Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and an apparatus for continuously washing a textile web according to the preamble of claim 1, and a washing device according to the preamble of claim 10.
- Such methods and devices for a continuous washing process are in the Textile finishing has long been known and in use. They serve to apply to the textile web Substances from upstream finishing processes such as Size, lye, colorants etc. wash out.
- the aim is to achieve the highest possible washing efficiency, so low in terms of equipment and consumption of fresh water or wash liquor to keep as possible.
- the passage of the washing liquor according to the invention ensures that the shaft is always up to is flooded, with a turbulent flow in the shaft due to the counterflow principle Flow adjusts.
- the washing liquor flows into the shaft without pressure and evenly on both sides of the web.
- the web becomes particularly advantageous after leaving the first shaft Way through at least a second shaft, on which the washing liquor at the top is fed into the shaft from a second overflow system in the same way.
- the level of the wash liquor in the second overflow system is above the level in the first overflow system and the washing liquor becomes the first overflow system at the lower end of the second shaft fed below its level.
- the web is at least after leaving the first shaft Drip line, which has at least the same length as the length of the Well.
- the degree of loading of the web with wash liquor can thus be greatly reduced.
- the web can at least after leaving the first and the second shaft Wrap a pair of rollers in opposite directions to wipe off the wash liquor.
- this pair of rollers can be provided with a drive. Instead of of a pair of rollers, only a simple deflection roller could also be provided.
- the web outside the shaft can at least be washed with washing liquor on one side from a nozzle arrangement. In order to it can be ensured that no major contaminants adhere to the web, when it enters the subsequent treatment stage.
- the web is preferably fed to the first shaft via a water castle whose level of liquidity lies above the lower end of the first shaft. On the one hand, this ensures that the first shaft always remains completely filled with liquid. On the other hand vapors and gases can be retained at the moated castle.
- the train can be used after leaving the first shaft or, if there are several shafts, after Leaving the last shaft through a crushing machine. In such a
- the degree of loading of the web with washing liquor can be controlled relatively precisely with a squeeze mechanism.
- a particularly advantageous combination results if the web after leaving the first shaft or in the case of several shafts after leaving the last shaft one Dipping compartment is fed by passing through the upper deflection rollers and lower immersion rollers several chambers filled with washing liquor is led.
- the first and g.g.f. the others Overflow systems can be used with the wash liquor, which flows through the immersion compartment in countercurrent be fed.
- the shafts obviously form a prewashing compartment with which the total distance to be covered by the train in the diving compartment can be greatly reduced.
- the purity of the wash liquor takes place both in the pre-wash compartment and in the immersion compartment always towards the direction of advance of the web.
- the prewash compartment could can of course also be combined with other washing compartments, which the Treat the web according to other principles. Use would also be conceivable, for example a drum washing machine.
- the task is achieved by a device with the Features solved in claim 10.
- the shaft or the staggered one behind the other Manholes form an air-free hydraulic system with continuous flow on both Sides of the web.
- the clear width of the shaft or the Shafts i.e. the free distance between the two shaft walls, in an area of less is designed to be adjustable by 15 mm much easier, if the shaft can also be opened at a greater distance can be.
- the shaft width can be exactly the one to be treated Adjust material web.
- One shaft wall is preferably fixed and the opposite wall Shaft wall adjustable. Adjusting screws, eccentric joints can be used as adjusting means or the like can be used. For example, in an experimental setup achieved optimal results with 6 mm.
- a prewashing compartment denoted overall by 16, has a closed housing 17, into which a textile web 1 is introduced in the direction of arrow a via a water lock 15 can. At a pair of entry rollers 18, the web is in the correct insertion position brought.
- first shaft 2 and a second shaft 6 are arranged inside the housing and immediately after the water castle.
- the shaft walls are plane-parallel formed to each other and enclose the web 1 relatively closely.
- a first overflow system 5 or a second overflow system 9 is arranged at the top 3 of the first shaft or at the upper end 7 of the second shaft.
- the first overflow system 5 consists of a relatively flat overflow trough 19 on one Side of the shaft and a larger overflow pan 20 on the other side of the shaft.
