Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von feingeschlitzten schlauch- oder plattenförmigen Wasserbelüftern aus Gummi oder gummiähnlichen Kunststoffen, die nach ihrer Aushärtung ( Vulkanisation ) durch mechanische Einwirkung ohne Materialwegnahme geschlitzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzung der Wasserbelüfter (Rohlinge) durch eine kontinuierliche Relativbewegung zwischen dem Wasserbelüfter und einem im Sinne der Relativbewegung auf einer Kreisbahn bewegbaren Schlitzwerkzeug vollzogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasserbelüfter geradlinig bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass schlauchförmige Wasserbelüfter abgeplattet werden und beide aufeinanderliegenden Wandungen gleichzeitig geschlitzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass schlauchförmige Wasserbelüfter abgeplattet werden und lediglich eine der beiden aufeinanderliegenden Wandungen geschlitzt wird.
- Werkzeug zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet, durch einen walzenartigen, verdrehbaren Grundkörper (4,5), der am äusseren Umfang mit Schneidwerkzeugen (9) versehen ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Grundkörper ein ebenfalls walzenartiger, verdrehbarer Körper zugeordnet ist, der am äusseren Umfang glatt oder ebenfalls mit Schneidwerkzeugen versehen ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenspalt zwischen den beiden walzenartigen Körpern (4,5) zur Aufnahme und zum Durchleiten des Wasserbelüfters (1) dient.
- Wekzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidwerkzeuge (9) in der Seitenansicht trapez- oder kuppenförmig gestaltet sind (Fig. 7, 8 ).
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden walzenartigen Körper (4,5) gegenläufig verdrehbar sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die walzenartigen Körper (4,5) von am äusseren Umfang mit Schneidwerkzeugen (9) versehenen Scheiben (11) gebildet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekenzeichnet, dass zwischen den Scheiben (11) Distanzscheiben (12) angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Wandungen eine zähharte, einschieb- und entfernbare Einlage (16) vorgesehen ist.
