Abstract

A cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce que la tôle enduite d'un vernis ou d'une couche de fond, ou la carrosserie ainsi enduite, est débarrassée totalement du revêtement par traitement au jet d'eau, ou bien uniquement la couche extérieure du revêtement, ou plusieurs couches extérieures, sont complètement enlevées par traitement au jet d'eau, et en ce que le traitement au jet d'eau s'effectue sous haute pression, d'au moins 1000 bar, de préférence entre 1500 bar jusqu'à plus de 2800 bar.

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour régénérer des tôles laquées et/ou revêtues d'une couche de fond, notamment pour régénérer des carrosseries brutes de véhicules automobiles, sachant que la tôle laquée et/ou enduite d'une couche de fond ou la carrosserie laquée et/ou enduite d'une couche de fond en est entièrement débarrassée au moyen d'un traitement au jet d'eau et que le traitement au jet d'eau est administré à une pression d'au moins 1000 bars, sachant que le dispositif est composé d'une cabine (2) dotée de parois latérales (3), d'un plafond (4) et de parois frontales (5), que les parois frontales (5) présentent des ouvertures de passage (6) pouvant être fermées, que la cabine (2) est traversée par un convoyeur longitudinal (8) situé sur le fond, sur lequel une carrosserie brute (1) à débarrasser de couches de peinture peut être transportée, laquelle peut être amenée dans la cabine (2) ou évacuée de celle-ci à travers les ouvertures de passage (6), et que la cabine présente une arrivée d'eau sous haute pression avec des buses dont le jet est dirigé sur la surface de la carrosserie brute à débarrasser de couches de peinture, caractérisé en ce que, parallèlement au convoyeur longitudinal (8), de préférence de part et d'autre de celui-ci, sont placés des rails de roulement (11) sur lesquels peuvent être déplacés des automates programmables (12) portant l'arrivée d'eau sous haute pression (13) avec les buses (14), sachant que les buses (14) balayent la surface de la carrosserie brute (1) à débarrasser de couches de peinture en formant des méandres.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond de la cabine (2) est constitué, au moins dans la zone de passage de la carrosserie brute (1), de préférence dans l'ensemble de la zone occupée par le convoyeur longitudinal (8) et les automates programmables (12), d'une grille (15) notamment en caillebotis sous laquelle est placé un bac de récupération d'eau et de particules (16) avec un séparateur de particules (17) et/ou un filtre (18).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les conduites d'eau sous haute pression (13) sont alimentées par des pompes à piston plongeur (19) ou des cylindres hydrauliques analogues.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, du côté de l'entrée de la cabine (2), un convoyeur transversal (20) équipé d'un poste de levage (21) est disposé transversalement au convoyeur longitudinal (8), au moyen duquel une carrosserie brute (1) peut être acheminée vers le convoyeur longitudinal (8) et transférée sur celui-ci.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, du côté de la sortie de la cabine (2), un convoyeur transversal (22) équipé de postes de levage (23) est disposé transversalement au convoyeur longitudinal (8), au moyen duquel une carrosserie brute (1) peut être retirée du convoyeur longitudinal (8) et transférée sur le convoyeur transversal (22).
