit cadre dormant 3, recevant en feuillure 7 ladite partie fixe 4 de la ferrure d'articulation 1.
Ainsi, selon l'invention, cette platine de réception 21 est, au moins au niveau de sa face inférieure 23, de configuration adaptée pour sa réception en feuillure du profilé 22. En outre, elle est percée d'ouvertures 24, 25, 26 pour le passage d'organes de fixation, tels que vis ou similaires, destinés à la rendre solidaire dudit profilé 22 donc du cadre dormant 3.
Finalement, cette platine de réception 21 comporte, encore, des moyens de réception d'organes de fixation 27 permettant d'y rapporter, fixement, la platine support 8.
Ainsi, en fonction de la configuration des profilés composant une menuiserie, du type porte, fenêtre ou analogue, une ferrure d'articulation, selon l'invention, peut être équipée d'une platine de réception 21 adaptée. Il est évident que, comparativement à la platine support 8, destinée à recevoir, de manière réglable, la platine de fixation 10, une telle platine de réception 21 est de conception plus simple, donc plus facilement adaptable aux différents cas de figures rencontrés.
Dans un premier temps et selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, la platine support 8 n'est pas rigidement fixée, sur la platine de réception 21, mais de manière pivotante autour d'un axe perpendiculaire au plan desdites platines. Plus particulièrement, la platine support 8 est montée pivotante, à son extrémité 29 opposée aux moyens d'articulation 11 sur la platine de réception 21. Avantageusement, les moyens de pivotement 30 sont définis par un oeillet traversant, à la fois, une ouverture 24 dans la platine de réception 21 et une autre 31 dans la platine support 8 destinées au passage d'un organe de fixation 27 en particulier d'une vis de fixation prévue pour solidariser, simultanément, la platine de support 8 de la platine de réception 21 et cette dernière de la menuiserie.
Bien évidemment d'autres organes de fixation peuvent, de la même manière rendre solidaire la platine support 8 de la platine de réception 21 et/ou de la menuiserie.
Comme déjà indiqué plus haut, une telle ferrure d'articulation peut encore recevoir des moyens de réglage en hauteur 13A permettant d'ajuster verticalement la position du châssis ouvrant 2 par rapport à son cadre dormant 3. Si, par le passé, l'ensemble de ces moyens de réglage 13, 13A était nécessairement associé à la platine support 8 et à la platine de fixation 10, dans le cas présent de tels moyens peuvent encore concerner la platine de réception 21. En fait, la présence de cette dernière permet une redistribution de ces moyens de réglage 13, 13A.
Ainsi, lesdits moyens de réglage en hauteur 13A peuvent se présenter, à l'extrémité 32 de la platine support 8 opposée aux moyens de pivotement 30, sous forme d'une vis de réglage 33 traversant un trou taraudé 34 dans ladite platine support 8 pour venir prendre appui sur la face supérieure 28 de la platine de réception 21.
A noter que le maintien latéral de la platine support 8 sur la platine de réception 21 peut être amélioré par la présence de moyens butée 35 ménagés en bordure extérieure 36, par rapport à la porte ou fenêtre, de ladite platine de réception 21.
Finalement, les avantages découlant de la présente invention consistent en ce que l'on peut concevoir, individuellement, plusieurs types de platine de réception adaptés aux différents profilés susceptibles de concevoir un cadre dormant de porte, fenêtre ou analogue, platine de réception dont peut être équipée, à la demande, une ferrure d'articulation standard.

Claims (7)

  1. Ferrure d'articulation pour menuiserie du type porte, fenêtre ou analogue oscillo-battante et/ou à ouverture à la française ou analogue, comprenant un châssis ouvrant (2) monté sur un cadre dormant (3), ladite ferrure (1) se décomposant en une partie fixe (4) rendue solidaire de ce dernier et une partie mobile (5) fixée sur le châssis ouvrant (2), ladite partie fixe (4) comportant des moyens de fixation (6) en feuillure (7) dudit cadre dormant (3) sous forme d'une platine support (8) sur laquelle est montée réglable, dans une ou plusieurs directions (9, 9A), une platine de fixation (10) munie de moyens d'articulation (11) pour la réception de la partie mobile (5), caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de fixation (6) de la partie fixe (4) en feuillure (7) du cadre dormant (3) sont complétés par une platine de réception (21) présentant, au niveau de sa face (23) opposée à celle sur laquelle est rapportée la platine support (8), une configuration adaptée à ladite feuillure (7) du cadre dormant (3).

Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la platine de réception (21) est percée d'ouvertures (24, 25, 26) pour le passage d'organes de fixation, tels que vis ou similaires, et comporte des moyens de réception d'organes de fixation (27) permettant d'y rapporter, fixement, la platine support (8).
  3. Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la platine support (8) est rapportée à l'aide de moyens de pivotements (30) sur la platine de réception (21).
  4. Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la platine support (8) est montée pivotante, à son extrémité (29) opposée aux moyens d'articulation (11) correspondant à la platine de fixation (10), sur la platine de réception (21).
  5. Ferrure d'articulation selon les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de pivotement (30) sont définis par un oeillet traversant, à la fois, une ouverture (24) dans la platine de réception (21) et une ouverture (31) dans la platine support (8) destinées au passage d'un organe de fixation (27), en particulier d'une vis de fixation, prévue pour solidariser, simultanément, la platine support (8) de la platine de réception (21) et cette dernière de la feuillure (7) du cadre dormant (3).
  6. Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que la platine support (8) comporte, à son extrémité (32) opposée aux moyens de pivotement (30), une vis de réglage (33) traversant un trou taraudé (34) dans ladite platine support (8) pour venir prendre appui sur la face supérieure (28) de la platine de réception (21).
  7. Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que la platine de réception (21) est équipée de moyens de butée (35) contribuant à un maintien latéral de la platine support (8) sur cette platine de réception (21).
