Abstract
Description
Das verschmutzte Reinigungstuch kann seinen Schmutz nicht mehr an den Greifern oder den Kanten der Gruben abstreifen, in welchen die Greifer schwenkbar gelagert sind. Dadurch werden die Greifer von dem Reinigungstuch nur gereinigt, jedoch nicht mehr mit Schmutz eines den Greifern vorangehenden Zylinderumfangsabschnittes verschmutzt. Auch wird vermieden, daß das Reinigungstuch Schmutz in die Gruben hineinfördert. Dies hat eine gleichbleibend gute Funktion der Greifer zur Folge, welche zum Festhalten und Freigeben von Papierbögen jeweils Schwenkbewegungen ausführen. Durch die Reduzierung einer Verschmutzung der Greifer haben diese auch eine längere Lebensdauer. Das gleiche trifft für Stifte zu, welche unter den Greifern angeordnet sind und von welchen die Greifern wegschwenkbar sind, damit die Stifte das betreffende Ende eines Papierbogens vom Zylinder wegdrücken können, damit das Papierbogenende auf einen Abscherkamm auflaufen und dadurch vom Zylinder abgeführt werden kann.

Claims (5)
- Druckmaschinen-Reinigungsvorrichtung zum Reinigen der Umfangsfläche eines rotierenden Zylinders (10), welcher an mindestens zwei um seinen Umfang verteilten Stellen Anordnungen von Greifern (12) zum Greifen eines Druckbogens hat, enthaltend ein Andrückelement (20), durch welches während eines Reinigungsbetriebes ein sich über dieses Andrückelement erstreckender Tuchabschnitt (22) eines Reinigungstuches wechselweise an die Umfangsfläche des Zylinders anstellbar und wieder abstellbar ist, wobei das Reinigungstuch in der angestellten Position die Umfangsfläche kontaktiert und in der abgestellten Position, in welcher es die Umfangsfläche nicht kontaktiert, um einen vorbestimmten Reinigungstuchabschnitt weitertransportierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Steuereinrichtung (30) vorgesehen ist, welche in Abhängigkeit von vorbestimmten Drehwinkelpositionen
des Zylinders während eines Reinigungsbetriebes das Anlegen und Abstellen des Andrückelementes (20) an die Zylinder-Umfangsfläche derart steuert, daß während einer ersten Reinigungsphase des Reinigungsbetriebes bei jeder Zylinderumdrehung das Andrückelement (20) an die Zylinder-Umfangsfläche angestellt ist, solange ein vorbestimmter zu reinigender erster Zylinderumfangsabschnitt (10A) an ihm vorbeiläuft, jedoch das Andrückelement (20) von der Zylinder-Umfangsfläche abgestellt ist, solange ein vorgestimmter zweiter Zylinderumfangsabschnitt (10B) an ihm vorbeiläuft, daß während einer zweiten Reinigungsphase des Reinigungsbetriebes bei jeder Zylinderumdrehung das Andrückelement (20) an die Zylinder-Umfangsfläche angestellt ist, solange der vorbestimmte zu reinigende zweite Zylinderumfangsabschnitt (10B) an ihm vorbeiläuft, jedoch das Andrückelement (20) von der Zylinder-Umfangsfläche abgestellt ist, solange der vorbestimmte erste Zylinderumfangsabschnitt (10A) an ihm vorbeiläuft, daß jeder der Umfangsabschnitte (10A,10B) des Zylinders an einer der Greiferanordnungen (12) beginnt und vor einer anderen der Greiferanordnungen (12) endet. - Druckmaschinen-Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Steuereinrichtung (30) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie das Andrückelement (20) zusammen mit dem ihn kontaktierenden Reinigungstuchabschnitt (22) bereits innerhalb des Bereiches der Greiferanordnung (12) von der abgestellten Position in die angestellte Position bewegt. - Druckmaschinen-Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Steuereinrichtung (30) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie das Andrückelement (20) zusammen mit dem ihn kontaktierenden Reinigungsttuchabschnitt (22) bereits kurz zuvor, bevor die Greiferanordnung (12) des zu reinigenden Zylinderumfangsabschnittes das Andrückelement erreicht, von der abgestellten Position in die angestellte Position bewegt. - Druckmaschinen-Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Andrückelement (20) eine durch Druckgas, insbesondere Druckluft in Richtung zur Zylinderumfangsfläche expandierbare Lippe ist. - Druckmaschinen-Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Greifer (12) an ihrem einen Ende in einer Grube (14) schwenkbar gelagert sind, und daß jeder der Zylinderumfangsabschnitte (10A,10B) vor oder bei Beginn der Grube der anderen Greiferanordnung (12) endet.
