Description
Claims (10)
- Flammensperre für Gasdurchtrittsöffnungen, insbesondere als Rohr- und Detonationssicherung und zur Endsicherung von Behältern, bestehend aus in vorgegebenem Abstand zueinander angeordneten, im wesentlichen ebenen Blechstreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl separater, übereinanderliegender gerader Blechstreifen (6, 6') in ebener Konfiguration parallel zu einer die Achse der Durchtrittsöffnung (2) enthaltenden Ebene vorgesehen ist, welche Blechstreifen (6, 6') lediglich durch Ausbuchtungen (8) zumindest jedes zweiten (6') der Blechstreifen selbst in einem vorbestimmten Abstand zueinander gehalten werden, welcher der vorgeschriebenen Spaltbreite für das jeweilige Gas entspricht, wobei der Zwischenraum zwischen den Blechstreifen (6, 6') zumindest im Bereich der Durchtrittsöffnung (2) frei von anderen Bauteilen ist.
- Flammensperre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbuchtungen durch an sich bekannte, vorzugsweise geprägte Aufwölbungen (8) der Blechstreifen (6') gebildet sind.
- Flammensperre nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß allein Blechstreifen (6') mit Ausbuchtungen (8) unmittelbar aufeinanderliegend vorgesehen sind und die Ausbuchtungen unmittelbar aufeinanderliegender Blechstreifen gegeneinander versetzt sind,
- Flammensperre nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsenden der Blechstreifen (6, 6') außerhalb der Durchtrittsöffnung (2) in einem definierten Abstand zueinander fixiert gehalten sind.
- Flammensperre nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsenden der Blechstreifen (6, 6') in Metall oder Kunststoff (9) eingegossen, eingeschweißt oder eingelötet sind.
- Flammensperre nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere separate Pakete von Blechstreifen (6, 6') hintereinander angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise unmittelbar aneinandergrenzend und vorzugsweise im gleichen Gehäuse (1).
- Flammensperre nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Paket durch eine Umrahmung (7) außerhalb der Durchtrittsöffnung zu einer separat handhabbaren Patrone (4) zusammengefaßt ist.
- Flammensperre nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Paket von Blechstreifen (6, 6') einen rechteckigen, vorzugsweise quadratischen, Querschnitt aufweist (Fig. 2).
- Flammensperre nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Paket von Blechstreifen (6, 6') einen runden, vorzugsweise kreisförmigen, Querschnitt aufweist (Fig. 4).
- Flammensperre nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf zumindest einer Seite zumindest eines Paketes von Blechstreifen (6, 6') zumindest eine weitere Durchtrittswand (10) zur Änderung der Strömungscharakteristik vorgesehen ist, welche beispielsweise als Lochblech oder Drahtgeflecht ausgeführt oder vorzugsweise aus Streckmetall hergestellt ist.
