Abstract

Bekannt ist eine Gargerätetür mit einem Türboden, an dem frontseitig eine Frontplatte und rückseitig eine Innenplatte gehaltert sind, wobei an der Gargerätetür rückseitig Gargutträgerhalterungen befestigt sind. Um eine stabile Befestigung der Gargutträgerhalterungen gewährleisten zu können, sind diese mittels Befestigungselementen 33 durch Öffnungen der Innenplatte 13 hindurch an dem Türboden 9 befestigt. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Gargerätetür mit mit einem Türboden, an dem frontseitig eine Frontplatte und rückseitig eine Innenplatte gehaltert sind, wobei an der Gargerätetür rückseitig Gargutträgerhalterungen befestigt sind, und ein mit einer derartigen Tür ausgestattetes Gargerät.
Eine derartige Gargerätetür ist bekannt aus der DE 197 38 507 C1, wobei eine Ofenmuffeltür eine Innenscheibe aus einem Glas oder einem glasartigem Material aufweist, an dem ein oder mehrere Gargutträgerhalterungen für Gargutträger, beispielsweise Backbleche oder Grillroste, befestigt sind.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, bei einer Gargerätetür nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 eine stabile Befestigung der Gargutträgerhalterungen zu gewährleisten.
Erfindungsgemäß ist dies bei einer derartigen Gargerätetür dadurch erreicht, daß die Gargutträgerhalterungen mittels Befestigungselementen durch Öffnungen der Innenplatte hindurch direkt an dem Türboden befestigt sind. Der Türboden ist dabei aus einem stabileren bzw. mechanisch beanspruchbarenen Material als das der Innenplatte realisiert, um die beim Einhängen und Belasten der Gargutträger gegebenenfalls auftretenden Kräfte problemlos aufnehmen zu können. Insbesondere sind als Türbodenmaterialien Metalle und ausreichend mechanisch und thermisch belastbare Kunststoffe bekannt, während ein typischerweise bei der Innenplatte verwendetes Material Glas ist. Ein weiterer erfindungsgemäßer Vorteil besteht darin, daß durch die direkte Befestigung der Gargutträgerhalterung am Türboden oder -rahmen die geometrische Zuordnung der Gargutträgerhalterungen zueinander sowie relativ zum Türboden und zu den daran befestigten weiteren Türkomponenten genauer realisierbar ist als bei einer entsprechenden Befestigung an der Innenplatte.
Um die Stabilität der Befestigung der Gargutträgerhalterung weiter zu verbessern, weist der Türboden eine Versteifungsplatte auf, an der die Gargutträgerhalterung zusätzlich befestigt ist.
Vorteilhafterweise ist zwischen der Innenplatte und der Gargutträgerhalterung einerseits und dem Türboden andererseits jeweils ein elastisches Abstandselement gehaltert. Dadurch sind insbesondere die bruchempfindlichen Glasbohrungen der Innenplatte beidseitig elastisch abgedeckt und geschützt.
Zur Vereinfachung des Türaufbaus haltern die Befestigungselemente eine zwischen der Frontplatte und der Innenplatte zusätzlich vorgesehene Zwischenplatte am Türboden. Diese Zusatzhalterungsfunktion kann besonders sicher sowie fertigungs- und montagefreundlich dadurch realisiert werden, daß die Befestigungselemente zumindest eine Klemmleiste am Türboden befestigen, die die Zwischenplatte am Türboden haltert.
