Claims (9)
- Bodenlamelle eines Farbkastens für eine Druckmaschine, deren Kante dazu bestimmt ist, eine bestimmte Farbdicke auf einer Duktorwalze (6) aufrechtzuerhalten, wobei die erwähnte Lamelle in mehrere aneinandergrenzende und verschiebbare Abschnitte (11) unterteilt ist, um den Abstand der Lamellenkante (12) vom Umfang der Duktorwalze (6) zu variieren, und wobei die erwähnten Abschnitte (11) in der Ebene der Lamelle parallel zueinander verschoben werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnte Kante der Abschnitte (11) eine Verstärkung aufweist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnte Verstärkung durch Anfügen eines Stücks (12) aus hartem Material gebildet ist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einstellen des Abstands durch Entfernen der Kante des Abschnitts (11) vom Umfang der Duktorwalze (6) erfolgt.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung des Abschnitts (11) mit Hilfe eines Nockens (23) erfolgt.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Nockens (23) manuell oder durch einen Motor (21) gesteuert wird.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Rückstellfeder (17, 18) jeden Abschnitt (11) in Richtung auf die Duktorwalze (6) zurückstellt.
- Farbkasten für eine Druckmaschine mit einer Duktorwalze (6), mit einem Boden (4) in Form einer Lamelle, deren Kante sich nahe an der Durktorwalze (6) befindet, und mit zwei Seitenwänden (5) in Kontakt mit dem Boden (4) des Farbkastens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lamelle eine solche Lamelle ist, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 definiert ist.
- Farbkasten nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine Trennwand aufweist, die auf einem der erwähnten Abschnitte (11) montiert ist.
- Farbkasten nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnten Seitenwände (5) auf den äusseren Abschnitten (11) der erwähnten Lamelle montiert sind.