- the overflow trough 20 is designed as an immersion trough in which an immersion roller 29 is arranged is.
- the second overflow system 9 consists of a flat overflow trough 21 and a larger overflow pan 22. While the flat overflow pan 21 is approximately the same is like the overflow trough 19 of the first overflow system, the larger trough 22 narrower than the overflow trough 20 because it does not have to accommodate an immersion roller.
- the two overflow systems each have a liquid level N1 and N2.
- the lower end 8 of the second shaft is below the level N1 of the first overflow system 5 or below the upper one End 3 of the first shaft 2.
- the lower end 4 of the first lies in the same way Shaft 2 below the liquid level NA of the moated castle 15.
- the entire liquid system of the washing liquor 10 is in the direction of arrow b via a liquor supply line 23 fed.
- 25 washing liquor from the liquor supply line is also pumped 23 removed and via a pressure line 26 and a valve 27 of a nozzle arrangement 36 fed.
- the wash liquor flowing along the track feeds the two overflow systems in this way.
- the overflow troughs on both sides of the web are each via a line interconnected, so that according to the principle of communicating tubes in both Tubs always set the same level.
- the washing liquor is discharged at the deepest Place, so at the moated castle 15 via a gutter 24. Maintaining a sufficient Flow is of course also possible in other ways.
- the washing liquor can also be fed directly to the second overflow system 9.
- the textile web 1 is stretched across the entire device and in the area of the two shafts so that they pass through the shafts without contact.
- roller pairs 12 and 13 are arranged above the two shafts, which at the same time serve to wipe off entrained wash liquor.
- the pairs of rollers become opposite entwined.
- the shafts arrange individual rollers.
- the web is between an immersion roller 28 and the first pair of rollers 12 out.
- the pair of rollers 12 is arranged so that a free draining section 11 remains, the length of which is at least the same size, but preferably greater is than the length of the shaft.
- the textile web emerges from the prewashing compartment 16 at a housing opening 36.
- the prewash compartment is designed to be directly connected to another system to be coupled.
- the textile web could also at the exit are passed over a water lock to seal off the steam atmosphere inside.
- the arrangement of a squeeze mechanism would also be at the exit particularly advantageous in order to be able to control the degree of loading of the web with washing liquor.
- FIG. 2 shows the prewashing compartment 16 according to FIG. 1 in a direct structural connection with a conventional diving compartment 30.
- the textile is in the diving compartment Web 1 over upper deflection rollers 31 and lower immersion rollers 32, each in double loops guided.
- the lower deflection rollers are each arranged in individual chambers 33, which are washed through in countercurrent.
- Squeeze rollers 34 may be provided on the upper guide rollers 31 .
- the washing liquor from the immersion compartment 30 becomes the prewash compartment via a connecting line 35 16 supplied and is therefore already partially loaded with dirt or chemicals. However, this is completely sufficient for the intensive washing effect sought in the prewashing compartment 16.
- FIG. 3 again illustrates the mode of operation of the washing process according to the invention.
- washing liquor 10 on both sides of the textile web 1 into the shaft 6 and the countercurrent principle forms a turbulent one indicated by the arrows Current, which leads to a rapid penetration of the textile web.
- About the individual Liquid levels are at atmospheric pressure and the flow rate becomes unique determined by the amount of wash liquor supplied.
- the length of a single manhole and its clear width depend on the individual case. However, the minimum length is preferably about 250 mm
- FIG. 4 shows a device which operates essentially on the same principle as that according to Figure 1, but which has only a single shaft.
- the feed of the material web 1 takes place in the direction of arrow a via a simple entry roller 40, which directly feeds the web redirected to moated castle 15.
- the overflow system 5 here consists of a large overflow trough 37 and a small overflow trough 38. The latter is directly in the movable shaft wall 41 integrated. This shaft wall can be pivoted away in the direction of arrow c at an eccentric joint 39 become.
- the washing liquor is supplied via the liquor supply line 23 directly into the large overflow trough 37. Via a connection line, not shown, the connection to small overflow pan 38 guaranteed.
- the wash liquor flows directly into shaft 2 Water castle 15 and from there into the drainage channel 24.