Nachfolgend ist anhand schematischer Darstellungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Backofens bzw. der Backofentür beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Ein Backofen weist gemäß Fig. 1 eine quaderförmige frontseitig offene Backofenmuffel 1 auf mit einem deren Beschickungsöffnung umziehenden Muffelflansch 3. Eine am Muffelflansch 3 gehalterte rahmenförmige Backofendichtung 5 umzieht die Beschickungsöffnung. Diese ist mittels einer als Backwagen ausgebildeten und in an sich bekannter Weise verschiebbar geführten Backofentür 7 im wesentlichen dicht verschließbar. Die Backofentür 7 weist einen metallischen stabilen Türrahmen oder -boden 9 auf (Fig. 1, 2), der frontseitig durch eine in Teilbereichen transparente Glas-Frontplatte 11 vollständig abgedeckt ist. Weiterhin ist an dem Türrahmen 9, wie nachfolgend näher erläutert ist, eine zweischeibige Innenscheibe 13 aus gehärtetem Glas gehaltert, die an ihrer der Beschickungsöffnung zugewandten Innenseite mit einer wärmereflektierenden Metalloxidschicht versehen sein kann. Der Türrahmen 9 ist ebenso rückseitig durch die Innenscheibe 13 im wesentlichen vollständig abgedeckt (Fig. 1). Dabei erstreckt sich die Innenscheibe 13 über die gesamte Beschickungsöffnung der Backofenmuffel 1 und liegt insbesondere im wesentlichen dicht an der rahmenförmigen Backofendichtung 5 an. An der Rückseite der Ofentür 7 sind parallel zueinander zwei an sich bekannte metallische Hakenschienen zum Einhängen von Gargutträgern, wie beispielsweise Backblechen, gehaltert, wie nachfolgend anhand von Fig. 3 näher erläutert ist. Am oberen Endabschnitt des Türrahmens 9 ist an diesem ein leistenförmiges sich über die gesamte Breite der Backofenmuffel 1 bzw. der Backofentür 7 erstreckendes Türgriffteil 15 aus temperaturbeständigem Kunststoff befestigt. Durch geeignete Öffnungen der Frontplatte 11 ist ein frontseitig gehalterter bügelförmiger Türgriff 17 mit Schrauben an dem Türgriffteil 15 befestigt. Die Backofentür 7 weist also frontseitig mit Ausnahme des Türgriffes 17 eine völlig unterbrechungsfreie bzw. spalt- und stoßkantenfreie Kontur auf. Entsprechend ist auch die Rück- bzw. Innenseite der Backofentür 7 gestaltet, wobei lediglich eine geringe Stoßkante oder ein geringer Spalt im Bereich zwischen der Innenscheibe 13 und der Rückseite des Türgriffteiles 15 vorhanden ist. Ansonsten ist die Innenscheibe 13 für einen Betrachter unsichtbar und ohne die Innenseite der Innenscheibe 13 übergreifende Leisten oder Rahmenelemente an dem Türrahmen 9 gehaltert.
Gemäß Fig. 2 sind zwei Befestigungsprofile 21 an den Türrahmen 9 geschweißt zur Aufnahme und Halterung von nicht näher gezeigten Schiebezügen des Backwagens 7. Etwa im Zentralbereich besitzt der Türrahmen 9 eine Sichtfensteröffnung 23, in dem eine Sichtfensterscheibe 25 gehaltert ist. Dazu sind zwei Profilteile 27 an den Türrahmen 9 geschraubt (Fig. 2, 3), die mittels eines abgewinkelten Haltebereichs die Sichtfensterscheibe 25 randseitig übergreifen und diese an den Türrahmen 9 ziehen und halten. Sowohl die Frontplatte 11 als auch die Innenscheibe 13 sind im Bereich der Sichtfensterscheibe 25 transparent ausgebildet. Über verschiedene Bereiche des Türrahmens 9 verteilt weist dieser Schraubenöffnungen 29 auf (Fig. 2). Diese befinden sich innerhalb eines mit einer unterbrochenen Linie angedeuteten rahmenförmig begrenzten Bereiches einer zwischen dem Türrahmen 9 und der in Fig. 2 nicht sichtbaren Innenscheibe 13 gehalterten Türinnendichtung 31 (Fig. 3).
Zum räumlichen Spannen bzw. schalenförmigen Wölben der Türinnenscheibe 13 sind an der dem Türrahmen 9 zugewandten Seite der Innenscheibe 13 an den den Positionen der Schraubenöffnungen 29 des Türrahmens 9 entsprechenden Stellen Befestigungsschrauben geklebt (nicht gezeigt). Bei der Montage der Backofentür 7 wird die Innenscheibe 13 mit ihren Befestigungsschrauben in die entsprechenden Schraubenöffnungen 29 des Türrahmens 9 gesteckt. Durch das Anziehen von auf die Befestigungsschrauben montierten Muttern wird die Innenscheibe 13 gegen die Türinnendichtung 31 gezogen. Aufgrund der geeignet gewählten vertikalen Abstände a1 und horizontalen Abstände a2 zwischen den Befestigungsstellen 29 und dem jeweiligen Teilabschnitt der Türinnendichtung 31 kommt es infolge der Stärke der Dichtung 31 und deren begrenzter Kompressibilität zu einer im wesentlichen schalenförmigen Wölbung der Türinnenscheibe 13 (nicht gezeigt). Ein durch die ungleichmäßige Erwärmung der Innenscheibe hervorgerufener Temperaturgradient in der Innenscheibe 13 vergrößert aufgrund der definierten Vorspannung bzw. Wölbung das Ausmaß der Wölbung in die gewünschte Richtung. Das heißt, daß lediglich der Abstand von der Backofenmuffel 1 im Zentralbereich der Innenscheibe 13 weiter vergrößert wird. Die Innenscheibe 13 liegt unverändert in ihrem peripheren Bereich an der Backofendichtung 5 an, wodurch ein Aufdrücken der Backofentür 7 verhindert ist.
