Abstract
La présente invention concerne des molécules d'ADN codant pour une déhalogénase qui dégrade l'herbicide Dalapon et dont l'utilisation du codon convient aux espèces de céréales à petites graines. Ces molécules d'ADN peuvent être utilisées pour transformer les cellules végétales d'une espèce de céréale à petites graines et régénérer des céréales à petites graines résistantes au Dalapon sur le terrain à partir de ces cellules végétales modifiées. Les espèces de céréales à petites graines préférées sont le blé et le riz.
