Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Einhüllen von einem Hohlfadenbündel in eine das Hohlfadenbündel umhüllende Folienröhre, wobei eine Folienbahn um das Hohlfadenbündel zur Ausbildung der Folienröhre geschlagen, auf Länge abgetrennt und mit sich selbst verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienbahn derart um das Hohlfadenbündel gelegt wird, dass die Folienbahn aufeinander folgend einen ersten, zweiten und dritten Abschnitt aufweist, wobei das Hohlfadenbündel vom zweiten Abschnitt umhüllt ist, und der erste und dritte Abschnitt aufeinander gelegt sind und vom Hohlfadenbündel weg weisen, dass der erste und der dritte Abschnitt in der Nähe des Hohlfadenbündels miteinander zu einem Verbund verbunden und vom Hohlfadenbündel aus gesehen im oder hinter dem Verbund abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Folienbahn ausgebreitet wird, in die Folienbahn eine Kuhle zur Bildung des zweiten Abschnitts geformt wird, in die Kuhle ein Hohlfadenbündel gelegt wird, die Kuhle zu einer Röhre geformt wird, welche das Hohlfadenbündel enthält, wodurch die Röhre den zweiten Abschnitt der Folienbahn bildet, und dass der erste mit dem dritten Abschnitt verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienbahn auf einem zweigeteilten Tisch mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Tischplatte ausgebreitet wird, die erste und/oder die zweite Tischplatte auf einen Abstand zueinander gebracht werden, so dass ein Spalt gebildet wird, welcher mindestens gleich groß oder größer als der Durchmesser des zu umhüllenden Bündels ist, und dass die Kuhle durch Einführen der Folie in den Spalt bis zu einer Tiefe, die mindestens gleich groß oder größer als der Durchmesser des zu umhüllenden Bündels ist, gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung der Röhre die erste und/oder zweite Tischplatte aufeinander zu bewegt werden, um einen Spalt zu bilden, welcher größer als die doppelte Dicke der Folie aber kleiner als der Durchmesser des Bündels ist, wonach der erste und/oder dritte Folienabschnitt um eine solche Strecke vom Spalt weggeführt wird, bis der die Kuhle bildenden zweite Abschnitt das Hohlfadenbündel locker umhüllt und zur Röhre ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Hilfe einer an den dem Spalt zuweisenden Tischkanten der ersten und zweiten Tischplatte angeordneten Verbindungseinrichtung der Verbund zwischen erstem und drittem Folienabschnitt hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Herstellung des Verbunds der erste und der dritte Abschnitt miteinander verschweißt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und dritte Abschnitt beim Verschweißen abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verschweißen und Abtrennen gleichzeitig durchgeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit einer Tischplatte, einer Zuführung für eine Folienbahn, einer Einrichtung zur Verbindung der Folienbahn und einer Einrichtung zum Trennen der Folienbahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zwei Tischplatten aufweist, wobei die erste und/oder zweite Tischplatte zum Verändern der Breite eines zwischen erster und zweiter Tischplatte gebildeten Spaltes aufeinander zu und voneinander weg in einer bezüglich der ersten Tischplatte ersten und/oder einer bezüglich der zweiten Tischplatte zweiten Bewegungsebene bewegbar angeordnet sind, und die zweite Tischplatte der Einrichtung zum Zuführen der Folienbahn benachbart angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der ersten und zweiten Tischplatte ein auf einer Ebene bewegbarer Stempel zur Ausbildung der Kuhle angeordnet ist, welche Ebene einen Winkel zwischen 90° und 60° zur ersten und/oder zweiten Bewegungsebene aufweist und zumindest in etwa mittig durch den von der ersten und zweiten Tischplatte gebildeten Spalt verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführung für die Folienbahn einen Schrittmotor umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Tischplatte eine Einrichtung zum Halten der Folienbahn aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zur Verbindung der Folienbahn eine Schweißvorrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißvorrichtung auch Einrichtung zum Trennen der Folienbahn ist.
