Claims (7)
- Bahnweiche für eine Einrichtung zum Transport von Materialbahnen oder bogenförmigem Material, insbesondere für eine Wellpappenanlage,a) mit mehreren in einer Achse (A) quer zur Transportrichtung (I) der Materialbahnen (9) oder Materialbogen und parallel zur Materialbahn oder Transportebene der Materialbogen schwenkbar gelagerten Elementen (23),b) welche mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung (33) unabhängig voneinander in vorbestimmte Stellungen verschwenkbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,c) dass jedes Element (23) aus einem oder mehreren Längsstäben (25) mit einem in Richtung auf die zu transportierende Materialbahn (9) oder die zu transportierenden Materialbogen konvexen Querschnitt besteht. - Bahnweiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsstäbe (25) zylindrisch, insbesondere als Rohre ausgebildet sind.
- Bahnweiche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Element (23) aus zwei Längsstäben (25) besteht.
- Bahnweiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsstäbe (25) jedes Elements (23) durch Stege (27) verbunden sind und dass die Stege unterhalb der Unterseite der zu transportierenden Materialbahn (9) oder Materialbogen enden.
- Bahnweiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (27) als Luftleitelemente ausgebildet sind, die eine Leitfläche (27a) aufweisen, die mit der Unterseite der zu transportierenden Materialbahn (9) oder Materialbogen einen stumpfen Winkel einschließen.
- Bahnweiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsstäbe (25) jedes Elements (23) durch an einem oder beiden stirnseitigen Enden der Längsstäbe (25) angeordneten Querstreben verbunden sind und dass die der Unterseite der zu transportierenden Materialbahn (9) oder Materialbogen zugewandte Oberkante der Querstreben unterhalb der Unterseite der Materialbahn oder der Materialbogen endet.
- Einrichtung zum Transport von Materialbahnen oder bogenförmigem Material, insbesondere für eine Wellpappenanlage,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest alle ausschließlich den Transport der Materialbahn (9) oder Materialbogen bewirkenden Auflageflächen aus Längsstäben mit einem in Richtung auf die zu transportierenden Materialbogen konvexen Querschnitt gebildet sind, und
dass alle Bahnweichen (13) als Bahnweichen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet sind.
