Description
The invention relates to a method for producing Knitted tubes, especially ready-to-wear clothing, on a flat knitting machine with at least two opposite needle beds and a machine slide with at least three knitting systems, the knitted pieces at least one area with a decrease in the number of stitches have and with at most one in two needles Needle bed stitches are generated and one stitch-bearing each Needle of a needle bed a free needle of faces other needle bed (EP-A-857800).
For garments that are ready to wear as tubular knitted fabrics made on the flat knitting machine practically fall no more assembly work, d. H. they are relative inexpensive to manufacture. This cost advantage is reduced itself, however, when patterned knitted fabrics are to be produced, the contours of which are expanded or Reduce the number of rows to fit the shape of the body are. In the case of reduction processes in particular, there are additional ones Carriage strokes required for loop wrap operations that increase the knitting time for the garment.
The present invention is based on the object particularly efficient process for reducing tubular knitted fabrics propose.
Reduction of the knitted piece hanging on the front needle bed at one, for example the left edge area, stitch formation for the knitted piece hanging on the rear needle bed and reduction of the rear knitted piece on the opposite, for example the right edge area of the knitted piece,
Reduction of the rear knitted piece on one, for example the left edge area, stitch formation for the front knitted piece and reduction of the front knitted piece on the opposite, for example the right edge area of the knitted piece,
It can be the number of stitches around which the knitted piece is reduced, can be varied from short cycle to short cycle.
In the previous methods according to the prior art a total of four sled runs to reduce knitted tubing required. In a first sled run stitches were formed for the rear knitted piece, in a second carriage pass stitches for the front piece of knitted fabric, and in a third sled run that was front knitted piece, for example on the left edge area and the rear piece of knitted fabric, for example, on the right edge area and finally in a fourth knitting run rear knitted piece, for example on the left edge area and the front piece of knitted fabric, for example, on the right edge area reduced. In contrast to this method, this requires method according to the invention only two sled runs, whereby the production time of the knitted piece in Reduction area by 50% compared to the procedure according to State of the art reduced. This is achieved in that now creates stitches with every sled run, i.e. none Sled runs are only needed for transfer operations. The method according to the invention can be used for everyone Apply binding types and for all reduction types and courses, which are applicable to tubular knitted fabrics.
Preferably, before the first sled run Stitches of the front piece of knitting on the first edge area, who participate in the reduction process on the back needle bed and those stitches of the back piece on the second Marginal area participating in the reduction process to the front The needle bed and then the two needle beds offset against each other according to the desired reduction before the first sled run with a first knitting system the stitches involved in the reduction process of the front and rear knitted pieces on the front and rear needle bed to be hung back with a second Knitting system stitches formed for the rear knitted piece and with a third knitting system those stitches of the front and rear knitted pieces on the opposite Marginal area participating in the reduction process the front and back needle beds are reassigned, and that the needle beds in again before the second slide run their starting position will be reset before the second Sled run with a first knitting system ones Stitches of the front and back knitted pieces that are involved in the reduction process have participated in the front and that rear needle bed to be hung back with a second Knitting system stitches formed for the front knitted piece with a third knitting system of the back and front knitted pieces, the next one Participate in mitigation, on the front and rear Needle bed can be reassigned.
In the case of knitted pieces that have both right and also have left stitches, for example ribbed knits, can be used when reassigning those involved in the reduction Also knit the left stitch of the front piece of knitting on the back needle bed and the left stitch of the rear piece of knitting on the front needle bed and behind the stitch formation can be made back again.

The
According to FIG. 2a, the method according to the state of the art Proceed as follows: During a first sled run stitches are created for the rear piece of knitted fabric. in the second sled run will be stitches for the front piece of knitted fabric generated. Then in a third Sled pass the front knit piece on the left and that rear knitted piece reduced on the right. In a fourth Carriage run will then be the front knitted piece in the right edge area and the rear knitted piece in the left Reduced marginal area. The sled runs 3 and 4 are sled runs in which no stitches are generated that are not the actual production of the knitted piece contribute.
In contrast, in a method according to the invention 2b in a first carriage run both Reductions of the rear knitted piece on the right side, of the front knitted piece on the left side as well Made knitting for the rear knitted piece. In A second sled run will then be the rear piece of knitted fabric on the left and the front knitted piece diminished on the right side and stitches for the front Knitted piece formed. So there are no sled runs here required, which is not also used for stitch formation can be. This is a rational way of abatement with all flat knitting machines, the two opposite Needle beds and at least three knitting systems possible.
Die Nadeln, die Maschen des vorderen und hinteren Nadelbetts V, H tragen, sind mit langen Strichen gekennzeichnet und diejenigen, die keine Maschen tragen, mit kurzen Strichen.3 shows an example of a method according to the invention to produce a rib knitted garment with a Body part and a left and a right sleeve shown. The course of the stitch is shown for each row of knits. The needles, the stitches of the front and back Needle beds V, H are marked with long lines and those who do not use stitches with short lines.
konstanter Breite. In Reihe 1 werden mit einem ersten Stricksystem
