Definitions
- the invention relates to a terminal contact design that for entire area of electrical appliance manufacturing is applicable, this Contact design has the advantage that loosening the cable quickly and can be done in simple form.
- connection contact which makes it possible in a simple manner and Way to hold cables in the contact body of the connection contact and to be able to easily remove them again if necessary, without that, for example, screw connections have to be loosened, or that the individual elements of the electrical switching device are disassembled have to.
- connection contact for electrical devices is proposed for detachable connection of cables so that the Connection contact has a U-shaped contact body, in the legs of which a leaf spring is held, which over one of externally operable ejector element in its position with respect to the inside of the contact body guided cable is changeable.
- the invention thus describes the design of a contact, the supplied cable through a positive connection, via a Leaf spring, which cooperates with the contact housing, held be, the cables guided in the contact housing non-positively secures against pulling out, this leaf spring over a Ejector element can be changed in its position so that it non-positive connection is released, the cable in easier Way can be removed or inserted.
- the U-shaped trained contact body on vertically extending legs whose upper areas are angled at an angle to one another, wherein they partially close the U-shape of the contact body in this area.
- the recesses within the vertical leg of the U-shaped Contact bodies are designed in the manner of trapezoidal incisions, one of the trapezoidal sides completely cutting through the thighs, that an externally accessible opening is formed.
- the incisions forming the recesses thus through the vertical legs of the contact body as well passed through the angled area of the contact body.
- the rear of the two incisions is made so that it directly Leg of the U-shaped contact body and the angled part this leg cuts through.
- the front of the two incisions runs within the vertical leg of the contact body parallel to the front contact body side and jumps under training a locking lug reducing the size of the upper second parallel side of the trapezoidal incision in the area of the bend of the contact body legs towards the rear incision.
- the contact body faces the one opposite the angled legs Bottom plate indentations; these depressions extend parallel to each other over the entire area of the base plate longitudinal.
- These depressions are semicircular, i.e. semicircular formed, with the semicircular curvature of the recess extends into the ground.
- the leaf spring which is received by the contact body, is T-shaped formed, wherein the vertical foot forms the spring area and the area formed horizontally to the vertical foot upside down or rest area. This rest area extends under training of two side latches over the vertical spring area out.
- the vertical spring area of the leaf spring is divided, preferably divided in the middle, trained.
- An ejector element protrudes into the contact body and is parallel to the cable-receiving recesses between a starting position and a relief position within the contact body is movable.
- the ejector element is in its initial position only with its face, which is in the contact body protrudes from the spring area of the leaf spring.
- the leaf spring is located thereby in a so-called rest position. In the relief position of the Ejector element moves part of the ejector element under the spring area of the leaf spring and another part of the ejector element supports itself against the horizontal rest area of the Leaf spring off.
- the ejector element is seen in cross section in the form of two Rectangles formed one behind the other in superimposed Layers are arranged, with the border areas partially overlapping.
- the part of the limit area which is the spring area on the next comes in the form of an inclined plane.
- the ejector element is therefore similar to one in cross section Stairway formed with two steps, the first step on the Bottom of the contact element sits and the contact edge between Tread and riser abuts the spring area of the leaf spring.
- the leaf spring is preloaded in the contact body, the spring area is supported on the bottom of the contact body and the Rest area from the recesses in the vertical legs of the Contact body is added, the locking area below the the incisions partially occluding the angled projections Leg is fixed so that the leaf spring almost diagonally in the contact body is fixed.
- the leaf spring is supported almost over the entire floor area the contact body and closes the recesses in Bottom of the contact body, being in the recesses cables can be clamped.
- the one to be operated from the outside Ejector or the ejector element from its initial position in Relief position moves within the contact body, whereby the so-called first stage of the ejector element under the spring area the leaf spring pushes it out of its rest position Bend the spring area around the locking area by approximately 23 ° with the cables released.
- Fig. 1 shows a sectional view of a contact body 1, in which one Leaf spring 2 is fixed, the spring portion 3 is on the contact body bottom 6 supports, while the locking area 4 of the Btattfeder is in the recess 7 in the contact body and is among the angled leg 8 of the contact body is supported.
- 1 is the So-called rest position of the leaf spring shown, in which the Leaf spring between angled leg 8 and contact body bottom is fixed, passing approximately diagonally through the contact body 1.
- the ejector element is in the starting position, whereby it only rests on the leaf spring.
- the leaf spring is biased in Contact body fixed, the spring area compared to the The locking area is slightly angled in the direction of insertion of the ejector.
- Fig. 3 shows a top view of a leaf spring 2 with its locking area 4 and their tongue area 3.
- the tongue area is due to a wide central groove 10 divided into two spring areas 3 of the same width. These areas 3 of the Spring area penetrate into the contact body and lie in Rest position with its lower spring surfaces 3a on the bottom 6 of the Contact body and fix the in the recesses of the Contact body running cables non-positively.
- the locking area 4 extends on both sides the spring area 3 horizontally extend locking lugs 9, which with engage the recesses 7 of the contact body.
- FIG. 4 shows a sectional view, in longitudinal section, of a contact body 1 with angled legs 8, a recess 7 for receiving the Leaf spring 2, wherein the recess is trapezoidal, and the area on which the angled locking lugs rest, the is the smaller parallel side of the trapezoidal recess 7a.
- the trapezoidal recess has a vertical trapezoidal side 7c and an inclined trapezoidal side 7b. The longer of the two in parallel Trapezoidal sides 7d are angled by a projection 8a Leg 8 partially closed. Under this projection 8a supports the locking area 4 of the leaf spring 2.
- Fig. 5 shows a top view of a contact body 1, the angled Legs 8 are angled towards each other so far that only one narrow longitudinal slot 11 runs through the contact body.
- the cross slot 12 in the contact body 1 applies to the inclusion of the leaf spring.
- the transverse slot has 12 gradations 12a, which is an abutment for the locking area 4 of the leaf spring form. This projection 12a interacts with the contact base 6 and fixes the leaf spring in the inserted form, pre-tensioned form-fitting diagonally in the contact body.
- FIG. 6 and 7 show the side view of the contact body 1 with respective longitudinal slot 11.
- the contact body 1 is in the area the recess 7 cut longitudinally.
- Recesses 13 can be seen, which are parallel to the vertical Legs of the contact body in the bottom 6 run and semicircular are formed. Electrical cables are guided in these recesses, which from the prestressed leaf spring 2 in this force-fit Recesses are held.
- the spring is around your Angled rest area, where it loses contact with the ground, so that the cables can be detached from the recesses 13.
