Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen, Befüllen und Verschließen einseitig offener, vorzugsweise mit Seitenfalten versehener Säcke aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einer ersten Schweiß- und Trennstation zur Bildung des Sackes mit Bodennaht, einer Füllstation und einer zweiten Schweißstation zum Verschließen des Sackes und mit einem ersten Greiferzangenpaar als Transportgreiferzangenpaar zur Übernahme des Sackes an der ersten Schweißstation, einem zweiten ortsfest an der Füllstation angeordneten Greiferzangenpaar und einem dritten Greiferzangenpaar als Transportgreiferzangenpaar, das den Sack von der Füllstation aus zur zweiten Schweißstation transportiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein viertes Greiferzangenpaar (56) als Transportgreiferzangenpaar vorgesehen ist, das den Sack (58) unter Zwischenschaltung eines stationären Greiferzangenpaares (57) vom ersten Transportgreiferzangenpaar (44) übernimmt und an das ortsfest an der Füllstation (60) angeordnete Greiferzangenpaar (76) übergibt, wobei das vierte Greiferzangenpaar (56) eine Abgabeposition zur Abgabe des Sackes an das ortsfest an der Füllstation angeordnete Greiferzangenpaar einnimmt, die in einer Ebene liegt, die um einen Abstand (x) höher angeordnet ist, als seine Übernahmeposition (54) für den Sack (58). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ortsfest an der Füllstation angeordnete Greiferzangenpaar (76) aus einem feststehenden senkrecht ausgerichteten Greiferzangenpaar (102) und einem mit diesem zusammenwirkenden ausschwenkbaren Greiferzangenpaar (104) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Greiferzangenpaar (44) und das dritte Greiferzangenpaar (80) starr an einer Koppel (40) angeordnet sind, die zusammen mit gestellfest gelagerten Lenkern (36, 38) ein Vier-Gelenk-System bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus der Koppel (40) und den gesteilfest schwenkbar gelagerten Lenkern (36, 38) gebildete Vier-Gelenk-System über eine Kurbelstange (46) mit einer motorisch angetriebenen Kurbel (50) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vierte Greiferzangenpaar (56) von zwei Hebeln (62, 64) getragen ist, die beide an einer Schubstange (66) angelenkt sind und mit ihren Anlenkpunkten an der Schubstange (66) und den Greifern ein Vier-Gelenk-System bilden, wobei einer der Hebel (64) ein zweiarmiger Hebel ist, dessen oberer Hebelarm (68) gestellfest gelagert ist und wobei die Schubstange (66) an einem weiteren zweiarmigen gesteilfest gelagerten Hebel (70) angelenkt ist, dessen oberer Hebelarm von einer Zugfeder (72) belastet ist, während am unteren Hebelarm eine Nockenrolle (74) angeordnet ist, die an einer Kurvenscheibe abläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenscheibe auf der Kurbel (50) derart ausgebildet ist, daß das Greiferzangenpaar (56) den entsprechend erfaßten Sackabschnitt (58) bezogen auf das erste Greiferzangenpaar (44) bzw. das dritte Greiferzangenpaar (80) voreilend zur Füllstation (60) und zu dem dort angeordneten Greiferzangenpaar (76) transportiert.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen, Befüllen und Verschließen einseitig offener, vorzugsweise mit Seitenfalten versehener Säcke aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einer ersten Schweiß- und Trennstation zur Bildung des Sackes mit Bodennaht, einer Füllstation und einer zweiten Schweißstation zum Verschließen des Sackes und mit einem ersten Greiferzangenpaar als Transportgreiferzangenpaar zur Übernahme des Sackes an der ersten Schweißstation, einem zweiten ortsfest an der Füllstation angeordneten Greiferzangenpaar und einem dritten Greiferzangenpaar als Transportgreiferzangenpaar, das den Sack von der Füllstation aus zur zweiten Schweißstation transportiert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Greiferzangenpaar (80) zum Transport des Sackes (58) zur Schweißstation (82) eine Abgabeposition zur Abgabe des gefüllten Sackes (58) an das ortsfest an der Schweißstation (82) angeordnete Greiferzangenpaar einnimmt, die in einer Ebene liegt, die in einem Abstand (x) niedriger angeordnet ist als die Übernahmeposition für den Sack (58) in der Füllstation (60).
