Definitions
- the present invention relates to a circular pavement.
- circular pavement is a pavement structure meant a lot of cobblestones, which laid in the form of abutting circular rings are, so that there is a total circular area whose The interior should also be filled with paving stones can, but usually has no paving stones. In the latter case is strictly speaking a circular ring, but also under the term “Circular pavement” should fall.
- a circular plaster is known from US Pat. No. 5,137,392 A has differently designed circular rings.
- For creation the circular pavement comes in five different stone formats to use, besides rectangular stones, circular Stones and square stones two wedge-shaped Stone formats are used. With respect to the wedge-shaped Stones are required to be arched Own inside and outside surfaces.
- Circular paving a precisely prescribed structure of different have trained circular rings that are for example from a first ring made of wedge-shaped stones, a second ring of wedge-shaped and rectangular Stones, a third and fourth ring of second assemble wedge-shaped stones etc.
- This structure is relatively complicated.
- the laying is different Stone formats in each annulus (Circle row) to the different combinations needed become very complicated and without a template only difficult to do.
- Stone formats are sometimes not radial wedge joints avoid.
- the present invention is based on the object To create circular paving, that with particularly few stone formats gets along.
- gaps of equal width that have no widening in have radial direction are covered completely, whereby the joint network without widening a clear geometric Line network forms.
- Circular pavement is not the exact shape of a circle or Must have a circular ring. Rather, the term “Circular pavement” also cover circular segments that overlap a more or less large circumferential distance of a circle extend.
- the circular pavement according to the invention preferably formed as a composite plaster.
- the wedge stones and rectangular stones of the pavement as Composite stones designed, each one or more composite sections have, which with the composite sections adjacent stones are in positive engagement.
- the pavement formed according to the invention with a joint network has absolutely the same joint widths everywhere Composite sections not disengaged.
- the circular pavement is designed as a so-called eco-pavement
- the wedge stones and rectangular stones as so-called eco-stones are designed.
- Ecoplast is a plaster in which targeted relatively wide joints between the individual stones are arranged to allow rainwater to seep away enable. These relatively wide joints are over Spacers are reached on the side faces of each Stones are provided.
- the circular pavement designed according to the invention can be used as Have an outer concrete ring. Since it is in the circular paving according to the invention is therefore a polygon approximating a circle this concrete ring is also polygonal. If the outer concrete ring should be designed as a real circular ring the pavement polygon has to be cut by cutting the stones the outer paving ring adapted to the real circular shape become. Such an embodiment takes place, for example use if the concrete ring before the arrangement of the Patch is made.
- the trained circular pavement only two stone formats are used. This sets assuming that a single rectangular stone format is used becomes. Of course, different ones can also be used Rectangular stone formats can be used.
- the invention further relates to a keystone for use in the circular pavement, the two opposite parallel Side surfaces of the same length are basic. From the opposite Side edges of the two parallel side faces go two Side faces that are at right angles to each other form.
- the stone is perpendicular to the parallel median planes of equal length symmetrical. This will make the wedge shape achieved that the two are at right angles to each other forming side surfaces of different lengths are, the in the installed state of the wedge shorter side surface points radially outwards.
- the circular paving 1 shown in plan view in FIG. 1 has the shape of a circular ring, but is in Reality is a polygon approximated to a circular ring with a plurality of corners shown at 3. It is obvious that this polygon hardly differs from distinguishes a real circle or annulus, so that here is always spoken of a circular pavement when this also does not have the shape of a real circle.
- the circular pavement is set in this embodiment composed of twelve concentric circular rings 20, which also have no real circular shape and each Have a polygonal character.
- the circular pavement 1 is constructed so that it is along a Variety of from the center of the circle to the Circumference of the circular chords running at equal intervals, d. H. leading from the center to the polygon corners Lines, each of a variety of radially stacked has hexagonal wedge stones 4. The exact form this key will be discussed below "Hexagonal" means here in the top view hexagonal.
- Figure 2 shows on an enlarged scale the arrangement of the Wedges 4 and rectangular stones 5.
- the angle at the outer polygon corners can be varied become. Is the angle between the side surfaces 8 and 9 exactly 180 °, the above No longer apply patches. The smaller the angle the more pointed the polygon corners become.
- Figure 4 shows a plan view of a wedge 6 in an enlarged view Representation formed as a composite stone is.
- the basic shape of the stone corresponds to that of the stone of figure 3.
- the stone points to the Side surfaces spacers 12 on that with spacers of neighboring stones work together to target one Interlocking between adjacent stones and thus one Achieve bond effect.
- FIG. 5 shows an enlarged top view of an eco composite stone, its basic form also with that of Figure 3 matches.
- This stone also instructs its side surfaces on composite sections 13, which with Interlock sections of adjacent stones, see above that a plaster is created that can take heavy loads can. Since with the patch described here no This causes the joints to diverge Patches particularly good for such composite stones, because on this shows the interlocking of neighboring ones at every point Stones is ensured.
- the composite sections 13 are so thick that that there is a particularly wide joint through which Rainwater seeps away and can be planted with greenery.