An einen abgewinkelten Fußabschnitt der Hakenschiene 14 sind übereinander über deren vertikale Erstreckung gleichmäßig verteilt drei Schraubbolzen 33 geschweißt. Der Schraubbolzen 33 ragt jeweils durch geeignete Öffnungen der Innenscheibe 13 ins Türinnere, wobei der Durchmesser dieser Öffnungen größer ist als der des Schraubbolzens 33. Zwischen der Hakenschiene 14 und der Innenscheibe 13 ist eine temperaturbeständige und elastische erste Zwischenlage 35 angeordnet. Weiterhin ist zwischen der Innenscheibe 13 und dem Türrahmen 9 eine entsprechende elastische zweite Zwischenlage 37 vorgesehen. Dabei können die Zwischenlagen 35, 37 beispielsweise aus Teflon, Silikon oder gesintertem Graphit bestehen. Im Bereich der für die Schraubbolzen 33 vorgesehenen Öffnung des Türrahmens 9 weist dieser eine Prägung auf, insbesondere um den Abstand zwischen der Innenplatte 13 und dem Türboden 9 zu verringern. Auch ist im Bereich der Prägung an den Türboden 9 eine mit entsprechenden Öffnungen versehene Versteifungsplatte 39 geschweißt, die sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte vertikale Erstreckung der Hakenschiene 14 erstreckt. Unter Zwischenlage des Profilteils 27 (Fig. 2, 3) ist auf den Schraubbolzen 33 eine Schraubmutter 41 geschraubt. Dadurch ist zum einen die Hakenschiene 14 elastisch an dem Türrahmen 9 befestigt, zum anderen ist die Innenscheibe 13 elastisch und vor direktem Kontakt mit metallischen Teilen geschützt an dem Türrahmen 9 befestigt. Weiterhin ist das Profilteil 27 an dem Türrahmen 9 befestigt, das die Sichtfensterscheibe 25 im Bereich der Sichtfensteröffnung 23 an den Türrahmen 9 klemmt. Auch dabei können entsprechende Dichtungs- bzw. elastische Abstandselemente vorgesehen sein.

Claims (6)

  1. Gargerätetür mit einem Türboden, an dem frontseitig eine Frontplatte und rückseitig eine Innenplatte gehaltert sind, wobei an der Gargerätetür rückseitig Gargutträgerhalterungen befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gargutträgerhalterungen (14) mittels Befestigungselementen (33) durch Öffnungen der Innenplatte (13) hindurch an dem Türboden (9) befestigt sind.
  2. Gargerätetür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Türboden (9) eine Versteifungsplatte (39) aufweist, und daß die Gargutträgerhalterung (14) an dem Türboden (9) und der Versteifungsplatte (39) befestigt ist.
  3. Gargerätetür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Gargutträgerhalterung (14) und der Innenplatte (13) einerseits und zwischen der Innenplatte (13) und dem Türboden (9) andererseits jeweils ein elastisches Abstandselement (35, 37) gehaltert ist.
  4. Gargerätetür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Frontplatte (11) und der Innenplatte (13) eine Zwischenplatte (25) vorgesehen ist, die mittels der Befestigungselemente (33) des Gargutträgers (14) am Türboden (9) gehaltert ist.
  5. Gargerätetür nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (33) zumindest eine Klemmleiste (27) am Türboden (9) befestigen, die die Zwischenplatte (25) am Türboden (9) haltert.
  6. Gargerät, insbesondere Backofen, mit einer Gargerätetür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
