Description
Beim Stand der Technik werden die Splitterkörper durch die Detonationsschwaden stark erodiert und teilweise werden Kugeln zu einer platten Form gestaucht.
Vorteilhaft entfällt bei der Gußausführung ein sprengstoffseitiges Blech, das bei der Metallpulverbettung erforderlich ist.

Nach Zündung der Sprengladung 5 durch die Zündeinrichtung 3 mit der Verstärkungsladung 4 wird anfangs, also während des maximalen Schwadendrucks, die Splittereinheit 6 als Ganzes aus der gezeichneten Position beschleunigt.
Maßgebend ist, daß das Metallpulver 13 bzw. der Gußwerkstoff 23 eine möglichst große Dichte aufweist.
Claims (11)
- Gefechtskopf (1) mit Splitterwirkung, bei dem in einem Gehäuse (2) eine Sprengladung (5) und eine Splittereinheit (6), bestehend aus wenigstens einer Lage Schwermetall-Splitter (10) angeordnet sind, wobei die Schwermetall-Splitter (10) an einem zielseitigen, verformbaren Blech (12) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die sprengstoffseitigen Hohlräume (14) zwischen den Splittern (10) mit einem metallischen Gußwerkstoff (23) oder einem feinkörnigen Metallpulver (13) gefüllt sind. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gußwerkstoff aus Zink, Aluminium, Lote oder einem anderen geeigneten Werkstoff besteht. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das Metallpulver ein spezifisches Gewicht von 7 g/cm3 bis 18 g/cm3 aufweist und
aus Schwermetall, wie Wolfram besteht. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwermetall-Splitter (10) und das Metallpulver (13) aus dem selben Werkstoff bestehen. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwermetall-Splitter als Kugeln (10) ausgebildet sind. - Gefechtskopf nach einem der,vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Metallpulver (13) nahezu vollständig eingebetteten Kugeln (10) an zwei Blechen (11, 12) etwa punktförmig anliegen,
die Kugeln einander punktförmig (18) berühren, und
die Kugeln (10) am zielseitigen Blech (12) eine Punktberührung (17) aufweisen. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlräume (14) zwischen den Blechen (11, 12) und den Kugeln (10) mit dem Metallpulver (13) gefüllt sind und
das Metallpulver (13) in der Form von Pulverkegeln (15) mit etwa ebener Stirnfläche (16) vorliegt. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bleche (11, 12) aus einem weichen, plastisch gut verformbaren Werkstoff, wie Aluminium, Kupfer bestehen. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallpulver (13) eine Körnung im Bereich von 3 bis 50 µm aufweist. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Splittereinheit (6) konkav ausgebildet ist. - Gefechtskopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Gußwerkstoff (23) nahezu vollständig eingebetteten Kugeln (10) untereinander und am zielseitigen Blech (12) Punktberührungen (17, 18) aufweisen.
