Definitions
- the invention relates to a component for thermal insulation between two Components, especially between a building (A) and a cantilever Outer part (B), consisting of one to be installed in between Insulating body that has at least shear bars that are transverse to the longitudinal extent of the insulating body run through it and at least protrude on the building side, taking the insulating body - starting from the Building side - cross diagonally from top to bottom.
- Such components allow cantilevered outer parts, in particular Balcony slabs, with the corresponding false ceiling of a building to connect, the usual thermal bridges as far as possible be eliminated by the intermediate insulating body.
- you put are becoming increasingly popular in practice and are now popular numerous embodiments are known.
- the insulators are next to it the shear bars mentioned generally also with tension bars and pressure rods so that the cantilevered outer part does not have any more Support is needed. However, if the outer part is supported at its end the tension rods can be dispensed with. On the other hand, they are Push rods in both cases necessary to compress the To prevent insulating body.
- the above-mentioned components are intended to this effect be improved in that they are characterized by a more universal force absorption award.
- This object is achieved in that - based on the horizontal installation of the component - at least some of the shear bars when crossing the insulating body from the vertical plane run out in such a way that the ends emerging from the insulating body of the shear bar not only vertically but also horizontally against each other are offset.
- the shear bars therefore run opposite each other in the area of the insulating body slightly inclined on the vertical plane and can therefore not only but depending on their angle of inclination to the vertical plane also absorb forces in the horizontal direction, parallel to the insulating body.
- Such forces transverse to the longitudinal direction of the bar can Earthquake loads occur on the projecting outer part.
- Farther Investigations by the applicant have shown that, above all, for connections horizontal stabilizing forces occur from steel beams.
- All of these forces have so far been subjected to bending stress taken up by the reinforcing bars. Because of this strain can the cross-sectional areas of the Reinforcing bars are not used optimally.
- the design of the transverse force bars allows a much more stable fixation of the outer part and the previous one Bending stress on the reinforcing bars, which is common a recurring bending load is not applicable.
- the Reinforcing bars are therefore only subject to a normal load, so that the cross-sectional area of the penetrating the insulating body Bars can be reduced to a minimum.
- the inclination of the shear bars relative to the vertical plane depends on how said, depending on the expected transverse forces. Investigations by the applicant have shown that an inclination of 3 ° to 35 ° is sufficient is preferable, with an angle between about 10 ° to about 25 ° is.
- a particularly expedient development of the invention consists in those shear bars that are tilted according to the invention, to be arranged in pairs in mirror image, i.e. opposite to each other. In this way, those that occur under vertical loading are compensated for horizontal reaction forces, i.e. that the connected Components experience no resulting horizontal stress.
- Another advantageous development of the invention is that Select the inclination of the shear bars so that they are from the building side approach each other towards the projecting outer part. Thereby the lateral force rods on the outer part side only a maximum of about 5 cm in particular about 2 cm to about 4 cm apart, especially then It is advantageous if, instead of an outer part made of reinforced concrete, a wooden or steel structure to be connected to the building, because the connection is then only local, quasi punctiform, and not extensive like a concrete balcony slab.
- connection of the shear rod ends to the mounting plate is done preferably such that the transverse force bars are inclined on the mounting plate meet, i.e. that the shear bars at their outer part end do not need to be bent back into the horizontal plane.
- she can either go through the mounting plate and with it screwed or welded or the mounting plate has molded on oblique stumps, with the obliquely arriving shear bars correspond and butt welded at the joint become.
- shear bars can also be used with a fastening device be connected in the form of an angle or in another form.
- a fastening device be connected in the form of an angle or in another form.
- transition from the course inclined to the vertical plane of the transverse force rod in the horizontal course, at least on the building side, to be implemented on the outside in numerous applications is advantageously carried out via an arc, in particular a circular arc, it is particularly cheap to have this bow for the same Transition from the inclined course of the Use shear force in the horizontal plane. You come through it for both inclinations with the same arch.
