- la figure 1 est une vue schématique, en perspective éclatée, d'un module de serrure d'ouvrant de véhicule automobile selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus, capot enlevé, du module de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne III-III de la figure 2 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle à plus grande échelle prise au niveau du collet portant le cliquet ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue schématique, en perspective, d'une traverse selon un autre mode de réalisation.
Claims (13)
- Serrure pour ouvrant de véhicule automobile, ledit ouvrant comportant un battant mobile et un élément fixe solidaire de la carrosserie du véhicule, ladite serrure comportant un pêne (5) rotatif, en forme de fourche, ladite fourche étant destinée à recevoir une gâche qui fait saillie sur l'élément fixe de l'ouvrant, le pêne (5) étant retenu en position fermée par un cliquet (4) pivotant, le pêne (5) et le cliquet (4) étant renfermés à l'intérieur d'un module, qui comporte extérieurement une platine (2) appliquée et fixée sur le chant (1) du battant mobile par des vis (10), les axes du pêne (5) et du cliquet (4) étant sensiblement perpendiculaires au chant (1) du battant mobile, la serrure comportant, en outre, une enveloppe renfermant l'ensemble de son mécanisme et coopérant avec ledit module pour assurer la commande du cliquet, le pêne (5) et le cliquet (4) étant axés chacun sur un collet (25, 24) extérieurement lisse de la platine (2), lesdits collets (25, 24) étant traversés chacun par l'une des vis (10) de fixation du module sur le chant (1) du battant mobile, caractérisée par le fait que, du côté du plan moyen du pêne (5) et du cliquet (4) où ne se trouve pas la platine (2) du module, est disposée une traverse (6, 7) qui comporte au moins deux collets (65, 64) (74, 75) taraudés intérieurement, l'entre-axe des collets (65, 64) (74, 75) de traverse (6, 7) étant égal à l'entre-axe des collets (25, 24) de platine (2) de façon que le vissage des vis (10) de fixation dans les collets (65, 64) de traverse (6) entraíne l'application de la platine (2) contre le chant (1) du battant mobile, la traverse (6) formant alors un obstacle s'opposant à un décalage du plan moyen du pêne (5) par rapport au plan moyen du cliquet (4).
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le pêne de la serrure est retenu en position fermée par un cliquet pivotant, lui-même retenu par un deuxième cliquet pivotant, axé sensiblement perpendiculairement au chant sur un troisième collet (73) extérieurement lisse de la platine et que la traverse (7) comporte un troisième collet (73) disposé de telle sorte que les entre-axes entre les collets (73, 74, 75) de la traverse (6) sont égaux à ceux de la platine, la traverse formant alors un obstacle s'opposant à un décalage des plans moyens du pêne, du cliquet et du deuxième cliquet les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Serrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le troisième collet (73) de la traverse (7) est taraudé intérieurement pour permettre l'application de la platine contre le chant au moyen de deux vis vissées dans deux des trois collets (73, 74, 75) de la traverse (7) ou au moyen de trois vis vissées dans les trois collets de la traverse.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que le pêne (5) et le(s) cliquet(s) (4) comportent chacun une ouverture traversante cylindrique (52, 42) par laquelle chacun est positionné sur la surface d'un collet de platine (25, 24).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les collets (25, 24) de la platine (2) sont lisses intérieurement et les collets (65, 64) (73, 74, 75) de la traverse (6) sont lisses extérieurement.
- Serrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que les collets (65, 64) (73, 74, 75) de la traverse (6,7) ont une surface externe cylindrique de même diamètre que la surface externe des collets (25, 24) de platine (2), chacun desdits collets de traverse venant en appui contre le collet de platine, qui lui est associé, pour que leurs surfaces cylindriques externes constituent une portée de guidage cylindrique continue coopérant avec l'ouverture traversante (52, 42) du pêne (5) ou du (des) cliquet (s) (4) respectivement.
- Serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que chacun des collets (65, 64) (73, 74, 75) de la traverse (6, 7) comporte, à son extrémité la plus éloignée de la platine (2), une collerette (65a, 64a) (73a, 74a, 75a) pour s'opposer, au voisinage de leur portée de guidage en rotation, à un déplacement du pêne (5) ou du (des) cliquet(s) (4) respectivement.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que la platine (2) du module de la serrure selon l'invention comporte des moyens de fixation pour maintenir un capot de protection (3) permettant de recouvrir le pêne (5), le(s) cliquet(s) (4) et la traverse (6, 7), le module constituant ainsi un petit boítier délimité extérieurement par le capot (3) et la platine (2).
- Serrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de fixation sont des éléments d'encliquetage (23) prévus sur des pattes (23a) de la platine (2), lesdites pattes étant dans des plans sensiblement parallèles aux axes de rotation du pêne (5) et du (des) cliquet(s) (4).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée par le fait que au niveau de chacune de ses collerettes (64a, 65a) (73a, 74a, 75a), la traverse (6, 7) comporte un alésage (66, 77), qui est coaxial à la surface intérieure filetée du collet de traverse (64, 65) (73, 74, 75) correspondant mais qui est de diamètre supérieur à celui de ladite surface intérieure, cet alésage (66, 77) recevant l'extrémité d'un bossage cylindrique (34, 35) solidaire du capot (3).
- Serrure selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que chaque bossage (34, 35) du capot (3) a une forme tubulaire, l'extrémité de la vis de fixation (10), qui coopère avec la surface intérieure filetée du collet de traverse (64, 65) (73, 74, 75) correspondant pouvant venir se loger à l'intérieur de la partie basse du bossage (34, 35).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait que la traverse (6) comporte entre ses collerettes (64a, 65a) (73a, 74a, 75a), un (des) bras de liaison (60) (70a, 70b) ayant sensiblement la même épaisseur que lesdites collerettes.
- Serrure selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que le(s) bras de liaison (60) (70a, 70b) de la traverse (6, 7) comporte une nervure de rigidification (6a) pour que la traverse (6, 7) coopère au maintien de(s) entre-axe(s) entre les axes de rotation du pêne (5) et du (des) cliquet(s) (4).
