Claims (5)
- Pneumatische Bogenführung in einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit einem entsprechend dem Bedruckstoffformat einstellbaren Luftleitkörper sowie einem mit dem Luftleitkörper in Verbindung stehenden Lufterzeuger, wobei der Lufterzeuger durch eine vorgeordnete Steuerung einstellbar ist,
dadurch kennzeichnet,
dass der Steuerung (7) ein der formatabhängigen Einstellung des Luftleitkörpers (1) entsprechendes Signal zuführbar ist, wobei durch die Steuerung (7) entsprechend diesen Signalen die Einstellung der Förderleistung des Lufterzeugers (6) erfolgt. - Pneumatische Bogenführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Steuerung (7) als ein Rechner ausgebildet ist. - Pneumatische Bogenführung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Steuerung (7) einen Speicher mit einer Kennlinie (K) aufweist, wobei die Kennlinie (K) die vom Lufterzeuger (6) aufzubringende Förderleistung (P) als Funktion des Bedruckstoffformates (F) wiedergibt. - Pneumatische Bogenführung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Kennlinie (K) der Steuerung (7) über einen manuell eingebbaren Korrekturfaktor (KF) modifizierbar ist. - Pneumatische Bogenführung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur formatabhängigen Einstellung des Luftleitkörpers (1) ein Stellmittel (5) vorgesehen ist, dessen Signale der Steuerung (7) zuführbar sind.
