- la figure 1 représente une vue éclatée d'un mode de réalisation du dispositif de mélange selon l'invention ; et
- les figures 2A-2C représentent les différentes étapes de la réalisation d'un mélange au moyen du dispositif représenté à la figure 1.
Claims (14)
- Dispositif (1) pour le mélange extemporané d'au moins deux produits (P, L) et pour la distribution du mélange via au moins un orifice de distribution (7), ledit dispositif (1) comportant un premier récipient (2) contenant un premier produit (L), et un second récipient (40) contenant un second produit (P), lesdits premier et second récipients (2, 40) étant séparés de manière étanche par un obturateur amovible (20), ledit dispositif (1) comprenant un doigt flexible (41), couplé à un organe de manoeuvre (30), et apte, en réponse à un actionnement dudit organe de manoeuvre (30), à venir en engagement avec ledit obturateur (20) et à fléchir élastiquement jusqu'à être en position de butée contre une butée (23) portée par ledit obturateur (20), ledit doigt flexible (41) formant dans ladite position de butée, un arc-boutant apte à provoquer l'expulsion de l'obturateur (20), afin de permettre le mélange desdits premier (L) et second (P) produits.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit doigt flexible (41) est mis en engagement avec ledit obturateur (20) dans une zone située entre un bord d'accrochage périphérique (22) de l'obturateur (20) sur le dispositif, et une bordure annulaire (23) formant ladite butée, ladite bordure annulaire (23) étant concentrique avec ledit bord périphérique (22).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le doigt flexible (41) est mis en engagement avec l'obturateur (20) selon un mouvement rotatif à composante axiale en direction de l'obturateur (20), notamment hélicoïdal.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que l'obturateur (20) présente un profil concave, notamment conique, apte à favoriser le fléchissement du doigt (41) en direction de la butée (23).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :a) un premier récipient (2) contenant le premier produit (L), et comportant une première ouverture (4) destinée à être mise en communication avec ledit orifice de distribution (7), et une seconde ouverture (9) ;b) un élément intermédiaire (13) monté fixement sur la seconde ouverture (9) dudit premier récipient (2), ledit élément intermédiaire (13) comprenant une première jupe (14), sur un bord libre (16) de laquelle est montée ledit obturateur (20), ladite première jupe (14) délimitant en partie ledit second récipient (40); etc) un organe de manoeuvre (30) dont une paroi (33) forme un fond mobile pour ledit second récipient (40), ladite paroi (33) portant ledit doigt flexible (41) dont une extrémité libre (42) est destinée à être mise en engagement avec ledit obturateur (20), ledit organe de manoeuvre (30) comportant des moyens de couplage (27, 28) montés en engagement sur au moins une rampe (26), notamment hélicoïdale formée par l'élément intermédiaire (13), de manière à, en réponse à une rotation de l'organe de manoeuvre (30) par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire (13), entraíner le doigt flexible (41) en direction de l'obturateur (20) pour en provoquer l'expulsion, et le déplacement axial du fond mobile (33) à l'intérieur de ladite première jupe (14) , de sorte que le mélange réalisé soit contenu sensiblement à l'intérieur du premier récipient (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'obturateur (20) est monté à force à l'intérieur du bord libre (16) de ladite première jupe (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) rampe(s) (26) formée(s) par l'élément intermédiaire (13) est (sont) formée(s) par une seconde jupe (12), concentrique avec la première (14), et de diamètre intérieur supérieur au diamètre extérieur de la première jupe (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7 caractérisé en ce que lesdites première (14) et seconde (12) jupes définissent une gorge annulaire (29) apte à recevoir le bord libre d'un col (8) formé par le premier récipient (2), délimitant ladite seconde ouverture (9), et à permettre l'accrochage de l'élément intermédiaire (13) sur le premier récipient (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8 caractérisé en ce que ledit doigt flexible (41) est constitué d'une portion de jupe située au voisinage d'un bord périphérique de la paroi formant ledit fond mobile (33).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le doigt flexible (41) s'étend sur une hauteur axiale sensiblement égale à la hauteur axiale de ladite première jupe (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10 caractérisé en ce que ladite portion de jupe s'étend sur un secteur angulaire compris entre 20° et 90°, et de préférence, entre 45° et 70°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 11 caractérisé en ce que l'expulsion de l'obturateur (20) est obtenue après une rotation d'un angle inférieur à 360° de l'organe de manoeuvre (30) par rapport l'élément intermédiaire (13), et de préférence, comprise entre 90° et 180°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 12 caractérisé en ce qu'une pompe (5) est montée dans ladite première ouverture (4) de manière à permettre la distribution du mélange sous pression au travers dudit orifice de distribution (7).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour la réalisation d'un mélange à action notamment cosmétique, ledit premier produit étant constitué d'un liquide (L), ledit second produit étant constitué d'une poudre (P).
