Claims (14)
- Schiffchenstickmaschine mit einer Treiberbalkeneinheit, welche einen Treiberbalken aufweist, in welchem für jede Stickstelle ein unterer Treibernagel (13) und ein oberer Treibernagel (15) angeordnet ist, wobei mindestens einer der Treibernägel (15) im Treiberbalken (11) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Treiberbalken (11) aus einem Profil besteht und dass die Treibernägel in Bohrungen (37,31) des Profils (11) eingesetzt sind.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil Rastmittel (39,40,41), z.B. mindestens eine Rille oder mindestens eine Rippe aufweist, welche mit entsprechenden Rastmitteln (35,69) des jeweiligen Treibernagels (15,13) kooperieren können, um den Treibernagel in der gewünschten Stellung zu halten.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (11) einen Hohlprofilteil (43) und zwei unten am Hohlprofilteil angeordnete Schenkel (45) aufweist und dass der obere Treibernagel (15) im Hohlprofilteil (43) und der untere Treibernagel (13) in den Schenkeln (45) angeordnet ist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Treibernagel (15) eine Rastfeder (35) aufweist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Treibernagel (15) einen Betätigungslappen (57) aufweist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere bzw. der untere Treibernagel (15,13) mindestens über einen Teil seiner Länge, insbesondere in dem im Profil (11) beweglichen Teil, hohl ist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Treibernagel (15) mit Rastfeder (35) und Betätigungslappen (57) einstückig aus Kunststoff geformt ist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Treibemagel (13) wahlweise ein Blockiermittel (64) aufweisendes Aufsetzteil (63) oder ein Rastfedermittel (69) und einen Betätigungslappen (71) aufweisendes Aufsetzteil (67) angeordnet ist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Treibernagel (13) Mittel, z.B. zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen zur axialen Fixierung des Aufsetzteils (63,67) aufweist und dass das Aufsetzteil zwei federnde Schenkel (65,65') zur Schnappbefestigung am Treibernagel (13) besitzt.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastfedermittel (69) durch an den Enden der Schenkel (65,65') angeordnete Federn gebildet sind.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufsetzteil (63,67) aus Kunststoff geformt ist.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den unteren Treibernagel (13) ein von der Steuereinheit der Schiffchenstickmaschine steuerbares Betätigungselement (73), z.B. ein pneumatischer Zylinder, vorgesehen ist, um das Schiffchen bei Bedarf stillzulegen bzw. wieder zu aktivieren.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungselemente (73) in einem Profil (75) angeordnet sind.
- Schiffchenstickmaschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil (75) eine Rippe (77) aufweist, die als Drehachse für Winkelhebel (79) dient, wobei jeder Winkelhebel (79) einen ersten Arm (81) aufweist, der mit dem Betätigungselement (73) gekuppelt ist und einen zweiten Arm (85), der mit dem unteren Treibernagel (13) kuppelbar ist.