- a further development of the invention consists in projecting Ends of the shear bars with at least one parallel and spaced in operative connection to the transverse distributor rod which runs bring to. This can be done in such a way that the force rod ends with the transverse distributor rod are welded or bridled or that the Cross distribution bar in the immediate vicinity of the ends of the shear bars is moved so that the desired active connection via the Concrete composite is generated.
- the component shown in Figures 1 to 3 consists of a elongated, rectangular insulating body 1 with in its upper region a plurality of tension rods 2 and in its lower area with the same Number of pressure rods 3 is equipped. While the tension rods 2 themselves far into the two adjacent concrete components, i.e. into the one indicated with A.
- the insulating body 1 is equipped with a plurality of shear bars 4, from the building side A at about the height of the tension rods in the insulating body enter, run diagonally downwards inside the insulator and emerge from the insulating body at about the height of the pressure rods 3 and into the projecting component continues to run.
- shear bars 4 are not only this usual Have an offset from top to bottom, but also one Offset from the vertical plane. You can see that compared to the vertical plane inclined course of the transverse force rods 4 in FIGS. 1 and 3.
- the angle at which the shear bars are inclined relative to the vertical plane are about 20 ° in the exemplary embodiment.
- shear bars are the same Inclination are grouped in groups, they can also alternate successive.
- the latter design is recommended when the probation elements are concentrated on the outside as much as possible should be around them with a common fastening device connect to.
- Such a design is shown in Figures 4 and 5.
- the insulating body 1 is cuboid here and much shorter than that previously written component. It is Figure 4 for reasons of clarity only indicated by a few dash-dotted lines.
- the pressure rods 3 open out and the transverse bars 4 after crossing the insulating body in one common fastening device 5, which is plate-like and on its outer side 5a facing away from the insulating body 1, a flat vertical Has contact surface for connecting the projecting outer part.
- a connecting plate 9 the preferably adjustable to be mounted on the fastening device 5 can.
- the fastening device 5 is supported by adjustable stop nuts 6 on the pressure rods 3 assigned to it. By advance or turning back the nuts 6 on the pressure rods 3 in this area have a thread, the position as well as the Adjust the angular orientation of the fastening device 5.
- the fastening device 5 could also be adjustable be connected to the tension rods 2.
- the Tension rods 2, however, up to the connecting plate 9, the position of which in the pull area also by the nuts arranged on the pull rods 6 ', which of course is also on the rear part of the connection plate 9 must be located is adjustable.
- the connecting plate 9 only on the on the tension rods 2 arranged nuts 6 'can be adjusted. Then they need to the pressure rods arranged nuts 6 are no longer accessible from the outside to be but can be fully enclosed by the insulating body 1. Moreover In this case, the pressure rods can also be omitted directly the nuts 6 are welded to the fastening device 5. In both cases, the insulating body 1 can reach the fastening device 5 protrude and stretch vertically upwards from there; you then get in upper area of the fastening device 5 automatically a gap, to be able to turn the nuts 6 '.
- the fastening device 5 can also be connected can be dispensed with the pressure rods 3, for example by the outer part, in the exemplary embodiment, therefore, its connecting plate 9 directly on the pressure rods 3 supports.
- the fastening device 5 On its top is the fastening device 5 with a horizontal one Support surface 5c provided, on which a mounted on the connecting plate 9 Projection 9a can be placed.
- the through openings in the connection plate 9 for to design the reinforcement bars as elongated holes You get one optimal adjustability of the projecting outer part, and not only horizontally and vertically, but also in terms of inclination.
- the transverse force bars 4 are, as is particularly clear from FIG. 5, arranged in such a way that that it extends from the building side to the projecting outer part towards each other. However, they are no longer at their lower ends bent back into the horizontal, but run diagonally on the Fastening device 5 to. So still a manufacturing technology and statically optimal weld connection can be generated, the fastening device 5 two stumps 5b running diagonally upwards, the are shaped and positioned so that they are slanted with the ends of the below transverse shear bars 4 correspond so that the two sides Join the butt surfaces flush and weld them there can, especially by flash butt welding. These stumps can be generated in that the fastening device 5 a Drop forging is local or by being on the opposite side of the dies is compressed, with the upsetting tools acting obliquely.
