Claims (17)

  1. Verschlussvorrichtung für Schuhe, umfassend eine erste und eine zweite, wechselseitig durch die Verschlussvorrichtung zu befestigende Lasche (2), ein Eingriffselement (1), das eine erste Hauptzahnstange (3) und zumindest eine zweite Hilfszahnstange (5) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Hilfszahnstange (5) abnehmbar mit der angrenzenden ersten Hauptzahnstange (3) durch ein Verbindungselement (9) verbunden ist, das einen Einstellbereich des Verschlusses vorsieht, der bei getragenem Stiefel verändert werden kann.
  2. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Hilfszahnstange (5) aus einem Körper (6), der dieselbe Breite wie die erste Zahnstange (3) aufweist, und einem angepassten Satz von Zähnen (7) besteht.
  3. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper der zweiten Zahnstange (5) zur ersten Zahnstange (3) hin eine im wesentlichen keilförmige Nase (14) aufweist, die unter dem angrenzenden Ende der ersten Zahnstange (3) angeordnet ist.
  4. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Hilfszahnstange (5) abnehmbar mit der angrenzenden ersten Hauptzahnstange (3) durch ein Verbindungselement (9) und eine Längsnase (14), die zum Eingreifen unter dem Ende der angrenzenden ersten Hauptzahnstange eingerichtet ist, verbunden ist.
  5. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Hauptzahnstange mit einer der zu verbindenden Laschen des Schuhs durch Verwendung einer Drehachse oder Niete, die durch eine in der Lasche vorgesehene Öffnung hindurchgeht und mit welcher die zumindest eine zweite Hilfszahnstange abnehmbar verbindbar ist, verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Hilfszahnstange aus einem Körper, der dieselbe Breite wie die erste Zahnstange aufweist, und einem angepassten Satz von Zähnen besteht.
  6. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine erste Durchgangsaufhahme quer und lateral zum Körper ausgebildet ist, wobei die Enden eines Schlaufen-förmigen Verbindungselements an der ersten Aufnahme anordbar sind.
  7. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement ein flaches Ende aufweist, das gegenüber dem mit dem ersten Körper verbindbaren liegt und selektiv zwischen zwei angrenzenden Zähnen der ersten Zahnstange angeordnet sein kann.
  8. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand des Satzes von Zähnen und des Zahns identisch ist.
  9. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei getrennte und beabstandete erste Aufnahmen quer und lateral zum Körper ausgebildet sind.
  10. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement eine Schlaufen-förmige Form aufweist, welche einen ersten und zweiten Arm bildet, die unterschiedliche Längen haben, um so ihren gefalteten Enden zu gestatten, getrennt eine der im Körper gebildeten ersten Aufnahmen zu betreffen.
  11. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der ersten und zweiten Arme mit dem Körper so verbunden sind, dass sie gestaffelt sind.
  12. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Zahnstange abnehmbar mit einer angepassten zweiten Aufnahme verbindbar ist, die in einem Stützelement ausgebildet ist, das im wesentlichen eine Platte umfasst, die eine entsprechende Vertiefung an der zweiten Aufnahme hat und an Längsenden der Aufnahme zwei teilweise angehobene Flügel aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt sind, die Spitzen der einmal in der zweiten Aufnahme angeordneten, zweiten Zahnstange zu blockieren.
  13. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement eine dritte Aufnahme aufweist, die zu diesem längs ausgebildet ist und derart ist, dass sie ein Element zur Verbindung mit einer ersten Zahnstange bildet, die mittels einer eingepassten Drehachse oder Niete starr an eine angepasste Lasche des Schuhs gekoppelt ist.
  14. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gerade Ende des Verbindungselements hergestellt ist, um unter einem Ende der ersten Zahnstange hindurchzugehen und optional durch Anstoßen an der Drehachse oder Niete interagiert.
  15. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die ersten und zweiten Zahnstangen gekoppelt sind, die erste Zahnstange vollständig von der dritten Aufnahm des Stützelements vorragt, dass daran verriegelt ist, da die Länge der dritten Aufnahme gleich der Länge der ersten Zahnstange minus dem Abstand zwischen dem freien Ende der Zahnstange und der Drehachse oder Niete ist.
  16. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Hilfszahnstange vermittels einer angepassten Drehachse nahe dem Ende des Stützelements, das gegenüber dem geraden Ende liegt, drehbar verbunden ist.
  17. Verschlussvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der zweiten Hilfszahnstange, das nicht an dem Stützelement angelenkt ist, eine Längsnase aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, unter dem Ende der angrenzenden ersten Zahnstange einzugreifen, wenn das Stützelement mit der ersten Zahnstange verbunden ist.
